These ladies dont take care of a customer order right. They give u a time of dilivery and and over exceed the time.i had to go there an hour later after my lunch break is over .didnt eat. But waisted time going there to get talked back like if its my fault.from their manager to the the rest of them calling names talking about me because im the angry customer. They kept on hanging the phone so i had to personally go there to get a refund .first time and last not that it matters ordering or buying from them there.. they are ghetto as is in person and worse on the phone unproffessionally. Definitely NOT "Freaky Fast" more than 1 hour since I placed order, it just arrived. Checked in on app, saw it had gone out for delivery much earlier. See attached picture. Calling and trying to get an actual understanding of when it was going to be delivered was poor. "Any minute now" is what she told me. She then admitted that was just her assumption. A canned response to get me off the phone for sure. She said only two drivers, and some days are busier than others. I told her that Jimmy John's needs to change their slogan to "Freaky Fast...sometimes, but not so much if we're busy" Sandwich is now SOGGY! I don't normally review fast food venues. But I was so disappointed in this experience. Needed to order something quick to satisfy a hunger pang , no groceries in house and had to be on my way for the day. The delivery took over 30 min but that was actually NBD. The delivery guy was super sweet and followed the advise to call my phone so I could run down to him. The sandwich, was not up to my usual JJ expectation tho. And I'm not a very picky bitch but this time I was . The tomatoes were too thick cut, one with the ass stem still stuck in it I asked for extra vinaigrette, I like my sandwiches drippy don't judge me , but that was nowhere. Also. No Italian seasoning whatsoever This was a thick tomato sandwich on super awesome bread but dry and no flavor pop that you should expect and receive on an Italian Sub. Our company frequently orders lunch for meetings that are scheduled for longer periods of time during the lunch hour. Last week, we placed an order three days in advance to be delivered at or around 11:45. It was finally delivered at 12:45. Thinking we caught them on an "off" day, we gave them another chance a few days later. This one was 30 minutes late as opposed to an hour, but still unacceptable since many of our meetings are scheduled by the minute. The only reason I am giving two stars as opposed to one star is because the orders were correct. We won't be ordering from here again as they have proven themselves unreliable where service is concerned. read more

I received a delivery order for a sandwich that was not suppose to have tomatoes in it. No big deal, except I got this sandwich for free because of a credit i received for getting a sandwich with no tomatoes in it from a previous order placed a few months prior. I called and informed them of this mistake and they offered to send another driver with the correct sandwich. Yesterday there was a brunette/black hair female at the register; I didn't catch her name but the name on the receipt says Tynan. I won't say she was rude but she most certainly was not friendly. I got home with my sandwich and saw that my order was wrong, no surprise there seeing how she seemed less than enthusiastic to take my order in the first place. I stopped into JJ's today before work for a quick bite to eat. I'm not a big JJ's fan to begin with, but it was convenient for my drive to work. I ordered #16. Unfamiliar with exactly how they work at JJ's, I didn't know that you can add different toppings, but had to do so before the sandwich was actually made of course. I ended up taking out the cheese and mayo. According to the menu, leaves the sandwich with bacon, lettuce and tomato. I wanted to add dijon mustard, but it seemed like a hassle to the dresser. I also added, and paid for, avocado spread. He made the sandwich fairly quick, so I took off as I was running late for work. When I got to work to indulge in my $10 sandwich, I found that the major of bites I took consisted of lettuce and bread. The meat was not spread evenly at all. There was also no avocado spread on it. I was pretty disappointed because the sandwich tasted pretty bland. Ultimately, I will not be back. read more

I tried ordering from this Jimmy Johns for delivery, being that our apartment is 0.9 miles away. According to the gentleman I spoke to on the phone, they do not deliver to this area. He also mentioned that the other Jimmy Johns that is 2.5 miles away will not deliver. Apparently we are in the Jimmy Johns no man's land. Interesting business practices. All I ask is that the gentleman with whom we spoke on the phone, and whomever decided to designate the delivery area for these particular establishments, never, ever procreate.
