Has our society actually devolved to a point where the bar for customer service is so low that you can't get a human being to take your order for a sandwich. In my first ever visit to a Jimmy John's, the employees weren't even speaking to the customers, other than to yell out their names when their order was ready. We even had to get our own bags, sides and drinks. There are only 3 employees working during the lunch rush, which makes everything much slower than it should be. I'm writing this before I've even received my order, but the service is so bad that I'll never try another JJ's, no matter what the food ultimately tastes like.

I'm upset I didn't check the dates on all the reviews earlier and just stopped by instead. Clean efficient and friendly service. I walked in after the lunch rush so was pleasantly surprised no one was inside. One thing I will tell you the sandwiches are good but they do run small compared to other shops so be prepared to get a large if hungry. If this place a chance and doubt you will be disappointed.

Mask isn't covering full face and nose. Said that people can't hear him. He's the manager.

Normally really good service, but today after ordering online I went into get my sandwich and it wasn't ready. Matter of fact, he just got done ringing up two customers and did their sandwiches first?? After I had ordered on line. The manager was wearing a mask but it wasn't covering his nose and partially his mouth. Making a joke to another customer that he's to young to worry about COVID-19. WHAT!? It's not just about him, mostly in a customer based company/deli shop. I'll be more cautious about ordering from here and may have to go back and to Subway.

Did I order a tuna sandwich or a lettuce sandwich. I can't remember. Where's the tuna!?!

The country club was good. Then I ordered the Tuna sam another day and it was horrible. It is so odd to me that cheese isn't automatically in these sandwiches and you have to ask for it. Who eats sandwiches without cheese?! Anyway.. used to LOVE JJ's. It has become quickly overrated. Got very ill from their hot peppers at their Woodinville location. I think it's about time I stop giving them my money. There are better options out there.

MMmMMMM Beach Club (#12) on the wheat bread is sooooooo yummy! I swear I walk into this place and I feel like Norm from Cheers! The workers are always extremely friendly and they are so fast! At only a mile or so away from me it's an easy walk to get a sandwich I know I will love every time! When you go just be prepared to open wide & shovel in the goodness!

Very slow service. 25 minutes to get a sandwich which doesn't match the "Freaky Fast" on everyone's tshirt

I came in and asked for the discount and was informed that this was no longer in place. The man behind the register then looked at me and probably saw the exhaustion in my eyes of working 80/hr per week in the hospital for minimum wage and gave me a cup of matzo ball soup for free anyways. He didn't have to do that and it was such a kind and generous offer. What a genuine and caring establishment. Also that matzo ball soup was better than my Jewish grandmother's! Bonus: this spot is kosher! Potato Latkes (5/5): These latkes are thick boys and fried up so they're piping hot when they hit the table. Because of their size, you really get the contrast of the hard crunch on the outside with super fluffy potato inside. So good we immediately turned around and ordered more. Chocolate Babka (2/5): This was truly the only miss I've had here. Unfortunately, the babka just really dries out after it's been sliced, which is a shame because it's just gorgeous with generous swirls of chocolate inside. Reuben (5/5): I really thought their pastrami couldn't be beat, but the brisket is dare I say better? Just as tender and feels a bit less fatty, so it's a little more crushable. Tip: go for the seeded rye over the marbled rye; something about the marbled rye just falls apart a bit more with the juices of the meat, though it's still delicious! Black & White Cookies (4/5): I expected this to be cloyingly sweet, but this was actually scrumptious with some fresh lemon flavor in the cookie itself. Absolutely massive as well.

I'd heard they were good, but holy smokes, I didn't realize they would be *that* good. Here are my recommendations: - Get the Tatstrami. Its combination of flavors is so freaking good. - Order online and then sweep in and pick it up. Since the place does most of its business during lunchtime, there's always a line and this is a way to skip that. If you want to venture beyond a pastrami sandwich, I highly recommend the chicken cheesesteak. While I normally opt for beef when it comes to cheesesteaks, Tat's actually isn't amazing but their chicken one is. So get that instead. In short, this is tied with Dingfelders for the best sandwich in Seattle. Pay it a visit and bring your appetite.

They never fail me, and I always want to try more varieties. I also bought a vermicelli to-go pack and an order of chicken wings with seven pieces. On a budget but with a taste for adventure? Their prices are very reasonable and full of varieties.
