I just ordered an amazing Unicorn cake (with 2 unicorns representing the new baby and his big sister) from Ji for my daughter-in-law's Baby "Sprinkle". I emailed her first and she emailed me back and said she couldn't read my email so she wanted me to email her my number. What??? If you can't read my email, why do you want me to email you my number? So, I did it anyway and emailed her my number, then she emails back and says she can't read my email so I should just call her. What??? So, I called her last Saturday and left a message since she didn't pick up and I never got a call back . Horrible communication and business ethics. I would not recommend this place at all.
