I think I would give a solid 3.5 stars but went with 4 because we are pretty spoiled with ramen quality at home. So I am trying not to compare because of the amazing quality at home. We stopped in as we were staying at a nearby hotel. We ordered to go. The ordering process was really easy online & great descriptions & picture. It was just starting to get busy for dinner but our order was ready earlier than we expected. Staff was nice. Easy to get in & out. The ramen broth wasn't as rich as we like but still pretty tasty. We tried the chicken ramen, the tonkotsu, chicken yuzu. The chicken yuzu was unique & good but I would probably go tonkotsu next time. The surprise was the ramen kids meal. It came with ramen, chicken & rice, crispy chicken (which was above average), veggies, candy, and fries. So much food and we all kind of wished we could've ordered off the kids meal. The cucumber salad was SO good. I wish we ordered a few of those. Edamame was pretty average.

JINYA seems to have changed up their menu recently. I've historically gone to the Murray location but have dropped by this Lehi location more recently given my office is nearby. I was looking forward to coming and getting my traditional poke bowl but was super disappointed they seem to have taken it off the menu. It was one of my faves so it was a bummer I can't get a good poke here anymore. I opted for the sushi substitution they added to the menu, it was fine all around but doesn't fill the shoes of the poke bowl. All the bowl options seem to have changed too, the pork chasu had A LOT of mushrooms in the dish. I like mushrooms and enjoy them quite a bit but I don't necessarily love them to take over and this one was borderline taking over just a a tad. Service and ambiance was great, I'm just beyond bummed they changed their menu. It used to be one of my fave places because I could go and get anything I felt like but now I have to opt for ramen next time.

We loved our server! I wish I could remember his name but he was raised in Japan and was so fun to chat with especially my daughter! He was a delight and a great server! The seaweed salad, potstickers and ramen was so good!!! We got the unagi to go and loved it. I know this is a small win but their water is filtered and's it is so good.

I got the 2010 ramen because I wanted the extra thick noodles and they did not disappoint. Very tasty! Valentina was a lovely server. So kind and smiley to us. She made it a wonderful experience. Bathrooms are clean and kind of a rager concert inside. Fun!

I came for ramen but ended up choosing something else since they offer lots of variety other than Ramen. Although some of ramen options look really unique and tasty. ImThe seaweed salsa has a nice presentation piled on top of mixed greens. The tacos were smaller than I expected. They should rename it mini tacos instead. The Brussels sprouts tempura was the best choice I that picked. They were yummy and had a unique texture when you bite into it. So delicious, and I highly recommend this dish. The Jinya bun has well seasoned Chashu pork inside that makes its great flavoring. The restaurant chain has many locations throughout the US. However, the closest location in the east coast is outside DC area.

A really fun unique place. As far as appetizers go, we loved the spicy tuna with crispy rice and dumplings. These apps were tasty however they were pretty small and expensive especially for how small they were. For an entree we shared the Spicy Umami Miso and it was delish! We like that one because the broth is a little less heavy than others. Service was pretty standard. Overall, was a fun place with tasty food just pretty expensive for the portion sizes.

Might be the best ramen spot I've had in Utah thus far! This location was nice and spacious and the interior was nicely decorated with a modern feel to it. It's spacious with plenty of seating as well as a bar. I was quite surprised by the variety in their menu. They have a whole vegan section in the menu which you don't really see too often. I ordered the jinya tonkotsu black which on first impression was good. Maybe bc ive eaten a lot of black tonkotsu ramens, I felt like jinya's was lacking a bit of that char black garlic oil flavor. I did like that there was a lot of ingredients in the bowl and most importantly it was a full marinated egg. A lot of ramen spots only do half an egg or the egg isn't very flavorful, but Jinya's egg was probably my favorite part of the ramen! The broth is creamy and rich, not super heavy or salty as well. The staff were very friendly and was quick to serve. Definitely going to try some of their other dishes and drinks!

