I never really came to this Jimmy John's partly because I usually eat sandwiches near where I work, never really thought to come here on the weekends, and partly because of the tepid reviews this place had. However, during COVID times and working from home, I've frequented this Jimmy Johns and it's been really excellent! My wife always orders online and I go and pick it up. It has literally always been ready when they say they are (my wife uses the app or their website to tell when it's done). So, when I step in there, I quickly glance at the available bags on their to-go shelf, grab mine, and peace out. It's always super easy! Despite that awkwardness - the apparent dine-and-dash kind of thing - the employees have always been super great. They're attentive... apparently checking if I'm finding what I need. They greet me in a friendly way. They tell me to have a nice day. What more could I ask for?! The sandwiches are solid in my opinion. I used to go to Potbelly quite often - which is near where I work. Potbelly is just a different experience. Jimmy Johns always hits the spot when I need a cold sandwich. Their bread is amazing (I always get the white one). One highlight is their ranch - "Kickin' Ranch". It's like.. ranch... that's a little spicy (surprise!). Seriously, so good! I usually get that instead of mayonnaise. The meat is always a good proportion - though when the sandwich gets too moist - like with Mayo and oil and everything - it can slop around a bit. Ordered to a park five minutes away from the store called Pilchuck Park took over an hour and three phone calls with the store after finally deciding to just go to the store. A young blonde female in a maroon scion road so close to my rear that at any moment could have rear ended me if I would have even slightly hit my breaks. Then tried to run me off the road when the lanes broke into two lanes by Fred Meyer. My toddler was in the car with me and thankfully nothing bad happened. I was really, really hoping for a better experience at Jimmy John's. I've heard rave reviews dating back to my days at UW in the mid-2000s and yet never tried one of their sandwiches while I lived in Seattle. I even tried looking them up when I moved to San Diego but discovered that there isn't one within 40 miles of my house. I was surprised when I found out that this location had recently opened in Snohomish and immediately added it to the list of must-have food while I was visiting my hometown. Why oh why can you not follow simple instructions? I used the online form to order the Beach Club with no cucumbers and added Jimmy mustard. I made no other changes to the sandwich and my receipt clearly stated what I ordered. My sandwich was wrapped and ready to go when I arrived 15 minutes later. It wasn't until I got home that I discovered it was on sliced wheat bread instead of the French sub roll that I was expecting. I grabbed my receipt to confirm and sure enough it clearly says French bread. Ugh! I'm not a big fan of wheat bread but I decided to just make due with it instead of driving the 20 minute round trip back into town. The sandwich was okay but I just felt deflated after being so excited to try it and then having my expectations crushed by not receiving what I had ordered. If only Jimmy John's could have gotten my bread right, I may have been writing a very different review. So here's the lesson: Be sure to check your online order before leaving the restaurant to make sure you get what you order! Update 8/23/16: I received a phone call from the manager after I posted my review. He left a voice mail to apologize for the mix up and offered a $10 credit. Went in for a quick lunch today with my husband. Was first told that there was no French bread and it would be an hour late. No problem, since I was going to order wheat anyway. Then the manager says, "no, we have two loaves and I can make 4 sandwiches." Great, but communication was obviously off. When we got our order, my sandwich was incorrect. I ordered a #12 but got a #16. I took it back to the counter and told them it was wrong. Manager told employee to just take off the things that was wrong. I said "no thank you, please remake my sandwich." Everyone is just looked at each other. I have worked at Jimmy johns as a delivery driver since December 2021 and my gratitude for everyone that's been generous to tip is at the highest level. Not only my life but the life of my fiance and our kids have you to thank. At the end of the week and I look into our bank account and I see that I have money to buy my kids new shoes when they need them. When I can afford to take my family to the zoo or aquarium, or I have a little extra cash for gas to take my family on a picnic Or on my sons bday I'm able to get him something special its because of you and your kindness. Yay for Jimmy John's in Snohomish! We've been inside to eat a few times and have also ordered delivery several times. Every time has been a good experience. Delivery is FAST. We aren't too far away and we generally have our order delivered in under ten minutes. Each time I've been inside they seem to be sufficiently staffed (as opposed to most Subways I've been in which often have only one person working). Bread and other ingredients all seem to be fresh, and if you like you can pick up a day old bread for about .50¢ We've not experienced any of the "typical teenager attitudes" as others have mentioned. Yes, most of them are teenagers but they're always polite and professional when we have stopped in. Great addition to the fast food and especially delivery scene in Snohomish. read more

