I am waiting for new tires to be put on my vehicle at the tire store about 75 feet from Jimmy John's. It is lunchtime. Looked at ordering a sandwich. $9 for the smaller sandwich. I paid almost $9 for a "Totally Tuna" sub that was 90% old lettuce and a very stale roll. I will NOT be back. There was only about 2 ounces of Tuna on the sandwich, if that. No one on staff greeted me or was friendly. It took them FOREVER to make the sandwich because they were standing around chatting. They were not busy, so there was no reason why they couldn't give me a well made sandwich. I went around 8 PM at the end of October 2023. There are plenty of places in CdA where you can get great food at a fair price, but this dump isn't one of them. If you eat here, you're just flushing your money down the toilet. read more

If you want freakishly fast, don't go to this Jimmy John's. I have never had a quick experience in their drive through, I don't believe that I have ever made it through in less than 10 minutes. Today (about 5 o'clock in the afternoon) I pulled up to their drive thru with 2 cars in front of me, one at the window and one behind it. A woman through the speaker thanked me for coming to Jimmy John's and asked if I could please "wait a while" to take my order. I unfortunately said yes unbeknownst to me that that "wait a while" was not a slip of the tongue. I proceeded to wait. I waited for the truck at the window to get their food and drive away. I watched the car in front of me pull up to the window expecting someone to come back on the speaker and take my order. But I waited and watched the car in front of me wait for someone to come to the window to take their debit/credit card from them. I waited and watched as someone (a twentysome looking girl) finally came to the window to take their payment. This is about the point that I started to look in the lobby of Jimmy John's thinking that they must be packed but apparently everyone else other than myself and the other two drive thru patrons knew don't go to Jimmy John's at 5 o'clock on a Friday afternoon because the store was dead inside and there were no cars in the parking lot. I began to wonder if the store was actually open but then I remembered the voice from the speaker asking me to "please wait a while" before I could order. I returned my focus to the other hapless victims in front of me still waiting for their food. Finally 10 minutes after pulling up to the Jimmy John's drive thru I see the girl give the car in front of me their food and then proceed to lean out then window in an obvious conversation with the occupants of the car at the window. It was at this point that I put my car in reverse and backed out of the drive thru and then pull forward and drive by the car and the window while watching the girl and the occupants in deep conversation not one of them noticing that I was driving away. Go to this Jimmy John's at your own risk of being invisible and ignored, I for one have wasted my last 10-15 minutes of my life at this store or in this drive thru. read more

I wouldn't listen to the negative reviews, every time I go in I get greeted and the workers look happy, the tables and lobby are almost always clean only time they aren't is around Lunch Rush but that's expected, good selection of menu items, prices are a bit steep in areas but overall you get a filling sandwich. read more

When I first started ordering delivery from here this place was great. Delivery was fast and sandwiches were made correctly. I don't know if this location has gotten a new crew or what but they are horrible now. It's takes nearly 45 minutes for 1 sandwich to be delivered and a sandwich not made correctly. As of this moment this is the 4th time they've made my sandwich incorrectly. I ask for no ham add turkey and they've put ham on the sandwich once again. They can't even simply cut it in half? Time and time again, I order a plain slim cheese sandwich for my extremely picky kid and they put an avocado/guacamole spread on it. Today's looks intentional. Other times it looks like they used the same knife from a different order for our order. Gross. Not sure how you can mess up a sandwich with cheese + bread, but this location does it every time. This is the reason Jimmy Johns is "Freaky Fast" is because it seems they only deliver two minutes away. I'm located two miles away which is a whopping eight minutes. They won't deliver because where I'm at "isn't in there delivery area". Which is crazy because I've seen there vehicles in my neighborhood before. read more

Regular customer not anymore. Claim they can't do refunds on items when they forget them on online orders. I asked how they refund in stores when they mess up. Answer, refund. ? They can look at my order in case i'm trying to scam high dollar item like a half full bag of chips. Apparently only General Managers can refund in 2019 even in cc orders with itemized receipts. Does Sears own your payment system? How many people use cc's now days? Or lazy, lying employee. Either way over Jimmy Johns. Once they finally answer their drive-thru intercom you usually have to repeat your order two or three times for them to comprehend. Not sure if it's their workers comprehension skills or just bad intercom headsets. I have had my order messed up a few times, including ingredients I asked them not to put on because of allergies. Way overpriced for the portion and lack of order details. It's a shame because I really enjoy their food when it's made correctly. Also: they won't deliver past Hayden avenue. I ask for delivery from Hayden, Idaho JJ's and it was freaky fast. The Billy Club with double meat is great, the Hoagie roll very fresh. I must admit I'm from Chicago and we are the beef capital of the world as far as steak and beef sandwiches but this is the best I have found in the CDA area here in Idaho. A little ridiculous the CDA store won't deliver North of Kathleen and the Hayden store won't deliver South of Dalton, which literally leaves a 1 block radius both stores refuse to deliver to. I'm only 2.05 miles away from the store! I typically order lunch delivery 3+/week to my office downtown which won't be the case anymore. Coeur d' Alene Place is one of the biggest subdivisions and doesn't receive delivery service. It's time someone takes a look at your "dead zones" and re-evaluates. read more
