Eat here a lot and for the price it can't be beat. Very quick, bread is always fresh which makes the sub in my mind. Great fast food.

First time visitor to a Massachusetts Jimmy John's - I think the ones in Wisconsin are better. At least the bread is better. Got my favorite - the Hunters Club. Meat, cheese and veg were all great, as expected, but the bread was cold and while fresh, just wasn't as tasty as remember. Hoping it's better next time, but beats Subway by miles, either way. Northboro's installment in the national sandwich chain is newly opened. When we walked in the door, the team seemed eager and ready to help us out. Since it wasn't very busy, all of the cashiers and sandwich makers were greeting us and smiling at us as we walked in. This is your typical Jimmy John's. Since they weren't very busy, I was a little disappointed they hadn't wiped down more of the tables, many showing the remnants of the previous visitors. I ordered the club variety of one of the subs and didn't realize I would need to specify the bread type. I would have preferred the whole wheat but it came on a french roll. Not a great move by me to assume but if there were two types of bread offered I would have expected the staff to ask which I preferred. Beyond that, the difference in the club and the regular sub appeared to be a couple of slides of cheese, but the price difference was $1.50, so weigh your options when updating to the club. I'm sure they are still working out a few wrinkles as they are so newly opened. I'm sure we will be back, and what we got was not at all unexpected based on the chain sandwich formula. read more

I visit here many times and satisfied, but my last visit on Monday Oct 4 was a disappointment. First, my wife ordered a VITO but does not like capicola. Sorry they said no substitutes. They eliminated the capicola but what was left was salami cut paper thin and only three slices. Hardly a sandwich. Also the bread on both of out sandwiches were not fresh as they usually are. I visited this Jimmy John's on Tuesday at 1:45 PM. The place was very slow. I ordered the turkey Tom sub with sprouts. They told me they were out of sprouts so I said OK I'll have it without the sprouts. I also asked for a cup of water. I was told they were out of water cups and I would have to pay for water. I said can I just take one of these cups you have for your fountain drinks they said yes but you have to pay for it. So I get no sprouts and no water. I had to walk out without my lunch. Why can't the owners and management team take the time to train their team on common sense issues?.. so sad. read more

I'm a huge Jimmy John's fan just in general, and this location is no exception. My fiance recently got us some takeout- 1 Italian sub, 1 tuna sub, and 1 turkey sub. All were the perfect ratio of fillings to bread, and everything was impeccably prepared, and FRESH. We will definitely be ordering from here again. read more

If I could give a negative number of stars I would. The good: clean, nice decor. Bread has potential. The bad: only cheese option is provolone; do not toast bread not an option; tasteless dry tuna; ungenerous toppings (lettuce, etc.) Price, absurd $ 22-ish for 2 regular (small) sandwiches (tuna/Italian) 2 bottled waters. I'm always looking forward to my next lunch when I'm at work or in the neighborhood. They managed to run a great restaurant with delivery through this wild year we've been having. I gave Jimmy John's a try 2 weeks ago as it is new to the area so I figured why not. First off the menu is very limited, however, they have perfected what they offer. Its very similar style to Jersey Mike's minus the hot items only JJ' s blows Jersey Mikes out of the water, hands down! I have already been back 5 times since trying so that speaks for how good it is. The bread is amazing and the star of the show! So fresh and soft and the standard is that the inside of the bread is pulled out (you can request they not) making the meat to bread ratio perfect. For the bigger eaters or meat lovers you will want to get double meat or the club sandwiches. I personally hate too much meat and I find the reg subs to be just right for me. Also can do a boxed lunch option which includes a cookie, bag of chips, pickle and sandwich which I found to be a good deal. The Roast Beef, Turkey and Italian are all top notch quality and the best from anywhere locally. I am super picky about my deli meats and I was very pleased! Even bringing my husband in to try it his first words after taking a bite were, "Wow, this is the best sub I have had in a really long time." The service is on point! Each time I have gone it is not very busy (which worries me that not enough people know about this place) but the sandwiches have been finished within no more than 2 minutes after paying. even at lunch time. Plenty of employees each visit that offer a smile and greeting, and on my first visit even gave me a quick rundown of everything. Very clean inside each visit so far too! Went on a Sunday night with my husband and son. Ordered a BLT on wheat bread and asked for swiss cheese. No swiss cheese, provolone is the only option for cheese! Seriously? in a sub shop? Get my sandwich, the bacon is cold, bread, while fresh, is not toasted, but gummy. $30 for three lousy sandwiches....and the two kids working couldn't have cared less. I didnt think any store or chain could be cheaper than subway, but Jimmy John's accomplished it. I ask for a classic turkey sub with just Mayo on it and they put three slices of turkey on it. The Mayo amounted to more than the turkey when I went to a different store to return it and try to get my money back they told me I had to go back to the other store because it was in a different chain or franchisee so I went back to that store then I was told that they won't give me a refund because they made the sandwich right which I told them they didn't and they said that they did and the first or threw my sandwich away so I basically got robbed a v bucks I highly suggest staying away from Jimmy John cuz their food is garbage and their customer service is worse read more

I order lunch delivery from this Jimmy John's like once a week. It's right in the shopping center I work in and they usually deliver my sandwich in like 10 minutes. The sandwiches are good - it's no Regatta or Bushel n Peck but the food absolutely smokes Subway and is better priced than D'Angelo's. Their bread is delicious.
