I took the Coach in to have them look at a line with a leak, very minor. This Diesel Motorhome was built to travel more than a million miles and with such little use and built to pull triple tractor trailers all around the country I figured no sweat. Well it turned out pretty minor, however we took it on a trip after our service from Western States, The minor problem turned into another minor problem , funny in the same area the Machanic was working and he never noticed another leak in the 10 hours it was there.......Huh.... Back to Western States after a lengthy conversation with Brian who " LOVES TO TALK A GOOD LINE" ! I mean don't get me wrong I appreciate good service but there comes a time when you start asking yourself am I being taken for a long ride down multiple repairs that seem so suspiciously fabercated! Brain assures me that this is routine yada, yada, yada, and the new suspicious leak RIGHT next to the previous leak had not "revealed itself"....If your not getting the feeling from my review that something is not right here, there's more... After another very in depth conversation with Brian as to why this was not noticed in the work that was just performed in nearly the same area is beyond me AND I would imagine anyone getting service work done would start to raise a RED FLAG! Brain being so good at his navigating Western States mechanical theories of rhetoric has me thinking,..... wait I am being taken...... I believe Western States has developed this smooth talk over the years on countless repairs and it does it to generate small under the radar but costly needless repairs to you and I, the customers that are trying to do routine maintenance. Brian calls me with more news on the Coach about the reason for the line that leaked in the first place. The heat from the Engine. Understandable , BIG ENGINE, however when you calculate the year, by the miles, this coach has never seen any HEAT or has even WARMED up to capacity. This 40' Motorhome with C12 meant to pull for many miles three trailers full, yeah this coach has never been under any strain of over heating.....Nice fabercated story plausible to a first time Motorhome owner, however this is our 9th Motorhome not buying it. Brain mentions the heat has caused another problem that could potentially lite the coach on fire! The exhaust pipe has a hole in it and it is the size of a 50 cent piece. WHAT really!! Brian assures me they have this under control, he has had a Gentlemen in last week with the same problem, he can show me what they pulled out of his Coach that is similar to mine.....Weired. I'm going on a trip to the Coast and don't need a fire. I go down to Western States to see there all to suspicious mock up illustration of fire Burnt parts. Now when I look back on it, how foolish I was and swindled into more costly repairs. When Western States repairs the supposed hole in the exhaust we leave for the coast. The people we took to the Coast had a background in heavy equipment and inquired about my multiple service calls and asked me to show them what they repaired. So I took him through to find out Western States never hooked up the brackets to hold the massive muffler in place.......it was just hanging ìn mid air. WOW! THIS confirmed the smooth talk I had been getting from Brian.They said they would fasten the bracket when I got back to town but, I don't feel safe taking my Coach to this place. VERY DISAPPOINTED ON ALL POINTS OF SERVICE FROM THIS IRREPARABLE COMPANY!!!!!!

We called this Freightliner as it was the closest one to Pendleton. The service manager took the last 6 of our VIN and said he would check on the part availability and get back to us with an hour. He actually called back in 10 minutes and said he could get the part on Saturday (this was a Thursday night) and get it installed on Tuesday morning. We showed up Tuesday, our motor home was in the bay at 8 am, and we were out with the fix done at lunchtime. Thanks for the honest answers and for getting us back on the road as promised.

Got a code that would shut down my truck and the RWC Pendelton was the closest for me to get it…read morefixed. So the diagnostic checks where conducted every day for 4 days with the results of not finding the problem what caused the code. I had pointed out to check the fuzebox but they stated naaa its ok. So I spend 4 days of make believe that they could find the problem bot nothing got fixed. Them they had the audacity to hand me a bill for $3460.38 to get my keys and to go elsewhere, I had no choice and put it on a credit card. The next best place for the repair was Dobbs Peterbilt in Union Gap WA, and guess what they diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes and replaced the Fuzebox which had corrosion inside and the code and trck was fixed. The RWC people had ripped me off by fooling around for 4 days and did not fix a dam'n thing that is what you can call highway robbery

This was at the end of a very long day for him, but he told me to follow him back to their shop and he would fix my fuel truck. He went far beyond his job description. The next day I had to drive back to Seattle to reload and get back to the GORGE to refuel all the generators for SASQUATCH. With out his professionalism, I would have had to have the truck towed, and not been able to reload and refuel the concert venue. Drew

Cody Minnis rescued me - literally- from the bridge leaving Pasco. I was .4 miles from a gas…read morestation, 6 hours into a 9 hour trip- with my two dogs- and Cody came running! I was in a terrible spot, pulled over on the left hand side but no extra space whatsoever. Cars were zipping by at 60 mph, some not even moving even slightly to give me room. One texting driver and I'd be toast. I called the first listed service- they had an answering service in India. It too them 15 minutes to be able to tell me it would be at least 90 minutes to get a truck to me. (Who wants to call India to call for a local service??) I ended up getting referred to Cody from another service. Cody knew I was in a bad spot and literally dropped everything to come bring me gas. He was so awesome! Polite, quick, helpful, courteous, and then didn't overcharge me to boot. Thank you so much, Cody! You are one of the unsung heroes out there on the busy road. Thank you for rescuing me and my dogs.
