I work for a government agency less than 2 mi from the location and of all the times I placed an order the longest I've ever waited was 10 min and that is during lunch time. Today I placed an order prior to my evening meeting. 20 min after the order was placed I called and was told the driver left 7 min ago. Mind you we are less than 2 mi away so if he left 7 min ago he should've been pulling up. I called again and was told that there is no guarantee on delivery time and just like we get busy they do too. I asked for a refund and was told that all she could do was void the ticket and it would take 5 days to show up on my card. This place is the best Jimmy John's location. Everyone is really friendly and fun, and their service is spot on. Plenty of seating, indoors and out, and... The. Food. Is. Delicious. Consistently and across different menu items. I kinda wondered... maybe I shouldn't be inviting y'all to come eat here because then there would just be too many people who know it's fantastic, and the secret would be out... but I'm a nice person, so you can come too. On Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 12:20pm I placed an order over the phone to this location for our office. We had a vendor in our office and we were ordering box lunches for everyone (21 boxes total). I notified the gentlemen over the phone how many orders I had & that all would be box lunches. He did tell that due to the weather they are running longer than normal, so it would be an hour before we would be getting over sandwiches. He took my order, got everything down and was great. I called well OVER an hour later and could recognize the gentlemen that answered the phone was the one who had taken my order previously. I told him I had placed the large order (I provided our business address, so he knew which order I was referring to) & that it had been over an hour and was curious when we would be receiving our order. He told me that it was going to be ANOTHER 30 mins before we'd be getting our food. I was confused & upset because I had been told an hour when I placed the order and now an additional 30 mins. We as a business understand that when it rains delivery places get very busy and we knew we had a large order to fill. We have placed large orders before of the same amount and were expecting at least an hour before getting our food. I requested to speak with the manager, when she got on the phone I expressed my frustration as 3 of our employees had to leave due to meetings and never got their lunch. I kindly asked what can be done about this and was greeted with that they were busy and should have been told it was going to take an hour to get our food due to the weather ( I had been told it would take an hour but NOT over an hour for our food). I understood this and expressed that, but it was going on over an hour and was informed that it was going to be another 30 mins before we should be receiving our lunch. As I was speaking to the manager I asked to have those 3 sandwiches taken off since our employees were no longer at the office. I was told that our entire transaction would have to be voided, re-rung up and the card run all over again. I had placed the order earlier in the day and no longer had the card our food was purchased on. It was told to me that there was nothing else that could be done. As I was on the phone with the manager no resolve was given, just simply told that it was going to take how ever long it would take. Frustrated & upset because our business places several orders a month from Jimmy Johns as well as order box lunches very often, I notified the manager that we were all upset with the kind of service we were getting, and we would not be ordering from this location no longer. Our order totaled $251.62 So we're not just talking about a couple sandwiches. Our lunches arrived at 2:40pm!! Well over 2 hours after our order was placed. UN-ACCEPTABLE!!! Jimmy John's famous slogan is "Freaky Fast", well today they showed us they were not freaky fast but freaky slow!! And for the manager to not really care that we had to wait so long on our lunch as well not willing to help us take the 3 sandwiches off or give a credit for those. Simply not professional and NOT willing to work with its customers. For any businesses wanting to order on a rainy day you'd be safer ordering pizza or even making sandwiches yourself because with Jimmy Johns it's going to take 2 hours to get your lunch for your office!!!!! read more

I have been here about 4 times and I never have a complaint! They are fast, efficient and maybe most importantly accurate and fresh. I usually go at dinner time when it isn't horribly busy but today I was in a hurry and decided what the heck. The parking lot is small and during the 12:00 hour it is a bit insane, however second time around I found a spot with no problem. Even with the busy lunch crowd I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I also enjoy this location because every time I go there the workers are friendly and have a smile on their face. I can't say much that hasn't been said already, so here's one tip. Yes since Jimmy John's took off Jimmy has claimed he made the sandwich intentionally funny to begin with. You have to understand Jimmy (as much as any human can) to get why he's saying this. As revealed by my sandwich in the excellent "Jimmy Johns" (required eating for any sandwich fan) Jimmy really, honestly felt like he was making his magnum opus here. Jimmy thought Jimmy John's was a place where everyone could see reflections of their own lives, and the deep truths of reality. For the rest of us, we have no idea what truths he was aiming at, but that's not important- he thought he was on to something. So when Jimmy says he made this place "Freaky fast" (note that the quote on the store has no source, Jimmy wrote all the store's promo quotes himself.) So what Jimmy really means is that he believes people are projecting their own insecurities on Jimmy johns and that's why they're laughing, like an addict watching a documentary about addiction would try to laugh it off because it hits too close to home. Yeah this place & their "manager" SUCK. Ordered two Little Johns, got home & my order was completely wrong. It wasn't that hard, especially being that there was absolutely no one behind me - they took their sweet time making my sandwiches so I didn't think there would be a problem. I called & spoke with the manager JESSICA who proceeded to ask me for my $3 sandwiches back (as if someone was trying to get over on them) multiple times "for training purposes," after I told her I wouldn't have time to come back up there. She kept talking over me & was getting loud with an attitude, so *click!* I rolled up there since she wanted her lil sandwiches back so bad. She claimed she was just trying to help but made it worse. Tuna is my favorite and as others have said they don't offer enough topping options for their sandwiches.
