We've tried this chain before at the Topanga Social but since we were out this way for something else, we decided to grab a quick lunch! This location is much like "Ventura Blvd" if you know what I mean. PARKING. Street parking is awful but that's just how it is nowadays. There looks to be a parking structure nearby but unsure of costs. We found a spot along Riverside and just walked, quickly since it is only an hour max lol. We got there and first thing you notice is the beautiful patio seating! And actually, the only available seating. They don't offer indoor seating but the weather was perfect so it worked out. Beautiful setting and service is quick (they probably understand the parking situation lol!) We got some gyoza which their gyoza sauce only comes in SPICY which is odd. The Jinya bun is always a good little bite and I also got a 3pc of their Salmon Aburi Oshi Sushi which was just okay. Flavor was good but the rice itself was hard, not a good crispy/seared hard, just....hard? It was weird, idk. Still edible! We were here for the main item though which is new on their menu. Garlic Fried Rice! We added pork to it and they cook and mix the egg at the table for you. Super delicious and love that they give a generous amount of garlic cloves. Definitely a must get and hope it's a permanent menu item! Overall a great spot and would definitely come back. IG: @ammysalamii

Jinya Ramen Bar - Burbank is hands down my favorite restaurant ever. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is immaculate. The ambiance is warm, modern, and energetic without being overwhelming. The outdoor seating with the fire pit is such a cool feature -- it makes the whole experience feel cozy and elevated at the same time. Whether it's a casual dinner or a night out with friends, it's always the perfect spot. Now let's talk about the food... the Spicy Creamy Shrimp Tempura is an absolute ALL STAR. Perfectly crispy shrimp coated in that rich, spicy, creamy sauce -- it's addictive. I genuinely crave it. Every single time it comes out, it steals the show. The ramen is always incredible -- rich broths, perfectly cooked noodles, and high-quality toppings. You can tell they care about consistency and flavor. On top of that, the service is fantastic. The staff is chill, friendly, and attentive without hovering. They make you feel welcome and taken care of. They even had a Demon Slayer promotion where you could take home souvenir ramen spoons -- such a fun touch that made the experience even more memorable. 5/5 every single time. If you're in Burbank and haven't been to Jinya yet, you're missing out. This place is elite.

I have never had Ramen before. Yes -I am in LA native ,and I know that seems crazy. This is a chain restaurant .The Studio City is purely walk-ins and takes no reservations. I don't go anywhere on a Friday night without a reservation. The one in Toluca Lake takes reservations. Cameron answered the phone. He was delightful and helpful, made it very simple to book a reservation. We finally arrived, parking was rough on a Friday night there due to the Bob's Big Boy car show that is every Friday so don't go on a Friday! Bottom line, the spicy chicken Ramen, and the chicken Ramen were very good. The outdoor patio has a nice ambience, and once again the same host who answered the phone, Cameron and all of the waiters had great customer service and were very delightful. We'll be going again!

The outside patio is such a vibe. By far my favorite Jinya location. Started with miso eggplant (def recommend), fries, and pork bao. I tried the Birria ramen and it just wasn't my favorite. Service was great & quick.

Cha Cha Cha. Off menu...and full of flavor!!

Don't what all the gate is about...Jinya Ramen Bar serves up a killer bowl of noodles. This location is beautiful with a super comfortable outside patio that's great for meeting friends or an intimate date night. And the staff is always awesome!! So drop the hate, embrace the love, and get slurping. Great noodles are just a short stop away!!

Quick and incredibly friendly service, warm outdoor area with heating, and yummy food. Perfect. Our server was amazing. The food was delicious. Stunning. Will be back.

We were seated right away. The view was nice & the pit fire was cute. The food didn't take long to arrive & the appetizers were really good. The chicken bites were tasty, crunchy outside & a really soft inside. The ramen was a lot of food & a lot of flavor which was amazing. Definitely hit the spot for a semi chilly day. I definitely recommend coming to this location.

This was my second visit to this particular Jinya Ramen and it did not disappoint! The chicken ramen was amazing during my first visit and this time I had the chicken chashu bowl which was delicious! Service has always been great but parking can be a pain. It seems like it's all outdoor seating which is nice since they have a nice fire pit and heat lamps to keep you nice and warm.

Food was amazing. Had the matcha lemonade and spicy tofu vegan Ramen. It did not disappoint. Our server Janssen Dean took really good care of us and has good recommendations on what to get.

JINYA is hands down my go-to spot for ramen in LA -- and honestly, probably the best ramen I've had so far in the city. Every time I come here, the experience is consistently amazing, which is why I'm honestly surprised to see so many low rated reviews. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and makes sure everything is just right. The ramen itself? Absolutely incredible -- rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and a lot of variety to suit whatever I'm craving. One of my favorite things about JINYA is how customizable everything is -- I can tweak the ramen exactly how I want it, which a lot of other places don't usually allow. They also have a great selection of appetizers. The crispy rice with spicy tuna and the gyoza are my absolute favorites so far -- both are must-tries if you're visiting! Plus, the vibe is great. I love the outdoor fire pit -- it's such a cozy and inviting touch, especially on cooler nights. Overall, JINYA never disappoints. If you're a ramen lover looking for quality, flavor, and a welcoming atmosphere, this is definitely the spot.

