I still love this places's subs, but they seem to hire a lot of idiots. My sammie today was $6.83 and I handed the cashier $12 to get a 5 back; he then proceeds to hand me 3 ones and says that I gave him too much, and he took the total out of the ten. What?! I handed him back the ones and said "you owe me a five", at which point he finally figured out that the change was $5, and then gives me 5 ones back, which I didn't want in the first place. The decor of the restaurant is excellent but that is the good ends. Only 2 choices of bread (french) or (sliced 7 grain bread), didn't put mustard on a Turkey sandwich, no choice of cheese. If a Subway is close by it is much better in terms of price($5vs4.99/$5.99- both 8 inchs), quality (more choices of cheese, bread, vegies, BAKED!), and quantity (8inch vs 12inch(foot-long) . Pros -Excellent decor/ Clean Cons -2 choices of bread (french or sliced 7 grain) -1 choice of cheese -not baked (like Subway) (at least didn't offer it) -Higher price than Subway ($4.99/$5.99 for 8") - Fewer choices of vegies than Subway. Bottom Line- If there is a Subway close by go there for higher quality, more quantity, and a less expensive sandwich. read more

FYI for anybody who lives past the Riverbend/Golf course, don't wast a second to call in for delivery. My boyfriend, and I decided to have JJ for dinner yesterday evening while watching the M's game in the comfort of our own home. I called in for delivery, and the guy tells me they don't do deliveries past the Riverbend, seriously? It's literally a 6 mins drive out to our place, and you don't do delivery? Awesome. So I ended up driving over to get our dinner, and I had also asked for a side of banana peppers, and no, they don't have banana peppers either. It's a sandwich/sub shop? How would you not? Anyway, I think I would've been happier off with Subway (up the street) next time, and the workers there would probably be a lot nicer too. read more

I have wanted to stop at this restaurant for awhile and so when I saw there logo "so fast you'll freak" and I was in a hurry, I decided to stop. Ok, I just totally don't get the hype about this place. I've tried a few different sandwiches and every time I'm so underwhelmed. They never bring napkins when delivering and their bread is always hard, dry, and flavorless. Their topping selection is also pretty lackluster. The fastest delivery time for me has been 10 minutes, so I'll give them that considering they're 4 minutes away from my work. The delivery people are also always nice, hence the second star. But I would choose Subway all day every day over Jimmy John's. read more

Sandwich was loaded with lettuce and no meat really! I called and spoke to manager and she was rude about it. Just so you know... you get 3 pieces of meat in your whole sandwich! Really sad! I love this JJs location because it has a drive through, and they are always so very fast. I usually order the #9 unwich (wrapped in lettuce instead of bread) as I cannot eat wheat. If you haven't tried it yet, keep it that way. You'll end up spending money on something you could make at home. I've tried Jimmy johns 3 times, and tried to like it, but I just can't. I've been to 3 different locations as I travel for work and in each one the music is so loud you can't hear the person taking your order. Also, they advertise their subs as fresh and fast, they don't skimp on the fast. As soon as you say "I'll have a number 9" they start running your sandwich down the line. You have no opportunity to make or change anything. It's just an average sandwich. Stick with Jersey Mikes or your local deli. This place is on par with subway.... Soooooooooo not impressed. $8.50 for a one drink and one sandwhich on white bread (might as well had been cardboard, wouldn't have known the difference) with a little bit of meat, lettuce & tomato. The menu board said it would have other ingredients, but of course the sandwhich arrived with just what I listed. Nothing gourmet about thus place at all. I know why they have to overcharge-they had about 15 people working in there. They were quick---too quick I felt incredibly rushed. Food was good, but the service was not. After a long day of traveling it was not what we needed. No one was in the store besides my family and still, even after notifying them, it took them a long time to help us clean up our spill. Then they didn't even offer another cup. It would be one thing if they were busy but they weren't. Also the guy taking our order was rude as well. He talked back unnecessarily and just was not pleasant.
