Oops It was the wrong location I only give them four stars because It was almost perfect and delicious But the chicken did not taste super fresh They were very fast and delivering my food via Uber eats What was the first time I tried that place I may not order again from them

Lots of parking available. It was a full house when we arrived. Service was great. Took a while to get our food but understandable because of how busy it is. Food still came out at a reasonable time. We ordered the Izakaya Combo to share. I loved the dipping sauces they included. Everything tasted great. I got the spicy miso ramen and enjoyed the flavors. It wasn't really spicy at all. I wouldn't mind coming back if I was in the area.

Came here on a friday night, no wait and plenty of parking in the lot. The inside is small (not good for larger parties) and decor is on theme but not impressive. What we ordered: - Chicken yakitori (3/5) - We ordered 4pc which was not a bad deal for $12! The chicken pieces were large and juicy. My main issue was with the thick sweet sauce they slathered on the chicken. The sauce was too sweet and overpowering. - Spicy Miso Ramen (2/5) - toppings were underwhelming with just corn, spinach, beansprouts and chashu. Noodles were cooked decently well and still had good chew. The disappointing part was the broth. The spicy miso lacked depth and honestly didn't taste like much. - Miso Ramen (3/5) same deal with the toppings and noodles. The broth was a little better here as it was more creamy but still lacked any flavor. We gave this place a try but aren't likely to return. There weren't many other dishes on the menu I felt the need to try :(

I've driven by Ramen Izakaya probably a couple dozen times and never gave it much thought. Just a little hole-in-the-wall ramen spot tucked next to a laundromat and discount store in a small plaza. But a craving for soup led me to search for the best ramen nearby, and lo and behold, this unassuming place I'd ignored was right at the top of the list. So, off we went. We ordered the cucumber salad, OG ramen (with beef), chili lime ramen (with pork), crispy rice with tuna, veggie rolls, and every single thing was delicious. The portions were generous and everything hit the spot. The gal who greeted and served us was an absolute doll, super friendly and charming. I honestly felt like I'd stepped into a cozy anime scene. Sure, the interior won't win any awards for decor or first impressions, but if you care more about flavor than aesthetics, you're in for a treat. I'm so happy I live near this gem. I'm sad I didn't try it sooner, but I'll be making up for lost time by working my way down the menu.

Food- delicious cucumber salad and ramen Service was efficient and friendly. This location is kinda tiny and cozy, so there is not far for the anyone to have to go. Surprisingly the michelada was delicious! Overall solid experience.

This is for sure a hole in the wall place. I treated my cousin for her birthday alongside my family. I unfortunately didn't get pictures of all the dishes we got but we were all very happy & FULL! We got the spicy tuna & avocado on crispy rice appetizers 5/5 - delicious! Edamame 5/5 I got the Spicy Lime Chili - 5/5 oh my gosh so good and flavorful! Constant explosion in my mouth, good taste not too spicy either!

Price gouging your customers for $.11 is ridiculous. I will never order from here ever again. There is absolutely no reason why I should have to pay seven cents for chopsticks or $.11 for utensils. The restaurant should eat that cost it. It's absolutely ridiculous. These restaurants are getting so greedy. One bowl of Ramen is already almost $25.

Ordered for take out and the service was great. I forgot to order an item so I called and they were helpful and even had all my order ready at the same time. I didn't have the ramen but I was told it was very good but the seasoned egg was the favorite. The chicken bowl was ok, it was a little dry and could have used an extra sauce to put on top. My favorite was the both types of crispy rice, the avocado one was really smooth and whatever was on top made it even better. The rice was super crispy and soft inside. I'll have to eat at the restaurant next I want something from here.

Thanks to NoHo Yelp Elite Friend Eric H's stellar review of Ramen Izakaya in NoHo, I bookmarked this cozy, friendly, and tasty ramen houise last year and happened to be in the area during our December 2024 stay in Los Angeles. We trusted Eric's review because he's posted 35 other ramen house reviews and this location stood out for its convenient location (during our drive), service, friendliness, food flavors and variety and value. The map directions were clear, and we drove no more than 10 minutes to the strip mall on Oxnard Street and Cleon Avenue, which has a Vallarta Supermarket as its anchor tenant. We managed to find a parking space almost in front of the restaurant. Still, we approached the restaurant's entrance slowly because the windows were dark and mirror-tinted, and the business didn't seem to be open, even though an "OPEN" sign was posted. We gingerly opened the door to find a cozy, warm, and neighborhood ramen shop which sort of reminded us of cafes in Hawai'i and near Shinjuku City, Japan and immediately heard female and male voices calling out "Irasshaimase" to welcome us as their first customers of mid-morning. A sweet and soft-spoken Asian woman pointed to the empty seating and we chose to sit in a corner away from the windows since we could feel the outdoor air chill but facing the open kitchen where numerous stock pots were simmering their broths. The aroma of the broths, comfortable warmer indoor temperature, and the sweet friendliness from the female worker felt like a culinary hug. The female worker graciously brought us tiny servings of edamame while we perused the menu. After several minutes, we were ready to order and chose a couple of appetizers and two bowls of their OG and a bowl of Miso ramen. Heck... we were hungry and chilled so the only food that we shared among us were the appetizers! FOOD: -Chicken Wings: 6 pieces of lightly battered and deep fried golden brown chicken were served with a yuzu citrus pepper dip. The fried chicken wings were big, tender, juicy and flavorful and my husband and brother-in-law didn't even try the yuzu citrus pepper dip until eating their second piece of chicken. Both brothers said they could make a meal of eating just the fried chicken wings but held back because they agreed to share. $11 -Kurobuta Sausage: 5 pieces of Berkshire pork sausages were scored and grilled. The succulent pork sausages had snappy casings and coarse ground fillings which I believe are referred to as "arabiki." The sausages looked like potato twisters and hit our porkaholic cravings. $9.50 -OG Ramen: My husband and brother-in-law ordered the OG ramen served in creamy pork tonkotsu broth. The ramen was garnished with four slices of melt-in-your-mouth tender pork chasu, corn, bean sprouts, and spinach. The ramen had a nice toothsome bounce and medium (futsu) texture. The serving was quite large and served piping hot. Although, because we had appetizers, we ate slowly and the noodles didn't even get soggy. $17.75 -Miso Ramen: My ramen broth preference leaned towards the red miso addition to the OG tonkotsu pork broth. My serving portion was the same size as the OG Ramen but, I managed to slurp down all of the deliciousness in my bowl. $17.75 After finishing our ramen, the female worker offered us complimentary profiteroles (choice of strawberry, vanilla custard, or matcha fillings) to complete our dine-in. We selected the vanilla custard and marveled at the airy profiteroles. They were a lovely surprise and a tasty ending to our meals. We agree this Ramen Izakaya was a GREAT FIND in the NoHo neighborhood and would happily return again.

This place is great! I really enjoyed their spicy seafood ramen and their crispy squid. The soup is very flavorful and has a very strong lemongrass taste, which I love. The squid is super crispy and savory. The service was friendly and so fast. The server offered suggestions and checked on us regularly. It's a small spot, but does feel crowded. They also have a large parking lot, shared with the supermarket next door.