    A.I. Artwork

Been coming here for years. Used to love the place. Last time I went, though, I noticed they have started to use A.I. artwork in their marketing and on their menu. It's blatantly disrespectful and CHEAP! And coincidentally, the day we discovered the A.I. artwork, the food was SO bad. It was WATERED DOWN NASTY trash. Ramen was so bland, tasted like a kitchen sink. And their curry? Boxed curry by Golden Curry is a million times better. The A.I. was a sign they are cutting corners, and we are paying the price.

Great ramen spot in Burbank! I have been to a few Jinya locations before and was excited that this one was near by! Met a friend for lunch and had to find street parking. Luckily it wasn't too busy yet around 12:30 on a Sunday. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. We sat outside and it was nice. Food came out quickly - I got the Tonkatsu Ramen and got extra noodles for my daughter. Didn't know they had kids meals that came with fries, rice, karage chicken, ramen and ice cream! My friend got that for his son and was nice enough to share. He also got the Shio ramen, gotta try that next time!

Super slow service and portions have been reduced drastically. No need for a noodle refill when there's hardly any broth to begin with.

Ask the Community - JINYA Ramen Bar - Burbank

    Parking lot or street parking?

I've heard that parking can be tough, so when we went, we took a Lyft. Good luck!

Why can I not call - are you disconnected from your phone lines?

    Do they have Apple Pay?

Bo, they don't. Cash or CC.

    Any gluten free options?

They don't have gluten free noodles, but I had the vegan ramen with rice on the side and that was actually very good!

Can I ask for extra noodles?

For a small change they give you second serving.

Is there MSG used in the ramen?

    Yes.

We walked in, and it took about a minute until someone noticed and seated us. I told my friend that their Garlic Truff Ramen is pretty good, as I had tried it just a week ago from the Mission Hills location. We both ordered it and also order the Creamy Broccolini as an Appetizer. The Broccolini was absolutely delectable. Who would have thought such a simple dish would be soo good. The sesame dressing on it complimented the slight cook/char on the broccolini and we loved it. We rated this a 10/10, and we will be trying to make this at home from now on. Then we got our ramen. We both asked for pork as our protein, so we got the exactly same thing. The ramen did not take too long to come out, which was perfect because we were hungry. The smell of the truffle was definitely stronger than the actual taste of it. In fact, I actually think the one I ordered from their Mission Hills location actually had more of the truffle flavor, which made me enjoy it more. Also different from the Mission Hills location was their use of greens. Burbank's ramen came with kale, while MH's came with spinach. The pork was cooked well, and the egg was just right as well, though my friend mentioned that the egg could have been marinated just a tad bit longer for more flavor. We rated our bowls an 8/10. The service we got was fairly good, but we did encounter a booboo when we found a little fly in my friend's drink. They changed it immediately when we asked, so it was remedied fairly quickly. There are a lot of options to eat around this area, but if you do want ramen, this is one of the spots you should definitely visit. Cheers & Happy Eats! XOXO

I'm all for fresh ingredients, but I'd prefer they not arrive with all eight legs still attached. Mistakes happen, but this one was pretty hard to stomach. Hopefully they step up their produce washing and inspection, because I'd like my next bowl of ramen to come with noodles... not wildlife.

Seated in a rather interesting part of North Hollywood, the summer heat did not deter us from eating here, as the smell immediately brought my worries elsewhere. A vast majority of the food here was fantastic, and the only reason I was going to opt for 4 stars was the takoyaki had quite a tiny portion in the actual dough ball- despite the actual breading so soft and fluffy, it was like the most delightfully extravagant packaging for something that was a bit of a let down. Though, much to the credit of our waiter she understood and offered to swap it out for another appetizer, which probably deserves the vast majority of the praise here. The vegetarian dumplings we ordered were legitmately some of the best dumplings I've had period. From the vegan mayo to the best gentle heat I've ever had the experience I've eating. Just hot enough for a brief moment with delightful heat throughout. The chicken skewers we had and the calamari were solid and with a perfectly paired Thai Iced Tea, I only hope to visit again and drown in dumplings. Cheers!

Crunch roll was on the bigger side, exactly what you expect of shrimp tempura and imitation crab . Lastly the soup , very very spicy . We asked the waitress for about 6-7 of spicy and I think we got like 9. I am not complaining I though, I think we needed the heat . We had to eat the soup with the edamame simultaneously: it was that hot . If you like spicy order the spicy tontonsku, and also order a Pinot Grigio to go with it. Susuru Ramen Bar is located on the corner of Hollywood Blvd and N Kingsley Dr. The lot is small sharing spaces with other restaurants so your best bet is street parking, which can also be tricky especially later in the day. The restaurant is small, with the register counter as the first thing you see walking through the door. There's bar seating against the wall, and 2-3 tables for groups of maybe 4-6 people. The lady manning the front counter as well as taking orders and serving was fantastic. Very friendly and checked up on all tables through out the night. For ramen, my bf got the Tonkotsu ($1 extra for spicy), and I got the Mayu. I see why it has such high reviews, both were delicious. The roasted garlic oil was amazing and complimented the pork broth. The seasoned soft-boiled egg was our favorite part, not just lightly seasons either.
