I ordered Jimmy John's through Uber Eats and my order was all wrong. Let me explain, they gave the Uber driver the wrong order. I'm at work and ordering lunch for myself and a coworker. I called and spoke with the Manager who told mw that they would remake my order and deliver it to me. Problem there, they delivered to my home address and not to my job. $25 down the drain. Stuck at work for a 10 hour shift and didn't even get my order. I called back and the same manager said that she would bring my meal to me. Never saw her, never spoke to her again. Instead, come home to a soggy sandwich that's not even edible. Thank you for waisting my time and my hard earned money. I will not be ordering from this location again. They can't even get a simple order or address right. Totally disappointed. read more

I'm normally a huge fan of Jimmy Johns but today did not impress me. Got a cubano and turkey/bacon. The typically delicious sub bread was tough and very flat, a little chewy. The amount of ingredients seems to be diminishing, too. We'll see if my next visit is better. read more

Workers leaving and when asked "I cancelled the orders". Yet, the app shows they've received my order. I wouldn't have driven out if the order was cancelled. I haven't been back to this location in months because they NEVER get my order right. The sandwiches are good, but the service is crap. I just went there today because I had a free Little John offer from T-Mobile. It was good, but as usual, some of the toppings I asked for were missing. Says it right there on the receipt ticket (add pickles, Dijon mustard), but none were on the sandwich. Between this and my previous sandwich orders (including adding tomatoes on a sandwich that doesn't include them, or leaving them off a different sandwich that was supposed to have them), I'm pretty sure I won't be back for awhile. Decided to come here today with my boyfriend instead of subway and we bought a number 16 and another sandwich. The first one we had was great and the second we decided to eat once we got home and we found some black bugs crawling in our sandwich weirdly enough. I normally go to Jersey Mike's but in an effort to get better bread and better quality turkey,last week I ordered the Turkey sub from the originals menu and was shocked at the one slice of turkey on each half of the sandwich. It's bad enough that it's sliced so thin that you can see through it! With only one slice per half, it tasted more like a lettuce and tomato sandwich. Still hoping for a better quality Turkey sub, I tried again, this time I ordered from the favorites menu. I also requested cheese. I got two paper thin slices of turkey and one paper thin slice of cheese that I paid extra for! It's bad enough that the price of food,goods, and services have gone up. But considering you pay more for the favorites vs the originals, at least put enough meat so that you can actually taste it over the lettuce and tomato. Then considering you pay to even have cheese on this sandwich, you should get more than one slice per half. Im super disappointed that there aren't any bonafide deli's like on the East Coast to buy sandwiches from and even more disappointed that with JJ's knowing there isn't much competition, they sell us the bare minimum. read more

I work down the way from Jimmy Johns, not even 2 miles away and my oder took over an hour to get to me. No! It never came because I canceled. When I called to cancel I spoke with Shannon the "manager" I explained that I was not even on my lunch break anymore and did not want the order. "Jimmy Johns, Freaky Fast!", that's because they don't put anything in the sandwich. I ordered a #12 Beach Club sandwich because it says it comes with Avocado Spread. I get my sandwich and take a bite and it feels like I'm eating a shredded lettuce sandwich. Hardly and meat in it, can't taste any Avocado Spread, can't even see any Avocado Spread. After dissecting my sandwich I found a thin green haze I between the two slices of cheese. Might as well not list the spread as part of the sandwich when there isn't going to be enough of it to taste it, let alone even be able to see it. Honestly, every part of the sandwich, from the hard on the bottom chewy bread, rabbit feed lettuce, sour tasting cucumbers, and invisible Avocado Spread made this the worst sandwich I've ever had. This is my third attempt trying a Jimmy Johns sandwich and in my opinion, they all suck. Surprisingly the Vito isn't half bad but needs a good Red Wine Vinegar which most sub shop have. So I went out and bought some and put it on my Vito a few days later and now I have a Jimmy sub I like. So far all the subs stink except the Vito when you add red wine vinegar to it. I even tried the Turkey Tom and was disappointed to find that it DOESN't come with Provolone unless you ask for it and pay an extra $1. It has hardly any meat on it and is heavy on shredded lettuce and mayo. What keeps me going back to Jimmy Johns now however is I'm addicted to the Chocolate Chunk Cookie. Deliveries also don't make it after an hour when I live minutes away. Ordered delivery today because I'm sick and don't want to give people a cold. Horrible place. We have never ate here before but was in the mood for a sub. Horrible experience/place. First off, they are expensive as hell. They don't cut the subs & when we asked if they had a knife so we can cut and they said no. They said they don't cut them but didn't even offer to take our sub to cut it. Why is this not offered to begin with-"would you like your sub whole or cut?". They dont do meat substitution. They dont have bread variety to choose from. Subs are plain. They pile on the lettuce. We were talking to one employee asking questions & im assuming it was the manager who had to come up & start answering everything & not giving the other Employee an Chance to answer or help. It was 7:37 when we paid for our food & we ate inside. We knew they closed at 8 but about 5 min before closing they were turning off some of the lights inside and made us feel like we needed to hurry but we were just about done anyways. Does this place remain in business because of the 'humorous' pee-drawings pictures in the bathroom? The two young workers behind the counter seemed to go out of their way not to provide good service, but to make fun of a customer, very sad. The service was not great, the "freaky" speed it took to make the food was not any better than any other sandwich restaurant, and frankly the food did not really compare with other sandwich places. Bread was plain and fell apart easily and meats/toppings were bland in comparison to other places. Don't need to give my hard-earned money to this place. I was very disappointed with the service at Jimmy John's on Baseline a new store I went in and ordered a sandwich and Ordered a pickle as well. I was told by one of the cashiers that they were not allowed to put it in a bag because we didn't call to order. So here I was carrying the sandwich and pickle with no bag out to my car. Since when is is OK for the proprietor to decide whether or not the patrons can or cannot have sugar for their ice tea!? Unreal the staff told us the owner didn't want sugar in his establishment. Not even sweet tea!! Really. I was FORCED to walk over to Panda Express to get sugar. I am positive the corporate office wouldn't approve, which is why I'll be calling them! I live in Laveen, and let me tell you the food options leave a lot to be desired. I am not going to review the actual food. Its Jimmy Johns. Its exactly the same everywhere. What I am going to address is the accuracy of orders, and the customer service. When the store first opened, I was pretty unhappy with the stores customer service. They refused to deliver to my house, but would deliver to my NEXT DOOR neighbor. Eventually we talked to the manager and he said we could call and they would deliver. After that, we started ordering delivery a few times a week. We have never had issues with order's being incorrect, and I am a vegetarian that requests quite a few changes to my sub. Today I went to place an order, and Sarah told me that they only had one driver and it would take 40 minutes for my food to arrive. I told her this was fine, and thanked her for warning me. Sarah called me back, and let me know that they were going to give me the order for free because of the wait (even though I was fine with the wait) and even gave me a free drink! She promised that my food would arrive in the next 20 minutes, and my food arrived 10 minutes later. Hands down the best customer service I have ever received in Laveen. read more
