Came in during lunch hour on a Friday. They only had 1 cashier so lines were pretty long. Food was decent and came out fast considering the number of customers in the restaurant. The kids meal is a good value considering it comes with a dessert. Ambiance is typical fast food restaurant. The reason for the 2 stars is cleanliness of the place. The condiment area was pretty messy and empty. 2 of the 3 ketchup dispensers was empty. 1 of the 2 napkin holders did not have any napkins. Mayo packets were empty and there was only 1 hot sauce packet left. Management needs to pay more attention to that area. The Diet Coke dispenser splashed all over when dispensing so that area is messy. It took us awhile to find a clean table to sit down and eat. Only 2 of us so we were not looking for much space.

While convenient to have an above average food option like Culver's as a gas station, I'm not entirely certain if I'm a huge fan of this concept either. One of the drawbacks of not being separate is the cross traffic and parking situation, sometimes for me causing extra confusion versus a standalone spot. This setup also takes away from the more casual feeling that you'd get from a dedicated spot -- particularly if you want to enjoy sweet treats while being outside. The actual restaurant itself is exactly what you'd expect to get from any culver's restaurant. A mix of hot favorites that are done fairly well, particularly the butter burgers -- with a full assortment of sweet treats available. The food tastes the same as any other Culver's location and service is about the same speed as well. The size of the restaurant seems to be the normal size for culvers with the normal blue and white themed decor.

My husband and I went to Culver's to get dinner before going to the NOW Arena to see a show there. Culver's is attached to a BP gas station. I ordered the Cranberry Bacon Bleu Salad and a chocolate milkshake, while my husband ordered the Culver's Deluxe Value Basket and a fountain drink. After ordering, it took sometime to find a clean table to sit at. The food tasted very average and was not very memorable. The advantage of coming to Culver's is that the food is SO MUCH CHEAPER that the food and drink at the NOW Arena. Going to Culver's filled us up for a reasonable price. The bathroom is small and was not clean when I visited it.

We have not eaten at a Culver's in a couple years and it was a nice treat! The staff was very friendly and helped us figure out how to order the kids meals. The scoop of ice cream was a perfect finish. We got two chicken tender meals, and a corndog meal, and there was not any food left at the end. It was different with it being connected to a gas station, but it was totally fine. Would stop here again when traveling through. It was just harder to get to as there are no signs on the turnpike for restaurants. We got lucky and happened upon it. We were there at a slower part of the day and it was nice and peaceful inside. Enjoyed finding the corner booth to sit.

The drive-thru was only open due to COVID. They were super fast and efficient and friendly. Got a cheeseburger and chocolate shake and I really enjoyed the grease and sugar high.

The staff is always very nice and the food is always delicious and fresh . Their white cod fish sandwich is my favorite and their shakes and sundaes are must haves as well .

Culver's and an unfinished BP Gas Station

This Culver's is not easy to find, sits in an unfinished building that I understand will house a 7-Eleven and a BP gas station, I probably should have listened to my intuition that eating here will be full of fail and in retrospect, I should have kept driving to the Culver's in Carpentersville or Crystal Lake. I ordered a double mushroom and swiss basket and asked to substitute cheese curds for the fries, the order taker asked if I wanted anything else, and I wanted a large lemon ice cooler, she asked again, I said just a lemon ice cooler. After making the lemon ice cooler I asked where my cup was and she said that is my drink, which I didn't expect nor wanted as my drink as its nice to have something to drink that's not ice cold and need to be scooped in should you need to drink while eating. My meal came out and I ate it. Afterward, I wanted a drink and didn't have a problem paying for it, and got the assistant manager who didn't see anything wrong with what his employee did and charged me the drink. I really wish I would have gotten everything at the same time. Now I understand this is a new location, I only discovered it when driving down the tollway but at this rate, but until they've had the chance to serve more people, and work on their customer service skills, but if I were you after reading this review, I wouldn't eat here either. Honestly, after you read the update below, I'm not planning on eating here again. Update: Later on May 1st after I had posted this two-star review, I heard back from a manager from the Culver's location trying to apologize for what happened and offered to mail some coupons for a future visit. Well, here it's May 8th and there's no note saying sorry or coupons in the mailbox. Culver's, I really like your food and your chain, but don't promise something if you can't deliver on it. Scratch another star off!

Was stuck in the snow storm, didn't wanna cook or heat up anything so I stopped here. Thanks for charging but not giving me my curds.

Ordered reuben and onion rings at the drive thru. Everything was bitter and greasy. I won't be back.

Left without ordering. Not busy. Lots of help. No one paying attention. Too many other choices to be ignored.

The food definitely stands out in terms of quality. It is most comparable to places like Canes , with the chicken/fries/toast combo. However they excel in comparison with their dirty sodas and other food offerings. The fries, cheese curds and Texas toast are all delicious snack options. Everything comes out hot and cooked to order. The portions are a good size and it all tastes fresh. The dirty sodas were a fun thing to try out. During my visits, I tried the "Toasty Marshmallow" (Mr Pibb) and the "Float On" (Barqs) . Both are sweet combinations and are fun treats. There's a lot here that makes them stand out from most fast-casual places and overall provide a quality dining experience.

Shops that offer chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, fries, and similar options have become very commonplace in this area of the Chicago suburbs. Even without considering the quality of food, there's a few features that make this a hit for me. The dining room is fun, yet appropriate. The value here is great both in terms of quantity of food, and overall pricing. The ice cream that changes monthly provides a fun way to customize a periodic visit. While I'm not crazy about the texture and flavor of it, it's still an enjoyable dessert -- particularly on a warm day. The sides such as fried cheese curds and spicy fries are different. The dirty soda options also provide a ton of possibilities for social media posts and different flavor options on each visit. Service is not too slow for how busy the restaurant is, and parking isn't too difficult. The food is very good here, both in terms of flavor and texture -- and generously portioned as well. The tenders rival the best versions I've had from other dedicated chicken restaurants. Crispy with tender chicken that stands well on its own without sauces, but at the same time has a heightened experience with the quality sauces, which each have a distinct flavor profile. I also enjoyed the cole slaw and texas toast considerably, and especially the fries which were crisp and matched very well with the sauces. The same level of food quality is also present in their sandwiches and wraps, which mix the same quality components together for a delicious product.
