I hate to give such a low review but the food was so salty it was hard to eat and the chicken was fatty. We went through the drive thru so we never went inside to see what it was like. As we pulled up to the drive thru to order there was an automatic voice response that said they were closed, then someone came over the speaker and asked what we would like to order. I was in the area for work and decided to stop by the only place that I could get some rice and veggies because there weren't any good vegan options. To be honest, it was a bit chaotic inside. There were tons of people working and every time someone walked in, several people yelled "welcome." This would be nice if they actually looked up and meant it but I think it's just what they're told to do. Anyway, the food was freshly made and everything was stocked. There was a line so you would think they would move quickly to get people to pay but instead of moving the line inside, they seemed to be more focused on the drive thru. My food was already packed and ready and I just stood there while everyone was scrambling around and saying my they were waiting for 2 other food items to be made. Hello, never been the type of person to leave reviews but felt like I needed to leave one today. My family and myself visited this location today on our way back home from Texas. Service today was horrific! The staff would rather work on orders online rather than assisting customers in front of them. I counted 2 people in front of me in line, and waited almost 10 mins because of this error. Who would've thought slapping food (which is already made) onto a plate was so hard and time consuming! Lastly, we ran into a problem with an associate who works at this location by the name of Marsyl R. who was extremely rude to myself and my family (accusing of stealing an already bought fountain drink from other family members) and I believe this should raise even more eyebrows of what's really going on in this location. Please fix this immediately as nobody who is willing to spend their hard earned money should have to deal with this. read more

Insanely unorganized. Part of it is the way it's set up. Where you order you can only see the rice and noodles. To see what you want to order you have to go around to the rest of the window and then the person taking orders skips you because they think you already have been helped. There isn't very many good places to eat here in Kingman so its very disappointing when one of the few that are halfway decent does a poor job, they were a little busy but not crazy busy but just enough they didn't handle it well, they ran out of the chow mein and fried rice so instead of having a batch getting ready when they start to get low, everything slows down while it cooks or warms up, the server who waited on us gets our rice out of the pot that has been sitting there, my husband who was watching the servers said its for the drive through but the drive through servers go for the rice in the walk through line because it's fresher so the rice in the pot sits there and that's what she gave us instead of waiting for fresh which we had to wait anyways for the chow mein and on top of that the entrée my husband ordered she didn't even give him a full scoop it was a very small amount and the chicken egg rolls were over cooked and looked tasty. The casher did offer a free drink for waiting but we don't drink soda so that was a bust, then to top it off the young man who was packing our food up, instead of handing it to us he ran off to get some young lady a water and didn't come back so my husband had to reach over the counter to get our food, the young man didn't even give us our fortune cookies. So the whole experience was bad and it will probably be while before we go back if at all. The experience was a 1 star but I gave 2 stars because they didn't short my food. You would think they would treat their customers better, ignoring us just because we're not a young cute girl just makes us not want to go back we can spend our money elsewhere. The day after: the review above was on one time/day of not so good service I noticed Panda Express has a over all rating of 2 stars and I don't really understand because they have a large client base they feed a lot of people i never see that place dead, if you go a little earlier or a little later then the dinner rush you'll get better service. I walked in and was greeted and then asked to hold on, which was okay as I needed to look at their options. I asked if they had any vegan options and the girl read a note that stated something to the fact that they do not or cannot serve vegan options but do have vegetarian which was rice, cabbage, kale and broccoli mixture, Spring Rolls and chow Nein. I didn't have time to go anywhere else so I ordered that combo. Really it was just bland, even the Spring Rolls. Some of the Chow Mein noodles were a little stiff, but it makes sense since there was such a heaping pile of it behind the counter. I did not find any problems with cleanliness nor problems with service. Panda Express has some menu changes, that I think a previous reviewer would like. They now have steamed brown rice. They also include mixed vegetables as one of the options for a side. The mixed veggies had broccoli, zucchini, onions, and something else. My wife got it instead of chow mein or rice. What they had when we went through line was the end of the pan and looked fairly dead. I asked about it and they had no problem cooking up a fresh batch. On the road? Tired of Burgers-R-Us or Yet-Another-Subsandwich-Place? This will do just fine. read more

Don't know what all the reviews are about, this is an above average Panda Express. Obviously the food is the same as at every other location, so you know what you're going to get. But my Beyond Orange Chicken was nice and hot, sides were good as well. And the service was superb, with Kresse walking around the tables and asking if they needed anything. All the wait staff greeted customers coming in, everything was clean, nothing to complain about. BTW as an Orange Chicken evangelist turned vegetarian, couldn't be happier that The beyond option exists now! read more

About 2 years ago my boyfriend came here to visit and I suggested Chinese food as I knew Panda was fast and fresh. A teenage girl was taking the orders and didn't appear to be too happy or perhaps she had just started working there. Who knows! We quickly got our orders and we parked and got ready for a feast. Much to our horror and shock both orders were piled on top of each other in one bag a terrible mess!!! We walked over to the counter and I spoke to a very elderly lady who was angry that I was mad. She said, "What do you want me to do?" I calmly explained I wanted our dinners redone and properly served in individual bags. I guess she was the owner as my dinners were quickly done properly! I was there a few weeks ago and sadly the help, young ladies, were slow and confused about the pricing on the menus. Since then I have found 2 great restaurants in Kingman. One is an Asian Seafood Restaurant located on Stockton Hill Rd next to a Veterinary Office. The other one is a Japanese Restaurant "Sakura's Sushi and Grill" 3505 Stockton Hill Road. read more