We came here for date night and it did not disappoint. We hopped on the waitlist while we drove over from Saratoga springs and they sat us right on time. My husband ordered the ginger tea and the chefs special ramen "red garnet." I had the tonkotsu original 2010. The ramens were both super flavorful, rich, and filling. My husband and I agreed that his was just a little bit yummier than the tonkotsu. It wasn't AS rich so it was a bit easier to eat. Their thick noodles are really yummy! We also ordered their corn tempura which I think I heard our waiter say was a new addition and temporary. This was the only thing that missed the mark. The tempura sauce was good but the corn tempura itself was extremely lacking in flavor. We wouldn't order it again but it's not worth knocking off stars for because everything else was SO GOOD. Also, gotta give a shoutout to our waiter, Hanks. He was personable and attentive. He even packed up our leftover ramen for us. We appreciated his great service!

I love how many vegan options they have!! And a variety of them! Plus gluten free. I love the Impossible Bun!!! I really like the vibe here. Cool lighting and painting on the wall. I also liked the music that was playing in the background. Service is friendly. My vegan food came out a lot faster than everyone else's ramen. All of the food has great presentation. The seating is a little tight, but great for the business when it's full.

My kids really wanted to go so we gave it a shot. From previous experiences, the servers do not have very good knowledge of which foods are free from what allergens and they tell you to check out their website. Unfortunately, my phone had horrible service and I could not bring it up. So I chose a dish and asked the server if she knew whether this would be safe or not. To no surprise, she didn't. I asked if she could ask the manager or cook and at first she was hesitant then went back and came back with a paper with a gluten free list. Luckily, the dish I chose was safe. Once the dish came out, I was pretty excited. It was the chicken rice bowl. I forget its actual name. I really enjoyed my first bite which was mostly the upper layers but was so sad once I took the second bite. The rice was so hard it actually hurt my teeth. I don't like wasting food or complaining to the servers so I tried to tough it out but it was just too hard throughout the entire bowl. I asked my husband and daughter to try and both were shocked at how bad it was. There is really no excuse for how hard that rice was. It was either way too undercooked or extremely old and dried out. The server was very apologetic and the manager stopped by the table who was also very apologetic. They offered to replace my dish but I've had too many bad experiences at Chilis with either foods that hurt my stomach or dishes that are just okay. So I thanked them and declined. The atmosphere is always friendly. The restaurant is pretty clean each time we have stopped in. Servers have always been kind. But after one too many disappointments with a not so gluten free/friendly menu and inconsistent quality of foods, this will most likely be our last visit. Two stars because even though the food should give them 0, the staff were kind and tried to make up for it

We arrived around 5:10pm and by 5:30-5:45pm there was already a wait. Luciano was our server and he was really attentive. The only service issue I had was the drinks from the bar took too long as the bartender seemed to just chat with a local rather than make drinks. But other than that the server was on top of everything else. My husband had the Smokehouse Combo with ribs and crispers which he enjoyed. My youngest had the kids chicken crispers and I had the Fajita Trio. The Fajita Trio was alright but the shrimp tasted Smokey and overdone. The chicken & steak were good. The tortillas were way too small like street taco sized which made it hard to add all the yummy meat, onions, peppers, cheese, guacamole and sour cream too. Plus I had to order more as they only gave me 4. We had done a Togo order previously and wasn't too impressed so if we come back we'll dine it so it tastes fresh and hot.

This popped up on Yelp and with 615 fellow Yelpers vouching for this place, it was a no- brainer. Ocha- not many people care about the tea...but I do. This alone told me how much care they took and looked forward to. We had the cucumbers roll, agedashi tofu, spicy tuna tartare on crispy rice, hamachi collarbone. With just the two of us, we it was more than enough. We loved everything we ordered. Since we'll be in town for a few days, we felt that we need to come here one more time for " research" purposes.
