Little tough to see from Stockton rd but once you find it they are great. Very clean place. They have every detail a Jimmy Johns should.

I have wanted to try a Jimmy Johns since my daughter bragged how good they were in Vegas. Looked clean and not busy about 2pm. I ordered a #5, no mayo, just the italian dressing, and hot peppers on the side. My daughter ordered her sandwiches. While i waited, seemed a little long, i grabbed a pack of chips and waited at the register. The young man making sandwiches waited a little bit, but no one came to take my money. (There were more than enough employees, at least 5) He stopped making the sandwich and came to the register. When done he goes back to the sliced roll and placed both hands on it. I told him politely that after handling money he needs to change gloves. He said "I didnt touch the bread", i told him i just saw him place both hands on top and if that is my sandwich i wanted a clean roll. Someone from behind him, reached around and remove the bread from the sandwich board. He looked pissed that i called him out. Too f@#king bad. I have worked in the food industry most of my life and you NEVER touch food after handling cash, and NEVER question a customer. Get the manager if you cant handle a customer, but you smile and act nice. I will not be back, and not send anyone there. Food store employees need to be trained that those gloves are for the customers protection, not to keep their damn hand clean. BONUS, i had mayo on my sandwich, did i go back to have them correct it. I called this place to try to get sandwiches delivered and they would not deliver to my hotel room

My team just went to this Jimmy John's after a wrestling match. The staff were incredibly nice and quick. The manager Cheyenne gave our bus driver a complimentary sandwich! She also gave two of my teammates complimentary sandwiches because they didn't have money with them. Great experience, great food! read more

I have been getting sandwiches at this Jimmy Johns in Kingman az since they opened....dont know why they rip all the bread in sub roll out but i asked for them not to do that to my sandwich and i get attitudes from them...Last week i stopped to get a sandwich to take home and i asked for a courtesy cup to get a sip of drink because my sugar levels were very low and i was starting to get dizzy...the girl gave me a cup so i got a sip of coke ...however the machine was out of ice and the coke was just pitting out brown foam....I informed the other employee that their machine had no ice and the coke is out then a manager named Jonathon came over to counter and yelled out at me to "DUMP THAT OUT" thats a courtesy cup for water only I mentioned to him my sugar levels was low and i was a little dizzy thats why i sipped a little soda to bring my sugar level up...He was not concerned about my issues just again demanded for me to "DUMP IT OUT" yelling it at me in front of other customers...I should of threw the drink in his face and asked for my money back for the sandwich i purchased and went to subway...I think this is very rude behavior for someone thats suppose to be a manager...I filed a complaint at their Corporate Office Customer Service and asked for the other managers name I was given a name of Casina is the actual manager and Allie is the owner.....gave them my number but i dont ever expect i will ever get a return call.....If that had been an employee of mine a store manager in training named Jonathon i would of fired him for this continous rudeness he does at customers. Seems there are some other complaints here regarding those courtesy cups....I would have been happy to just buy a small soda.. I never really understand why a new business will open up and give great customer service then put idiots management trainees in charge to destroy all they created.... read more

Sandwiches are actually good most of the time. They taste fresh the bread is however usually hard. I don't go often because it's a hit or miss. Mostly the staff seem to be more interested in talking to themselves and plenty of times my order was wrong due to the cashier not paying attention to the order. So if they could be more consistent I'd come back more often. Service pretty slow Subway customer service is much better. read more

Just passed through town and stopped for a quick lunch. I'm not sure if it's because they live in Kingman or what but all of the employees seemed absolutely miserable. The restaurant was a bit messy and the bathroom was a disaster. Food was alright as it's a chain restaurant, did it's job. read more

Tastes much fresher than Subway... Fast service and fairly inexpensive. They forgot to put mustard on my sandwich, which was kind of disappointing, but not worth losing sleep over. read more

This location has the slowest service I've ever encountered at a Jimmy John's. Most locations have my food done before I've finished paying, but it's just not the case here. Food is great, it tastes just like the other Jimmy John's I've had all over the country. read more

I was not impressed. At best I'd call it average. PROS: Easy website and fast delivery CONS: Average tasting sandwich, nothing special about bread or meat. Expensive compared to Subway and Subway tastes better. If you need a sub sandwich for delivery, I'd say go ahead. But if out and about go across the street to Subway. read more

I paid nearly $50 to have sandwiches delivered and when I opened mine, I noticed that it had NO avocado, even though I paid for EXTRA avocado. When I called the store I was told that they would not deliver the sandwich the way I had ordered it, but that I could have a free sandwich next time I came INTO the store. Seems ridiculous that I paid for delivery and the store refused to deliver what I ordered and paid for. I've been a regular customer since the store opened but will not be any longer, if I can't depend on getting what I ordered or getting it corrected if its wrong. read more

I didn't know it at the time about my POOR choice of where to have lunch in Kingman, AZ. I had been to Jimmy John's once before and had a nice experience. I was there at 2:34 today and was the only one in the restaurant. I have Never been so appalled and embarrassed. I ordered a #2 Big John with a small drink. the cashier showed me a clear glass and I said this is the smallest we have. I said that was fine---so he rang me up. I put ice in the glass with some lemon aide and iced tea. Went back to my table to enjoy my lunch. From out of nowhere, this male staff member comes whipping around the corner, still tying his apron and started to question and reprimanding me on my drink choice. He tells me that the clear glasses are for water ONLY. I told him that I ordered a small drink and this is what the cashier gave me. Then he questioned me again---if i paid for it or not. I said I don't know, check my bill. I didn't see anyone there that looked like a manager or I would have brought this to someones attention. They should re-think their staff training on belittling costumers for not knowing their glass Protocol. This was enough to ruin my whole day and lunch experience.It has to get a star today because you can't post without one. Next time I'm in that town, I will think twice about where to go for lunch having quite a few more other places to choose from. read more

I am quite frankly severely disappointed. I have been to other Jimmy Johns and have loved it, this one however is worth the pass. The young lady that hands you the food at the end was rude. She rolled her eyes and sarcastically said that bagging was optional which is why she didn't do it. My husband asked for extra mayo, which he did not get, I asked for sprouts. Once again I did not receive them. I called to speak to a manager, to which the young man on the phone said they were to busy and that I would have to leave a message. It was perhaps one of the worst customer service experiences that I have ever had. Needless to say I am not sure if I would return to this Jimmy Johns. read more

I was staying next door at the LaQuinta with my dogs and wanted to get a sandwich at Jimmy Johns. I walked over to look at the menu at the drive thru. A very nice young man came out and said he could take my order. He let me come inside with my dogs to get my order and drink. He helped me with a sack for everything and I was off across the vacant lot to my motel. The lettuce wrap was excellent but the outstanding customer service made it even better. I've only been once... That's all it took. My mother And I went to split a sandwich for a snack before our pedicure. We had a small sandwich, no extra meat or cheese, tap water and a bag of chips, plus one pickle (that didn't state there was a charge at the time). The sandwich person asked if we wanted a pickle on the side, without telling us there was a huge charge for it. ONE pickle! I could've bought a jar of pickles for this one pickle!!! Not exaggerating!!! Our bill was $15 and some change. I gave her a $20 and keep the change because I know servers only make $5.05 an hour... REALLY!?!?!?! $20 for a snack!?!?!! Enjoyed this place on our way through Kingman. Wanted something quick, cheap and delicious. This place hit the spot. I had the number 5 hubby had the number 1. We both enjoyed our sandwiches. Service was real quick and efficient. Would go back if every in Kingman again read more
