I arrived at the counter to order and the employee casually walked at a snails pace to the register. Without saying a word she just points at me. I ordered the tuna club on sliced wheat bread with chips and a drink. She asks if I wanted cheese on the sandwich. Cheese already comes on the sandwich. I removed cashed from my pocket to pay and she just awkwardly stares at me. She then asks if I'm paying cash which then promoted her mashing other buttons on the register. Without telling me the total she just extends her hand for the cash I'm holding. After waiting about ten minutes for a "freaky fast" sub, she says my order is ready. I walk up to the counter waiting for her to hand over the sandwich. Instead, she just stares at me while she eats a cookie. That's not a joke. I'm waiting on a sandwich I paid for and she's stuffing her face right next to the area where food is being made. I included a photo of my excuse for a sandwich. She didn't use sliced wheat like I ordered. In addition, only about half the sandwich had tuna on it. I told her I asked for sliced wheat and she just replied "we don't have any sliced wheat ready". That would've been nice to know when I ordered the sandwich. I couldn't believe. How unprofessional this lady was. Girl at front counter was much too busy texting and not paying any attention or taking orders to customer (me). By know I am mad but still calm and polite and not at all rude. When I explained that I paid with credit card and have proof she just laughed at me and told me she didn't care about that. As much as I hate to give such a low rating to what was once one of my favorite sub shops, it has to be done at this point. Multiple experiences at this location have been underwhelming. I posted a picture of my Italian nightclub sub, which only had salami. I bit into it and there was hardly any meat. I wish they would have said something if they were out of some meats vs finding out after I left the restaurant. The service here has also been underwhelming, as it's not welcoming. I feel uncomfortable walking in and the employees don't seem to have any passion while they're there. This location is close to me and I was very excited they put a Jimmy John's here. We were nervous about ordering our food from here after seeing the bad reviews, we placed a mobile order, walked in and were greeted with beautiful smiles. our food was ready as soon as we got there we opened up the bags to make sure the sandwich's were right. I live about 1.7mi from this JJs and ordered food and drink here yesterday around 14:30. I received an email that my order was received and being prepared but no follow up email regarding being picked up and out for delivery. I've ordered Jj's many times in the past and the longest I've ever waited was 30mins. This time an hour passed and no delivery update, so I called and was told my order has been ready for 40 mins but they don't have a delivery driver! They could've had the decency to contact me to say that my order will be delayed but that it will still be delivered. I waited another 40 mins and still no delivery!!! I decided to take my dog for a walk around 16:20 when I noticed my next door neighbors had a JJ delivery infront of their door! Out of curiosity I checked and IT WAS MY ORDER!!!