When we talked in we were behind someone with an online order, she was directed to a shelf to pick up her order Freaky Fast. My wife ordered two cups of water and the young man behind the courts asked if we wanted food. We said no, we ordered on the app. We sat by patiently for 10-15 minutes as 5-6 other customers orders were filed and finally my wife asked where our unwhiches were. The young lady making sandwiches said "I don't have an order for unwhiches". My wife said that we ordered on the app and the girl said "oh I didn't know you were here" in a bitch my voice as though it was our fault that our sandwiches weren't ready. We left and then decided that based on the customer disservice we would contact corporate with details our experience. We received an apologetic email from Corporate and the email stated that the franchise owner would be reaching out as well to explain, apologize, etc. That was 10 days ago and there had been absolutely nothing from the owner. We love Jimmy Johns and have visited many different locations, but you could not pay me to go back to Snohomish, Washington. The service was less than a one, but I had to pick something. read more

I'll start out by saying the location is clean and we'll kept. That's where the good ends. In a nut shell the staff needs to turn the radio down and listen to the orders. I don't mind repeating my self if someone needs it, but if the reason I'm repeating myself is because you're blaring The Beastie Boys, well that's the problem. This was my first time ordering and delivery from Jimmy John's. I ordered online. The process was easy and fun. I got to choose exactly what I wanted on my sandwich. Another cool feature was naming the individual sandwiches I ordered so I knew who got what when the arrived all wrapped up. Delivery was quick and the driver was friendly. Price wasn't bad. We did not order extras just sandwiches. When I got the bag I was happy to see the names on the sandwiches, so I knew who got what without having to open them. I like my sandwich plain and it was. Love the bread. Turkey is good and just enough. Cheese is good. I give it a 3.7 out of 5. I also love pickles and ordered one for $1.59. It was a big, crispy dill. Very good. It was a nice treat and alternative to pizza. I will order again. read more

I'm not going to jimmy johns anymore. The last sandwich I ordered was not correct. I ordered a #5 with all the freebies except mustard and cucumber. When I went to pay they'd made me two sandwiches not one. They said they were identical so I decided to just buy the second one for the following day. I got home and found they weren't identical, I don't even know what the second sandwich was but it had no veggies on it at all and was light as a feather :( I also paid for the ranch sauce but didn't get it. I tried to call the store and the phone rang busy every time I tried to call which was at least 10 times. I even tried to call the following day to tell the manager and the phone just rings busy. It is clear to me that nobody cares what's going on. I'll go to Subway next time I want a sub sandwich. Hey, it's Jimmy John's...I'm happy that there is a location in Snohomish now, because I generally like their sandwiches, but it's a fast-food sandwich place. Parking lot is kind of a nightmare, being right on the corner of a busy intersection, and service was typical teenager attitudes and attention. But hey, still a good sandwich, and cheaper than Subway--plus, if you live in town, they deliver. We live outside of town, so they won't deliver to US, but we'd probably use that service if they did. Although there seems to be a weird confusion EVERY TIME I try and get delivery at this location, I'd rate my one experience today I had here 5 out of 5. Everyone was in good spirits, friendly, fast. One lady in particular, mature, short red hair, seemed to catch my attention most of all. Not only when she saw cars pull up, she was ready at the register to ring and great people with a huge warm smile before they even opened the door she was non stop working the entire time. Not one minute went by between customers that she wasn't busy. I guess I just want this specific location to know, this lady (name unknown) was the highlight of my experience today and she should be noticed for her excellent customer service and work ethic.
