Love the coffee and pastries, but the loaded burritos (at least the past 2 I've bought) were completely void of egg. :(

Service was quick at the drive thru! Run of the mill espresso drinks but were made very well!

Never been here until now. Moved to Eagle River and this seemed like the place to be! A bit of a wait this busy Monday morning but I was in no rush. Coffee came out pretty fast and the baristas were nice. Delicious ham and cheese croissant. (Have to heat up yourself) I also love how huge this place is! I had no idea! Well decorated and good atmosphere.

I stopped by Jitters in Eagle River to grab a coffee to go and honestly, I was really impressed. I decided to try a lavender latte, partly because it sounded fancy, and partly because I love trying something different. It was fantastic. Smooth, warm, and just the right amount of lavender. Not too strong, not too subtle. The barista was super friendly and called my name quickly. I almost didn't catch it because I was fiddling with my phone, but my coffee was ready before I even realized it. The shop itself has this cozy, welcoming vibe. There's plenty of space to sit, though I ended up just taking mine to go, so I can't fully comment on how comfy the chairs are, but it looked like a nice place to hang out or meet a friend. They also have some food items like sandwiches and sweet treats. The place was clean and organized, but still felt lived-in in a good way. I noticed they sell little things too like mugs, prints from local artists, and even some branded shirts. I almost grabbed one of those mugs, but I resisted... I already have too many mugs. Overall, Jitters is a charming little spot with excellent coffee, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere. I'll definitely be back, and next time I might just stay and try one of those sandwiches.

Yes! Small town coffee shop vibes. Cozy cafe like out of a Hallmark movie. Right from the start it smelled so good in there my goodness! The white mocha was incredible! We enjoyed our time of fellowship here after service. Customer service was good, no complaints.

This was our cozy Christmas cafe where we spent most our early mornings with our toddler over the holidays. They have delicious espresso and teas. We loved all the fresh muffins and quiches. And the free to read bookshelf was a lovely touch. We so enjoyed our time here, eating/drinking our breakfasts and reading books with our son by the Christmas tree and decorated fireplace. Highly recommend for ambiance and espresso.

Amazing place, warm staff! Wish we could spend more time here. We picked up an americano and hot chocolate for our long drive to Denali. Both were good. They had a great collection of coffee mugs as well!

I love cozy coffee shops and this place is definitely up my alley. The service is great and the coffee/drink selections are perfect. They have a variety of flavors and options on the menu to choose from. Coffee was perfect, considering I had multiple orders that were quite specific. Staff was prompt and professional.

Perhaps coming here primarily for breakfast was a bad idea. We saw the number of good reviews and plentiful breakfast options so we stopped here on our way out of town. Unfortunately, the breakfast options are cold and wrapped in plastic wrap then you have to microwave it yourself if you want to eat it at that time. Mine was packaged 2 days prior. The food we ordered ended up being okay but if you're looking for breakfast, I'd go elsewhere. Our coffees were good and fresh. Prices for everything seemed a bit steep for what you get. That being said, it was packed at 10:30 on a Wednesday morning so they're doing something people like.

MY favorite Alaskan coffee shop! The best deserts, best environment, and, certainly, the best coffee in the state.

Good variety of coffee and tea. I had a mocha and it was yummy. Lots of artwork and people. Good experience.

Gotta love a locally owned business that treats you like family, doesn't hurt that their coffee is on point either.

Coffee is very good, ambiance is nice - a little loud though. Service and food leaves a lot to be desired.

Wonderful place. Such a great center for educational instruction…read more The woods around this area make for a type of oasis in the middle of a very busy city. The woods cannot remove the noise of the city, but it does remove the scar of roads and urban slam. The space itself is clean, and spacious. It is well lit and architecturally, it allows for multiple meetings to go on without overhearing or even really seeing one another. The windows are also super cool. Complimentary coffee and tea available on both floors.

I know what you're thinking. "I ain't no Texas 'earl man!"…read more Well, don't sweat friend. This is a place that BP built to "give back". For you, and for me, and for the entire human race. It's actually a really nice facility. Reminds me of something Howard Roarkian in nature. It's in the woods, and it kinda blends in with the woods nicely. It's blockly. It's blocks on blocks, in the woods. Wood blocks in woods. With long rectangular windows through. Slotted wood blocks in woods. That's why I don't talk about architecture very often. Anyway, as yuppie-quinoa-and-kale-eating-urban-living-trail-running-expensive-stroller-with-suspension-owning-pasty-folks-in-their-upper-30's say: "It's a really nice space" And it's available to use, FOR FREE. I'm not 100% clear on the rules but, the way I understand it is: if you have a non-profit, and you want to use this facility during the week. Then, you can. For free. I go here once a month for the Mountaineering Club of Alaska meetings. If you use it on the Weekends, you gotta pay. Driving into here/finding it is VERY confusing. Make SURE you look at the map I uploaded to the Yelp photos. If you need to be here ON TIME: I HIGHLY suggest you scout it out or come much earlier than your event. You have been warned!
