The ramen was very good but the appetizers and service was a bit disappointing. We ordered our drinks which included a sake flight first thing along with some appetizers and the drinks came out after we had finished both appetizers ordered and right before the ramen showed up. The pork gyoza was fine but very standard gyoza that you get frozen. The salmon poke taco was alright and the spicy tuna taco was much better, having some nice spice to it. They are a bit pricey at $7.50 for two so I wouldn't recommend them. The ramen was very good. I had the Tan Tan Men which had some of the most delicious broth. The thick noodles were great and the ground pork is so nice to get some with every bite. I don't often drink all the ramen broth but I did for this order. The ramen is definitely the star here and is worth getting if you want some ramen.

Came here with friends on a Friday night we highly recommend getting on the waitlist before coming! Our friends joined before arriving and we had no wait for our table and it was busy! The server was great, gave good recommendations on the drinks. I ordered the Malibu sunrise and it was delicious! Sweet and strong! For my entree I ordered the Birria ramen and it was to die for! So many unique flavors and I loved the noodles! I would order this again and again! Our son liked this ramen and ate some too! One thing I do not recommend is the child's ramen on the kids menu. It was the worst ramen we have ever tried. Our son ended up eating our ramen. It was so bland, you could have instant ramen at home with more flavor! He did like the chicken served with the kids meal and fries. Overall this is a cool spot with good drinks and ramen spot. Would come back but won't order a kids meal again.

I went and tried the impossible rice bowl in their Colorado Springs location. Note: there was a wait it wasn't too bad though about 30 minutes. The service was good and the ambiance was nice. That said, there are better places I'd recommend in Colorado Springs. The impossible meat was super mushy almost like it was not cooked properly but, still none the less grateful for veggie options and will return to Jinya!

This was my first time at Jinya Ramen Bar, and I very much enjoyed the location, service, and food. This was an enjoyable lunch spot, we got there at the beginning of lunch and by the time we left on a Monday lunch hour they were hopping. Went here with a couple of friends for lunch on a Friday. The service was prompt and food came out quickly. The ramen was tasty and hot so no complaints on the food. However, when we asked about the lunch special our server said they were no longer running it and it was not available. Jinya is still running adds on Instagram for it saying that it's available through March though. Not sure where the disconnect is, but wasn't impressed by this.

Spicy ramen dish was actually pretty good. Do not get the fried octopus balls. Took one bite and put plate aside. Our waiter Glenn was incredible! So fun and friendly and made our dining experience memorable!

Food: We ordered salmon sushi which I don't like it much, so deducted 1 star for this. My friends ordered 10/10 Red ramen & it is very spicy. I ordered black ramen which is not spicy & perfectly delicious. Umami broth & all the ingredients are fresh & tasty. Love my Lycheetini! Sweet & floral at the same time. Service: Perfect! Kevin, one of the supervisor recognized my friend & I from June at Denver location. He is so generous & waived Lycheetini for us.I am impressed! Ambiance: Modern, nicely decor on Jinya ramen standard. Great location, but you have to pay to park on the street. Overall: If you like ramen & want Jinya standard ( good bao bun, umami ramen & yummy cocktails & matcha tiramisu) then stop by from family gathering, date night, girlfriends meet up, work gathering I think Jinya can take good care of all these agenda!

We ordered Yuzu shio ramen, Tantan men, and curry rice. Their base ramen has very little toppings. While they have topping options, once after adding a couple of toppings the price matches famous ramen restaurants in New York City. However, the taste is far from any decent ramen restaurants. I wouldn't go here if there is any independent ramen restaurant nearby.

Food: excellent ramen with tons of options for add-ons and noodle size. Small but well curated sake list. Great Happy Hour options. Ambiance: beautiful new buildout with a swanky vibe and impressive exterior fire wall. Service: sweet and attentive bar staff.

The manager of the restaurant reached out to us and offered his sincerest apologies for the service that we experienced on our first visit to Jinya. So, we went back yesterday afternoon and sat outside on the patio. Ashley was our server, the young gal was super friendly and took our order swiftly and smoothly. She recommended the sake flight which consisted of 3 different types of sakes, all of them were tasty and delicious! We both decided to order the Jinya tonkotsu black Ramen and to our satisfaction this soup had big bold flavors. Within its deep broth it was full of earthy mushrooms, sprouts, pork, a full egg cooked to perfection (I might add) green onions, nori and noodles that were light, airy. 10 out of 10. The appetizers we ordered were, the shrimp tempura the crispy rice spicy tuna, the salmon tacos, all which were a 10 out of 10. We enjoyed all of the appetizers as well as the crispy chicken we ordered towards the end of our meal. The favorite was the shrimp tempura though!! All of the pictures shown below show how beautiful the presentation was when it was delivered to our table! Thank you Tony for reaching out and making our second experience at your restaurant an enjoyable experience!

The ambiance is elite and the food is lovely. Those salmon poke tacos and birria ramen are KJ was our server and she was pure joy. Like truly- she is a gem. She should be forever cherished and given the best shifts and sections. Thanks, KJ!!!

At arrival we were nicely greeted and had a 25 minute wait on a Friday night which really wasn't bad. We were able to ve seated by ourselves at our own table which was great. There is some communal tables as well as standard rable seating. Once we were seated we were quickly waited on by our wonderful server Justyce. He gave us a good walk through of their whole menu. We ordered and within a couple minutes were given our food. Amazingly it looked exactly like their menu photos. The soups were amazing and beautifully presented. I look forward to coming here again soon as this was a smashing it for the pregnancy cravings of my wife. Great priced, delicious food, and a nice sitdown. Looking forward to my next visit thank you!

Colorado Springs does not have any good ramen places.... Till now! I'm giving it 4 stars as it's not the best ramen I've had though if we are comparing it to other ramen spots in town hands down that's a 5. I got it delivered as well so I know it's not as good as eating it in store but still I feel like I got a good taste of it. The crispy chicken appetizer was good and cooked well. I like the dipping sauce that comes with it, tastes like soy sauce with yuzu maybe? I also got the pork tonkotsu black ramen which was really good. Ramen is all about the broth and you can definitely tell it's been cooked long enough to develop a depth of flavor. The noodles have a great chewiness to them too. My friend ordered some Birria ramen which was really good also. Overall it's a wonderful, much needed addition to the Springs.
