If I could give them zero stars today, I would. I placed my online order at 11:30 and at 12:35 i had to have them void my order because they could either find it nor did they offer to make it. I watched the guy behind the counter point out his favorite sign to a customer when they asked about the wait on the sandwiches and the sign said. " if you want a faster sandwich, make it yourself." I get that food service is busy around the lunch hour, but talking to customers like that, and being snarky sets a bad tone. Not freaky fast at all. More like a freaky failure. 20 min wait for 2 sandwich meals. Ordered through the app. Side item was not available even though it's an option on the app. Sandwich was ordered with extra vinegar/oil and hot peppers. Could not tell if it had extra vinegar/oil. It had 3 slices of peppers on the entire sandwich. Got replacement side(pasta) but they didn't have any forks or spoons to eat it with. Didn't get the kick'n ranch I ordered. Got 2 napkins with our two sandwiches and 2 sides and chips. I don't think this place has ever got 100% of any of my orders right in 4 years. read more

I don't usually come to jimmy John's but the subs are always reliable and delicious. Since I don't visit frequently, I notice I always feel very pressured to make my decision as fast as possible. Today when I visited, I took my time and chose a sub. When I made my selection the cashier was tapping and shaking his hands like he was on something, and he was just ready for the interaction to be over. Ultimately I forgot to mention that I wanted a large sub. Because he didn't ask what size I wanted and seemed to not want to be there, I didn't get what I wanted. Now, I'm so disappointed and upset that I wish I never would've gone there in the first place. All I wanted was to be able to make my selection In peace with someone behind the register who is a salesman and understands some people are 'new' to the location. My son, husband and I just left Jimmy John's by Target in Grand Forks. We stood in line for 10 min. with the line extending to and out the door. There were 4 or 5 people working and NOT 1 was taking orders. All of them were working on the sandwich line. The girl in the end kept saying "I'll be with you in a moment" as she continued to grab bread and make sandwiches. This JJ's handled a huge order extremely fast, and then let us switch from delivery to pick-up due to a last-minute schedule change. The manager, Dante, was extremely helpful and positive- despite getting an order for 23 individual sandwiches for a coach bus that was just swinging by in 20 minutes. My HS students were fed and we were on the road with no fuss. Would recommend this plan and this place next time we come to Grand Forks. read more

So, I've stopped in this Jimmy John's and something always seems to be amiss every time I come here. The first time the guy who took my money, with gloves, then started to make my sandwich with the same gloves. Gross, money is the dirties thing ever, I thought if you take the money you change the gloves or take off the gloves to take money & get new gloves? Just sayin' This is coming from someone who studies infectious diseases.... makes you wonder what else he was handing with those gloves... Incredibly great sandwiches, service And freakin fast delivery. We have been happy customers for several years in Grand Forks North Dakota.

They do a good job. There have been a couple of times they didn't get the order right but overall they work well. I have never been too picky and certainly it would take more than forgetting mayo or something to lose me as a customer. I would give 5 stars but minus one for lack of attention to detail. Otherwise they are quite good. My advice is to place emphasis on any special changes you want to your order. read more

Rude when you call to place an order. I have had my sandwich made incorrect numerous times. Over an hour late and I called to ask about it and they said they have to make it. Then they said oh they made it but the driver couldn't find the address so brought it back......I clearly gave the address and even if there was a mixup why not call and ask me? So they said well we can give you a free cookie. I said my lunch is almost over now and I will have to get something from somewhere else....then THEY HUNG UP ON ME. NO APOLOGY. NOTHING. Ordered for delivery. I usually eat at this location in store but was working on a project at home and didn't want to make a special trip there. The guy that took my order was very pleasant and professional. My order came quicker than expected and was all correct and tasted great. Been a fan of this store since they opened.
