Well, that was me this day and I made a totally random decision to try Terry's burgers. Now, I knew this spot was there, but, whenever I'm in that shopping center its always to shop at Sprouts. This time I decided to grab a burger and I'm glad I did. The turkey burger I ordered was delicious. I could tell right away it was indeed fresh. It was cooked perfectly, the lettuce was crisp, the tomatoes firm, and the raw inions brought it all together. The waitress that recommended that I have it her way, by adding seasoning salt and a side of ranch- thank you. But, honestly, if I didn't have either, my thoughts would be the same. I have been a loyal and frequent customer of Terrys for well over 40 years . Ever since they first opened late 80s I think. Never had a problem as far as customer service goes until today. I always order the same thing breakfast burrito with extra burrito sauce on the side and a couple small very small containers of Pico de gallo. Same thing for 40 years!! Well today someone said No!! You must pay for it. I explained that I have never been denied this request by any employee for over 4 decades of coming here for breakfast. He just shrugged his shoulders and said all the other employees have been doing their job wrong then I said for 40 years ?? He said yes, and walked away. What a stupid way to lose a great customer over such a small request. Time to find a new breakfast place. read more

I've been coming to Terry's for quite some time now. Decent food. Today though, I don't know what went down with my French Toast but they were gross. Like something that was used-was expired or tainted. To add insult to injury, it was my kid's breakfast. "Accountability" is something Terry should look up in the dictionary. Mistakes happen. What I don't stand for is getting the following response: "nope, nothing was found that was wrong". WHY would I make something up and/or lie about something as simple as French Toast. In today's times l, I do not appreciate spending my "hard earned money" on food I simply have to throw away DUE to the establishment's mistake. We called in our order for a quick breakfast stop on the way to Laughlin. We got 2 The works breakfast burritos filled with eggs, ham, sausage, bacon and hash browns this burrito the bomb!! I got the pastrami burger combo, it was almost 18$ but you know what that was a damn good burger. The interior is an older burger styled joint/diner, missed this style a lot, even the tiled menu style, sad everything goes more minimal and corporate. The staff is friendly too. I don't see why Yelp has it as 3.5 stars, I was gonna say it's 4.2-4.5 at best but Google Reviews justified that. I used to work here, and I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED! I figured I would order my kids and I some breakfast before heading to work and I wanted them to try some French toast. The order was placed but when the dasher got here it was only one bag. I knew something was wrong, I opened the bag and it was only my burrito and there was a taped receipt that said two bags! I called the dasher immediately and asked why only part of my order was delivered and the dasher said he was only handed one bag. When I called the store an older gentleman answered and blamed the dasher for not picking it up, but then changed his story saying the other half of the order wasn't even there! What's going on?!!!!! I had been craving mozzarella sticks so I decided to check out Terry's Burgers for lunch today since it was close by. The man who greeted me and took my order was very nice and friendly. I thought it was so sweet that he made the extra effort to spell my name right which means so much to me since it often gets mispronounced or misspelled. As soon as I pulled out my book to wait for my order it was already being brought out to me! I am looking forward to coming back to dine in and try breakfast! Order three burgers, chicken strips and drinks. When we were about to leave we noticed they never gave us our chocolate milk for my daughter. So my wife went to speak to someone at the register and told them we never received the chocolate we paid for while I was moving our car. Not sure who the person in the back was if he was the manager but he stared at my wife very rudely. They made it seem like we were trying to get a free drink. If I was in the restaurant I would of said something but my wife didn't want to make it a big deal so she didn't mention anything until we got home. My wife works at the Hospital and had a done a 24 hour shift so we decided to go out and eat. Having to deal with rude aXX employees is not acceptable. Specially when it's for no reason at all. Wow. I like this place but... I sometimes get onion rings and it's way too much so today I got half an order with a Frisco burger (which is very good). I got (6) onion rings for $5.69! Bend me over and do me hard!!! WTH??? I like the place but will never get onion rings there again, and I probably won't go back anyways. Terry's is a family run business known for their American breakfasts and burgers. Really though, you can't go wrong with anything you order here. I absolutely love their scramble egg sandwiches, chicken tenders with crispy fries, and grilled chicken sandwich. I also get a hamburger patty for my dog and they are always kind to chop it up for her. Really disappointed in this burger... $12 for the combo with a small serving of fries, and a drink. Burger was a let down- 2 soggy strips of bacon, an unripe tomato slice, stale bun, and a tiny patty. Not worth $12. On top of that they have Newsmax blasting on the TV in the dining room. If you aren't aware, Newsmax is a new "fake news" network that spreads conspiracy theories and white supremecist talking points. It's very obnoxious.
