JINYA is unlike any other place I've ever been too. And I'm honestly a huge fan of Roman itself, so I could imagine what a 10 cent Raman package could differ to a $18 Roman soup. And we'll honestly it was ok. I've so far tried a few soups there to give JINYA more chances of my liking but it always turns out pretty ok. Buttt the appetizers are super delicious and some very scrumptious I would say! I strongly suggest you try the spicy shrimp appetizers!! Their great and if it's not too spicy or spicy enough for you, they are always more than welcome to provide you some more spicy sauce. The customer service is great! There were new waiters, but very well respectful and great at their job! But if you want to give it a try I would sooo say yea why not, but yes I forgot the soups are pretty expensive, well like around $14-$20 each! Sooo try it out if you'd like! read more

Had a great experience at this restaurant. When I walked in I was pleasantly surprised by the upscale bar feel that the establishment gave me. I ordered the Spicy Tonktosu and was very pleased by the flavors within the dish. The only complaint was that the broth for the ramen was a tad thick. I'm so glad I found this place. The broth is so delicious. The caramelized cauliflower brightens up the pallet and the vegan creamy ramen was so good I gobbled it up in one sitting. I rarely am able to finish an order of ramen but I just could stop slurping it up! read more

We tried Jinya for the first time in Sugarland and it was really good so we decided to try the one near our house. The food was good as was the service. My husband got the Ramen and it looked amazing. I did a few small plates. The Crispy Chicken is great but my favorite is the Spicy Creamy Shrimp Tempura. It is incredible. Sat at the bar, I had the spicy chicken ramen and my husband had the chef's special meatball ramen. Both were excellent. Nice balance of spice, flavor, noodles and soup. Considering they just opened, the service was fantastic. We will definitely be regulars. read more

The atmosphere was very calm and friendly. The staff was really helpful; asking if it's your first time going there so the menu is not overwhelming. They make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in. It's a great experience. The food itself was really good. You can see the chef prepping all your food if you sit by the kitchen. read more

I went here for the first time today and I absolutely loved it. Everyone greeted me and my friend as we walked in and although it was busy for a Saturday dinner rush, we were seated immediately. I enjoyed the atmosphere, the modern music, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. I ordered the tonkatsu black ramen and it was so comforting to eat. I later had the chocolate mocha ice cream and tipped 20%. It was the best service I've ever had. Our waiter gave us updates on how soon our food would be out even though we didn't realize time was passing! There was a kitchen error on our ramen and the waiter apologized multiple times and gave us free edamame for the wait, but we didn't even notice a delay! My friend and I were so excited to try it that we weren't expecting promptness. He later complimented my panda debit card, which made me smile. Loved the service, the food, and the feeling. First time at this location & it does NOT disappoint. Only opened 3 weeks & it feels as if they've been opened much longer. All the staff was very attentive & friendly. I asked for Elijah because of previous reviews & was not disappointed! He was friendly, had good energy & communicated well. I tried everything he recommended; Edamame, Caramelized Cauliflower, Plum wine (SO GOOD) Green Monster, & Chocolate mochi!!
