I would recommend skipping this location. I have trouble almost everything time I order here but my most recent attempt is the one that will cause me to skip this location entirely. I ordered two frittatas and two soufflés on a Sunday morning. Knowing the soufflés are popular, I submitted my order before 7 am for an 8:15 pickup. I was notified in the app that my order was ready, but no sign of it in the cafe. I wait 5 minutes and it's not out yet. I go to the counter, where I'm ignored. I finally ask, and it's not ready. They give me a free coffee (I'm in the sip club so I already had a free coffee). They don't have the soufflé so those were refunded and they give me two frittatas that have been sitting for who knows how long. Then the manager tells me the soufflés are popular and that's why they don't have them. The app should have not allowed me to order these if they were not available (which happened when I tried to order from the next closest location). I'm more annoyed at the half hearted attempts to placate me than the actual problem with the order. Mistakes happen. But the excuses show me that the location is poorly run and they don't value their customers. read more

The manager paullett was very unprofessional I waited in line while she was chitchatting, such a rude lady. I asked her what new stuffers where in and she gave me attitude saying that All salads can go in to a stuffer. Which left me clueless on what to order and didn't even enjoy what I got. I like Panera... but this location is just not for me. The couple staff I interacted with were kind but not in anyway overly helpful. My biggest issue however with this location is how filthy it is. Everywhere fr the bathroom to the dining area, and the kitchen wasn't very bright so I'm not sure how clean that was. This Is not the first time I have a poor experience in this location. First problem I had: I waited about 10-15 minutes in the drive through line for an Iced Coffee. That should not take longer than 5. Second Problem: I asked for a Spinach Avocado Egg white sandwich on an asiago bagel. I also asked for sausage and no tomatoes. My sandwich had the asiago bagel, it had Tomatoes that I didnt ask for because Im alergic. 2 Tiny pieces of avocado as shown in the picture. And the sausage patty I asked for was no where to be found. It's disappointing to want to have a good start of the day , make it on time to work (or try to) , and have an okay meal. I usually use self-service at this location. I have been there many times and the coffee is usually warm and never hot. I have to heat it up in their microwave. The creamers are nearly empty, and filling them isn't a priority. The Almond Milk is almost always empty. On my last visit, there were no towels in the men's room. I approached the coffee station to get napkins and that was empty as well. I had to ask for napkins to dry my dripping wet hands. There was no rush to remedy either situation. I have never seen anyone wipe off a table, and on my last visit, the "do-it-yourself" bucket of wet wipes was empty. The only positive is that it's quiet. If you don't mind cleaning your own table, microwaving your warm coffee, and using the dregs of any leftover creamer, this is the spot for you. read more

I went through the drive-thru and more than 3/4 of the menu isn't available. I played a game of, "Can I have (x)?" Only to be told that's not available. "Okay, how about (y)?" That's not a available either. Instead of having the full menu up, wouldn't it make sense to just post the items that ARE available so as not to waste everyone's time? You'd think that would be a smart solution instead of playing drive-thru games. Second, the cinnamon rolls, which was in stock surprisingly, ended up having a broken piece of plastic stuck in there as the picture shows. I get everyone is stressed out and tired, but come on. It takes 1 second to pull this out but this employee wasn't aware that the plastic item they used broke off is a bit more concerning. This isn't the first bad experience at this location that I've had. I've placed orders through the app and 30+ minutes later, it still wasn't ready for Rapid Pickup. No worries though. My money is better spent at other Panera locations since obviously, the employee's behaviors are never going to change. read more

Strange exchange, ordered French onion soup with extra cheese, got to the window. They told me they were running low on cheese and weren't able to give the extra cheese and would I like extra croutons, which no that's totally fine I'll take it as is, rang me out gave me the receipt and it still showed the charge for extra cheese, called them back to the window and told them they charged me for the cheese, he said yes there's an extra charge for the cheese. I said you just told me you didn't have the cheese, they stood there and said I forgot to take that off.............did you want a refund. Yea I would, it's only 69cents but it was just the fact we just had the conversation. While waiting for the refund who I assume was the manager "found" some more cheese and gave me that instead of the refund. Which is fine except for the fact it was white cheddar cheese which is not the cheese in the French onion. Again not the end of the world but it's part of a bigger trend of just strange customer service and the food just not being worth the visit read more

We have had good experiences in years past at Panera but this recent visit was not a good one. I ordered the new Smoky Buffalo Chicken Melt - Toasted Baguette sandwich, which was sparse with buffalo flavored chicken along with American cheese, and the cook forgot to include the onions as described. Good bread but it was a dry sandwich. My wife had the Signature Take Chicken sandwich which had overcooked chicken on it. The sandwiches (with an apple included on each) along with one fountain drink totaled was about $30 - which is pretty outrageous, particularly when the food was not good. The manager Gladys told me they could not give me change if I gave her four dollars or she would take a debit card. I didn't have one on me. I said, for 11 cents and you have no signage on your drive through about a coin shortage. Panera Bread, what more can I say? This isn't your typical sandwich shop. It's a bakery too! This particular location has been here as long as I have been living in the area. It's not only a great place to stop for breakfast, it is also a great place for lunch as well. Their bagels are flavorful and diverse. I love their asiago cheese bagels. Their spreads are also very unique though I've only tried the plain cream cheese spread. I'm kinda a purist in that regard. :) But, their other baked goods such as their Chocolate Chipper or Oatmeal Raisin cookies are also awesome! I've tried their salads, while good, isn't their big selling point. Neither is their coffee beverages. It's mostly their sandiwiches and soups that really make them stand out. I enjoy their hot panini sandwich, Chicken Bacon Dijon or their Bacon Turkey Bravo as far as cold sandwiches. Couple it with their broccoli cheddar soup...and you have a hearty lunch that will take you into dinnertime. This location is rather busy during lunchtime as well as breakfast. Their service is pretty quick and you get your food fairly quick despite the breakfast/lunch rushes. Their tables are always cleaned up immediately and their lounge areas are comfy and inviting. They have Wi-Fi so, if you are relaxing and still need to do some work on your laptop. This is a nice place to do it. Oh, and their mini pineapple upside cake is sinfully delicious! read more

The worst customer service ever! I ordered a single bowl of soup with bread to be delivered to my home 5 minutes from their location because my baby girl was sick and I couldn't go get it. I called after 2 hours from placing an order to find out that they had a glitch in the system and nobody was gonna go do delivery. And they were happy to refund me money, well its not always about the money like in this case. Once again, I am very impressed with this Panera Bread Location and their friendly staff. I received an email from Panera stating I received a "Special Surprise" on my Panera Card for my Birthday. So this morning before work, I presented MyPanera card and I was surprised to receive a free pastry. I told Nancy, the person behind the register, that I would like to have 2 Shortbread pastries (my favorites). As I reached for my wallet to pay for one of the pastries, Nancy told me the second pastry was on her.... I was really surprised by her kind gesture. This really made my morning. A simple kind gesture made all the difference for one person....me. I tell you, ever since Panera started the "My Panera" card programs, I have been receiving free pastries and drinks as a reward for being a loyal customer.
