The immediate staff was really nice. They made a mistake and overcharged my catering order, which happens and they only had an Asst Manager there, who wasn't able to correct his mistake & needed to have Manager fix it. I have stopped in multiple times & the Manager is never there. The Asst Manager has been calling and asking Manager & Regional Manager to fix this and although they claimed (2 months after mistake) that they fixed it and credited the account, it is now mid-April and it hadn't credited our account as of yet. (This happened in Jan). This is a $175 mistake that they claimed to fix, but has no way to prove it to us. Very frustrating that Management and Regional Manager is playing this game. read more

Music is always so loud and obnoxious rap music. The service sucks. The food is terrible. It's always something. Either the bread is very hard or the sandwich is missing something. Both sandwiches were made incorrectly. Pickle was very soggy and did not taste fresh. Older women that took the order did not know what she was doing. Not surprised by the reviews as I got the same attitude and dismissiveness from the girl at the register today. Felt inclined to write a review and saw that others have had a similar experience at this location. I (very kindly) asked if I could get a little more avocado spread because my sandwich didn't have much of it on my there at all and it normally does (I order this sandwich all the time) After I explain that to the girl at the register, (with an attitude and very dismissively) she said she would have to charge me extra for it. I was honestly surprised by the response and attitude behind it that I just said "no that's ok" but I was left feeling like this Jimmy Johns will mess up my sandwich and can care less if I like it or not and then try to charge me extra to make it right. I wasn't asking for extra avocado spread (I know it's not a cheap ingredient) I just wanted as much as it's suppose to have.. So.. I will be skipping this Jimmy Johns location in the future. Whoa, lots of negative reviews. I had a very good experience recently. It was hot and an unwhich sounded like it would hit the spot. I went online and ordered my unwhich and also got a sub for my husband. I loved how customizable everything was. And the hot peppers? Where have those been all my life?? Our order was perfect and very tasty. I ordered our lunch at 1145 and it was at my door at 1210. Their prices are super fair too. My only gripe is how little meat there is on their sandwiches. Got a crappy lettuce wrap from this location, they made it with one single piece of lettuce that didn't even go all the way around the sub, then wrapped it like a regular bread sub sandwich so it can't be pealed back to eat like it should. They actually make it like a regular bread sub and used the single piece of lettuce like it was cut bread. Horrible messy time eating it and got ripped on lettuce too. Diffidently my worse lettuce wrap from Jimmy Johns. Very disappointing. My wife said a delivery girl made this sub who just came from her car and didn't wash her hands even though she wore gloves she touched the gloves. Yuck!! read more

Worst experience with in-store order consequently third time today. On regular basis (once a month) we order three 16 inch #6 sandwiches and we write each sandwich customization on piece of paper and tell the order taker to follow the customization as per the paper and we always gets the desired sandwiches. Today we did the same thing by telling we need three 16 inch #6 sandwiches and gave the customization paper so that prepare can make exact sandwich for carry out. In hurry we didn't looked at the check and we drove away. In the way, we look at sandwiches and found that the person has made incorrect sandwiches. We went back to the store and told them to correct the mistake and the person refused to acknowledge the mistake and didn't make any effort to correct it. Also most important, the person was talking very rudely. Another point, the store was never have the sufficient carry-out bags in stock and few times we need to carry sandwiches individually in hand which was very inconvenient specially three 16 inch sandwiches cut in half (total 6). In past the same person who did today was always messing order and switching sandwiches as #1, #2 and #3. In past the same person has refused to acknowledge the mistake and refused to correct the order and the other person in the same store takes charge and resolves the dispute. This is not a matter of few dollars. This is matter of the trust and service. Which I feel that the store was completely garbage in terms of the experience. read more

I ordered an East Coast Italian Sub for delivery. First $15 for a sandwich and bag of chips? Jersey Mokes has fresh lunch meat, and there is about$10, and so is Subway. I'm sure that included the cost for delivery. Second, there was a half hr back up. It's not a big deal for the 2nd time in a month at this location. I called April 5 for a sandwich. Same circumstances. Third. Driver had an emergency. Fine. Understandable. Hope all is okay. They could have called me to explain the situation or had me come get it. I was going to. I've had plenty of good experiences with Jimmy John's and their quality of meats, breads and cheeses are very good. The only bad thing I have to say about this place is they do forget certain toppings occasionally so I am used to always checking my food before I walk out the door. But hey you would forget stuff too if you were making hundreds of sandwiches a day with special orders! Still food is always made freaky fast and that JJ Gargantuan is one hell of a beast to tackle. Just make sure to ask for a man to make your sandwich. The girls that make my Gargantuan always seem to have the meat falling out but the men make it nice and tightly compacted so I can take a bite without everything falling apart. All in all, love Jimmy Johns and the location and would recommend 100% if you're looking for a quick bite to eat. read more

