I'm from the San Francisco Bay Area and we don't have Jimmy John's. I came in here yesterday and ordered the Classic Italian sandwich. The young lady who waited on me me took my order and in just a matter of minutes she had made my sandwich. It was delicious! Great customer service and very good food. Yummy! read more

I'll call it decent but have definitely had better. If you like a soft roll, great, I personally like more of a french roll, but to each their own. Ordered the Italian they use a decent quality of meets however the only thing that came through for me was the salami, really couldn't taste much else. I'd like to address a few things. This is a franchise and the delivery area was mapped out by the corporate office. When a call for delivery comes up if it's not in the delivery zone it will tell you that and if the order is filled and delivered it goes to the corporate office and the business has to explain why they delivered outside the delivery area. They can be penalized for doing so. After a year they will come out and survey the area again and may widen the delivery area. This business has helped the community by employing 30 people! They have also celebrated veterans, current military, police, firefighters and all first responders with 1.00 sub days! They have donated to many charities in the area also. I think the owners should be applauded for being a great sponsor of the whole city of Roseburg. You are doing a fantastic job Jimmy John's keep up the good work! The sandwiches are fresh and taste great due to the quality of the ingredients! Ok people support your local businesses so the city will continue to thrive and grow to make our community as awesome as possible! read more

Awesome food, and would eat more often but the delivery rules are ridiculous. I live less than a mile away and was told they cannot deliver. For a business that advertises delivery should rethink there strategy to fully satisfy the public and generate more business. I would pay more for delivery if they expanded the area of service. read more

Considering Roseburg has about 10 subways shops- we didn't need another one! If you ARE going to open a subway type sandwich shop here- it needs to be way better than subway- but this place is 10 times worse!! Probable the worst sandwich I've ever had- really pathetic!! This place needs a overhaul the employes need better training they don't know how to make sandwiches or describe there raps they are made with lettuce not flavored tortillas. You know those places that come outta the gate swinging but lose steam very quickly? Yep... That's this place. I came and ordered a country club sandwich and it was awesome my first visit. Plenty of meat, and "tons" of lettuce as advertised on the description. Fast forward to my next visit (today) where I placed the exact same order... My sandwich was HALF as full as my previous visit! My daughters Vito sandwich was thicker and she didn't have the "double meat" side. Now I asked one one of the 8 employees about why I didn't get the same quality sandwich and they acted like I was an idiot and asked to see my sandwich. I said this isn't double meat. She said well there's two types of meat so that's why it's double. WHAT?! Uhh no, double meat means I paid more for my sandwich to have more meat than the cheaper sandwiches and where was my "tons" of lettuce??? Definitely NOT on my sandwich. Not coming back.
