This review is specifically for Brenton. What a snarky, unintelligent and waste of an employee. He needs to be fired immediately even though he clearly just started. Has zero sense of customer service and talks to customers like they are trying to steal from him. All the other staff at this location are great but you guys need to let go of Brenton immediately. 10 years later, I do order from here once in a while. But they are so inconsistent. For example, I ordered 1 sandwich thru Grubhub and it cost me $26 with driver tip. Thats pricy for 1 sandwich. What really makes me upset is when they half ass the sandwich. All 4 tomatoes were the heel of the tomato with the stem. They were all about the size of a quarter as well. Thats bullshit. ZERO STARS This Jimmy John's is ridiculous! I'm writing this review as a delivery driver. My customer had a catering order for their employees and this location refused to make the order. Imagine you order lunch for a team of people and it doesn't get delivered. While waiting to feed your employees the driver is being told the restaurant doesn't have time to make the order. Too busy was the store's excuse. That's a poor excuse. Now the customers card was charged and an entire staff is waiting on a lunch that is not coming. This location does not care for their customers. Why be on the delivery partner if you can't handle the volume of orders? If you can't handle the heat, get out the kitchen. BUYER BEWARE! No star to be exact. I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience at this location today. Overall, it took over 30 minutes to get my order of two simple sandwiches to-go and the Manager, Nia, was unprofessional and not helpful, and because they kept getting my order wrong. Gentleman 1 took my order (#9 - Italian Night Club, not toasted, cut in half, add cucumbers, hot peppers and kickin ranch, $6.99 Reward Toasted Ultimate Italian, add cucumbers, hot peppers and kickin ranch). However, while I was ordering, Nia interrupted and tried to correct gentleman 1 with regards to the $6.99 reward toast sandwich, which gentleman 1 and I were fully aware which sandwiches to choose from the reward deal because it says specifically on the detail. Then, I noticed my order was taking 30 mins long and three other customers behind me had their orders already. I asked if my order was missed and Nia interjected while holding out a long salami and said we still have to cut more salami. So I waited again and saw my name on the sandwich and I asked gentleman 2 if that was mine and if I can check inside as I ordered at this store before and got my order wrong. Last week they forgot the turkey in my son's turkey sandwich, that's like leaving McDonald's with no patty in the burger. Who does this? I complained online and they sent me a free sandwich reward. Absolutely awful experience. Waited 15 minutes for someone to even start taking orders from the people in line. There was a customer on the phone that they couldn't figure out. Two people making sandwiches but do not take orders. Once she started taking orders, the person was clearly not in the right state of mind. Finally ordered. 20 minutes later and we still don't have sandwiches. They are now telling people it will be 20 minutes BUT that was not told to us. Their strength is in the simplicity of a solid sub. You know a sandwich is good when it is STILL delicious when it isn't dressed up and drowning in a sea of sauces, oils, vinegars, etc. I've ordered the catering boxes from here many times and have tried nearly all of the sandwiches off the menu. And you know it's good when you can eat it dry with zero condiments. The bread is soft but doesn't fall apart, good quality deli meats, fresh veggies, that's all it is. I'd love to put one of my usual scathing reviews but this place actually has great food - way above places named after public transportation. But the problem here is the sequencing. I came in to order a single sandwich. It took 25 minutes - I could have almost gone to a sitdown restaurant for that wait.. I was 2nd in line. Why? Because they were filling a number of online orders. Now as a business - who are you going to focus attention on - those who order remotely - or those who have the temerity to actually go in the location? There is a very simple and scientific solution to this problem. Queue theory. Don't fill each order sequentially. If you get a large online order and one person is waiting for a small order - it takes almost the same net time for the big order to get filled if you put in one or two individual orders in the mix. Same thing goes for little Timmy's baseball team. Let the individual orders get in the mix without having to wait for 12 people. It's not hard - it does not materially affect the wait time for the larger orders but everyone can be happy. read more

We showed up about 30 minutes and the workers acknowledged we came in, but were not friendly at all. My first visit to a Jimmy John's left me unimpressed. I was warmly greeted when I entered this sandwich shop and the young woman at the counter was nice about offering suggestions. I ended up ordering off their "Giant Club Sandwiches" menu - The Billy Club. It consists of roast beef, smoked ham, provolone cheese, Dijon mustard, lettuce, tomato, & mayo. It was ready in less than five minutes and I took it (and a cherry Coke) to go. The sliced deli meat and other ingredients were good but all-in-all it was a dull sandwich. After a few bites I was wishing it had some mustard to give it some zing but then I remembered it DID have mustard but either it was forgotten or so meager it wasn't a flavor I could distinguish. The bread for this sub was also a disappointment - a bit on the hard side. I've certainly had better sandwiches but had worse too. So I'll rate Jimmy John's in the middle. read more
