Ordering third-party delivery can sometimes be a gamble--food arrives cold or soggy--but not this time. Everything was still piping hot and remarkably fresh even after our 15-minute drive home! We've also actually walked into the restaurant before, and even in a busy joint, the staff took the time to greet us with genuine smiles and make us feel completely welcome. That is the definition of true southern hospitality. Now, onto the food--every single bite was a 10/10: Rotisserie Chicken: Incredibly flavorful, juicy, and not dry in the slightest. The entire time I was eating I had to bat away small flying insects (perhaps gnats or fruit flies?). I made a stop at the bathroom before leaving, and it was absolutely swarming with the same insects. Gross. It made me really worry what the kitchen looked like, and will certainly keep me from going back. I was hoping for better. The service deserved five stars.
