My most recent experience at Fix Auto was absolutely amazing!!!!!!!! I also had a great experience here with Scott a few years ago after getting rear ended and let me tell you, their excellent service has not changed. I would rate this place more than 5 stars if I could!! After hitting a rock on a hiking trip, I had some pretty serious cosmetic damage to my car. I first took my car to Gerber Collision and Glass on Mcloughlin as it was closest to my house and recommended by USAA. My experience there was HORRIBLE. My car was deemed a total loss and wasn't going to be covered by insurance. I met a tow truck to retrieve the car and it was left in pieces as Gerber refused to reassemble it. Not knowing what to do, I called Scott at Fix Auto as this was the only prior shop I dealt with in the past. He was AWESOME. Though my car was in shambles, he was still totally willing to check it out and evaluate all the damage. He even stayed 30 minutes after the shop had closed to wait for me and the tow truck driver to arrive!!! He was so understanding of my financial situation (I'm attending a bachelors program soon) so we went over everything together very thoroughly. We discussed what I wanted fixed on the car and what I wanted left alone so the price of parts/labor would not exceed my budget. Scott kept me updated throughout the entire process and sent me updates along the way. When I picked up my car up he had it all ready to go for me. The inside was even vacuumed!!!! It was totally spotless. I should have initially taken my car to Fix Auto but I learned my lesson the hard way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Don't waste your time anywhere else! Had a fantastic experience with Fix Auto today. I had called my Honda dealership to ask about repainting my hood versus buffing out the damage after sustaining some shallow but long and numerous scratches, and they referred me to this place. I made an appointment last Friday and then drove in today for some advice and a quote. Was greeted by a gentleman named Scott who I later learned was the manager. When I asked him to look at my car, he not only looked at it, but proceeded to immediately apply some buffing compound and set to work buffing the scratches to see if they would respond without the need for more labor intensive and expensive resurfacing. When we discovered that it was in fact working, he did all the scratches right then and there and even hand washed and rinsed the front of my car to get all the buffing compound overspray off it. And he didn't charge me a dime, said that I just happened to catch him when he had the time to help me out. :) He spent at least 25 minutes of his own time working on this for me. Wow! What amazing customer service! A rare treat in today's world. I will most DEFINITELY be back the next time I need any body work on either of my cars, I will be telling Honda what a great place this is and that they should continue referring their clients here, and I will be telling any friends or family who need body work to their cars to come here! My repair was fabulously done as I would expected. Even more my little car was treated like a Queen, she got washed, cleaned and vacuumed (wow didn't see that coming). Even more unexpected and appreciated was the day the repair was completed (and sooner than estimated!) I knew that I would not be able to pick it up before they closed. I asked Frank (?) if he could park it outside the gate and run the keys over to Enterprise so when I dropped the rental off I could pick up the keys to Bella Blue and be on my way. There was no resistance to my request and I was able to get my car before the weekend and the memorial holiday, saving me potential rental car costs. Scott was very polite and helpful throughout the whole process and arranged for the car rental as well saving me time. WOW! Excellent customer service. Scott and his crew really go the extra mile! I was very worried that my car would never be the same again after the accident. This was my first brand new vehicle I have ever bought and I was very upset. The technician took the time to show me what they were going to do and assure me my vehicle would look just like new again. They definitely delivered on that promise. Took my brand new car (2000 miles on it) to Fix Auto Gladstone thinking there was no way anybody was going to be able to fix it back to the way it was before. Needless to say the repair they did was flawless. I couldn't even tell it was in a accident. I even had my friends try to find where they fixed it and they couldn't. These guys are top notch. Repaired my girlfriends Nissan. They fixed rock chips for free in addition to making sure the required work was done properly. Nismo parts that had to be ordered from Japan were ordered right away and didn't cause a delay. The vehicle was washed and waxed and looked nice.