Order from here tonight and called a half hour after ordering and was told it was out with the driver. Awesome it should be here soon. Call back after it still not showing up 30 mins later and was told the delivered it and it was on my porch. I looked and it wasn't there. The driver gets on the phone and says she delivered it and I asked her if it was a house with a red van in the driveway and she said no a black car. I told her that was the wrong house I didn't receive my order. She then proceeded to tell me well we are closing in 10 mins. I explain I did and the guy says well sometimes there's a glitch and that he didn't think I wanted to stiff their drivers. That they want their drivers to get paid. This one is closest to me and more convenient, but may be my last time coming. I understand working in a restaurant and what it is like to be short staffed. You should still always try to be kind and considerate to customers. I had a very poor customer service experience from the female who took my order. Flat out rude, attitude, and told me afterwards that they were short staffed and ended with, "so yeah, sorry." This isn't the first encounter we have had with this person. Just went to this jimmy johns location today. I had an amazing beach club (a sandwich that I always order from any jimmy johns location). I sat in the dining room area, my mother and I were the only people in there eating. ALL of the workers were on their phones and goofing off. I work in the food industry as well, phones contain a million germs and that is very unprofessional of the workers to openly be on them in front of paying customers. 10/10 wont be coming back to this location due to the immaturity of the workers. read more

Powered tuna. Paid $12 and change with drink. Get home and I'm eating lettuce on bread. There was so little tuna on sandwich you could not see it as it just pasted the lettuce like dressing. I have been working from home due to COVID and order from JJ's quite frequently. Every time without fail something is missing or my sandwich is incorrect. Kind of hard to mess up a sandwich with only turkey and cheese but you would be surprised. I have asked to talk to a manager several times and no call back, nothing. Today the manager took my order and yet to my surprise she put the wrong sandwich in the system and continued to argue with me. You can easily look in the system and see I order the same sandwich EVERY time. I have never asked them to resend my food out or for my money back. Kathleen immediately lost her cool and told me I am BANNED from ordering there. Poor customer service and unprofessional management. Save your money and drive to another location. read more

I had been to previous Jimmy John's, but had not been impressed. This particular location, which is rather new in my neighborhood, has so far been "ok". Of the 4-5 times I've been to this location since it opened, they have not gotten my order exactly correct more than once. They are either forgetting condiments, including condiments that I have expressly told them not to put in, or put it on the wrong bread, even though I've told them to put it on the other type of bread. Regardless, their sandwiches have tasted way better than my other Jimmy John's experiences, so, I will continue to go back and HOPE they will get my order correct sometime. (I don't like to send back my order because I know they will probably just toss it and I hate seeing food wasted. It wasn't that the food was completely something I wouldn't eat, it just means I waste some of the condiments instead of none.) Waited 40 mins for delivery. I called and they told me the driver had FIVE deliveries to make. My kids ate a whole family size bag of chips waiting for their sandwiches for 40 mins on the table. If I have that craving for subway type sandwiches, I always go to my favorite sub place, Jimmy Johns, just walking distance from my house. Their bread is always baked fresh daily; you could tell as soon as you walk in the door and smell the bread baking in the oven. This particular location is new to this area, it is always clean, and the staff is always very nice. Even when I have my sub delivered across the street ("yes Im lazy"), the delivery guy is always friendly and courteous and you can count on them to deliver your sub within 15 to 20 minutes. My all time favorite is the Italian Nighclub with a side of jardonnaire and Jalapenos. You cant get better than this sandwich, they always stack the bread mile high with my favorite cuts of meats like real genoa salami, Italian capicola and smoked ham, topped with a slice of provolone cheese. It just have enough of a kick to satisfy my hunger. read more

Unapologetically simple sandwiches. Fresh bread. Great attitude (the traditional JJ "free smells" neon sign displayed loud and proud). On our first trip to the shop, they struggled with my wife's order (a "slim 4" - turkey, cheese, bread.... that's it) and ended up putting sprouts and mayo on it, much to her dismay. No worries though, they fixed it up and a new sandwich came rocketing out in under 30 seconds. Everything is really affordable. Try the vito of the billy club.
