Good is usually good, but the service is TERRIBLE. I say there. The ladies there aren't rude by any means, but they didn't care to figure out my order. I told what I was there for and they assumed I was there to pick up some massive order. I sat there for 10 minutes, and asked for an update and they told me they are now making my sandwich, mind you it's been over 30 minutes from when the order was placed. I finally asked them what happened and they realized that the massive order isn't mine, and my sandwich had been sitting on the to-go table for over 20 minutes. I am now late for work. Third time I've placed a online pick up order and my order is not ready. Granted I always order it 30 minutes prior to pick up, but still always have to wait an additional 20-30 mins. Always seems to be short staffed and on person is make sandwich's and taking orders. read more

I use to order from here for delivery and back then the service was med oker . Yeah they were pretty fast but the food was still bland. I ate here in the store once and it just seemed off . I dont know if it was the time or day or what it was just off. I got what would be a easy sandwich same as I also got before..roast beef ,onions, lettuce, tom ,pepper jack, jelopino, and the dressing. Stopped by here on the way to Westport from Seattle. I'd signed up for a rewards program and was supposed to get a sandwich for free on this visit. Not only did I get the free sandwich but I also got double meat and a small drink as well and paid nothing. I do company meeting every so often and spend a lot at this Jimmy John's but the last two times I have gone here to pick up my online orders for box lunches there were NO pickles in the box lunches. All my guys enjoy these pickles and so do I. It was one of the main reasons for going there. The sandwiches we're good the service was good. One of the main reasons we would go there was for the pickles. I am sorry to say next meeting I have we will be trying out Jersey Mike's. Don't forget the pickles in the box lunches! read more

With the pandemic I have been having more food delivered than normal. Typically through Ubereats which has been super expensive, often very late, and not very good at finding my apartment. 40% of the time I never get the food. So it was nice to order through Jimmy John's. Fast, affordable, and the delivery person called me when she needed directions to my apartment. The sandwich was fine. Basic but good. After I finished eating I did not feel like I paid too much or waited too long for the order. Money well spent. read more

Okay look, I'll start off with the negative. It often takes forever for my sandwich to be delivered. Today I waited almost an hour before my food arrived. HOWEVER, it was a wonderful sandwich. All my preferred toppings, and NOT SOGGY GROSS. Already, this lets me know that my food wasn't late due to laziness or anything like that, just that I order during the horrendously busy lunch rush. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Placed an order at 8:50pm on a Saturday night. After not receiving an email for 10 minutes I called the store like the website said to. No one answered and they closed at 9pm. I called 2 days later after seeing the charge on my account only to be told by the manager that they "closed early" on Saturday night. They closed BEFORE 7pm but yet they still took online orders. I demanded a refund and was told they can't do refunds after the business day but they would credit my account. Why would I want a credit when I will never eat there again. I haven't had this issue with other Jimmy John's but this location is an absolute joke! read more

They didn't inform me veggies on the side was agenst policy when I ordered. When I received my delived sandwich (20 min later) sprouts where on it. My friend is allergic to sprouts. When I spoke to management no apology was stated. He hung up on me. Told me I was being rude. When I called back to get his name he refused to give it to me. AND HUNG UP ON MY AGAIN. Would give 0 stars if I could . This location SUCKS . Came in at 5:30 on a Tuesday and was told they were closed . Says on their sign, online as well as google and yelp that they are open until 9 pm. I guess this location must be franchised and the owner must feel it's appropriate to be lazy and close 3 and a half hours early if they feel like it . My works orders from here a lot due to the fact that it is so fast and easy... however the last experience was awful!! Enough for a lot of us here to stop ordering from them. I ordered a sandwich with no tomatoes (Im allergic) and when I got my sandwich and opened it up it was clear that someone has put tomatoes on it then taken them off... there was tomato juice and seeds everywhere. Trust me I get they are busy and people make mistakes but when I called to get a new one made the manager Leah (probably wasn't her real name) was so rude! She told me she made it personally and that tomatoes were not put on it... as I'm staring at the tomato seeds. Then gave me attitude when I asked if I could get a new one made. She said "you can bring it back to the store and exchange it" after arguing with her I asked if I could get the corporate number to complain about how unprofessional she was. She said GOOGLE IT! The guy called himself a "manager" I really hope he was lying, Thomas Break, or brake or moron, whatever he said his name was I forget, this guy couldn't manage a smart car out of a 40 foot wide parking spot. My order was late, The only thing Freaky about my experience was the fact it took them an hour after forgetting an item to return with it, the manager seemed okay with that even after I had to call twice, and the girl who was supposed to have been on the way with my chips last time I called is the same person who answered the phone, unfortunately with "managers" like old Thomas here I can hardly blame the overly slow employees. Anyways, when I was a manager for JJ on 6th street in ATX I put out 15k worth the sammies in a single day, I took pride in my work and corporate would have it no other way. I usually love Jimmy John's. If my visit to this new Fife location were my first visit to Jimmy John's I'd never go back. I ordered a #12. It has turkey and supposedly "avocado" on it. In reality it had a spot of guacamole the size of a dime squished between two pieces of cheese. I had to hunt for it to find it. It wasn't enough to even taste. I love avocado so i ordered that sandwich pretty much for the avocado which i thought would be several thin slices at the very least. Huge disappointment. I called them back and told them what i found and the employee told me that a half a teaspoon of guacamole, or a spot about the size of a dime is all they are allowed to use according to corporate. I even repeated it and she confirmed it twice. So i asked for the manager. She told me they spread one tablespoon of guacamole between the cheese layers. That's not enough to even see, let alone taste. And I'm pretty sure I didn't even get a tablespoon. I'll try another Jimmy John's with a higher star rating and see what i get, and update my post. I also ordered a #14 for my husband. He said it wasn't as good as others, so it wasn't just me. They're serving substandard quality here. Not recommended. I did ask if i could come in later for a free sandwich and she took my info and said I'd have a $7 on my next visit. There will be no next visit though. She should have offered that. I shouldn't have had to ask for it. Better yet, corporate should be mailing me a coupon for a free sandwich to use at the location of my choice. read more
