For my birthday, my friend decided to surprise me seafood…read more Ordered seafood boil with snow crab, potatoes, sausages corn, shrimp and mussels. It came with a mild sauce but whats interesting is the speed our food came. Our waitress was very attentive and can say the service was prompt and courteous. As you can see from the pictures the ambiance was awesome but not flashy. Cleanliness was on of the main reasons i had to post a review in addition to the food. Plenty of parking and was wheelchair equipped for those that are handicapped. Semper Fi.....

Atlanta is coming off spring break so maybe people are prepping for back to school/work next week. Our server (Darlene) was super kind and customer service friendly. She took the time to explain the best way to order so we maximized our options on side items. She checked on us a few times and brought extra lemon and butter and bind as needed. I had a Long Island ice tea. I had read the reviews prior to coming and expected a drink much stronger than what I received. My dining buddy ordered a "sneaky link" which is basically a blue mfer. She didn't think her was strong either. She order two pound of crawfish and a half pound of shrimp her sides were corn, potatoes and broccoli. I ordered a pound of crab legs and my sides were the same. ($105) The potatoes were small boiler potatoes. You could eat one potato in a full bite so if you like the potatoes, don't substitute them as they are tiny. The corn and broccoli were delicious. We both got medium spicy and I could have gotten mild. I didn't think it was overly spicy but if my nose starts running while eating a seafood bag I'm not trying to wipe my nose and eat. Ewww The place had a nice mellow R&B playlist going but again, I was here at 130ish on a Sunday afternoon. We had a 15% off coupon. The manager has to add the discount after the check is printed, so if you have the coupon be sure to make sure it's applied.

The waitress was very friendly. Our food came out in a decent amount of time and it was hot and delicious. I ordered Angel hair pasta with chicken and. My husband ordered pecan chicken. They were both so delicious but huge portions so I had a pretty big take home meal.. I also had for dessert some crème brûlée. It was delicious as well. I did not get a picture of it. I forgot. I highly recommend this place. We've been here twice and it has been a perfect experience both times

This is such a cute place I found on a Google search. It's in the heart of McDonough square…read more Parking is a little hard around the square but there seems to be a small parking lot to the side of the restaurant. My recommendation is to Uber and then enjoy the square. I was meeting someone for lunch and this was in the middle from our destination. It had great reviews and pasta and was what I was craving. It's a small, warm and inviting little place. Service is fast and good. Menu is limited which is not a bad thing but enough variety. I absolutely loved my fettuccine. The pasta was made fresh and you could seriously taste the difference between fresh made and boxed pasta. The crème brûlée was on point and a great finish to lunch. I had plenty of left overs. If you're in the area, definitely stop in and get you some fresh pasta! This is located on the corner next to Queen Bee's Coffee shop.

Not my first time here, but it is my first review for them! This is really good pizza! (Is there…read morebad pizza?) very traditional, thin, Neopolitan style crust. Not huge, but two or three people could enjoy. (6 slices cut) I wanted to try something different so we got two and boxed the rest. Shelby greeted and seated us, and although she lacked a little knowledge on the beer menu, she made up for that with a trip to the bar to investigate our questions on sour beer, and came back with two excellent samples! We settled on a Dr. Robot and the Charcut-a-pie. I loved the toppings and balsamic drizzle. Goat cheese and arugula just go together. A little honey and I was in heaven! The crust on this one was a little well done, which disappointed but, the overall flavor was on point. Next, we sampled the Spicy Italian. I'm usually pretty good with spicy things, and while this was no exception, it did have both of us in a small sweat! If you are averse to spicy, stick with something else. This crust was also cooked and not over done. I'm not sure what McDonoughs' obsession is with vaults, but it seems to be a recurring theme around the square. You'll find vaults or at least doors that look like vaults all over. The rest of the decor inside and outside was well done. Exposed brick gives it immediate rustic charm, while black floors, raw wood art, and leather stools wrap the package nicely. I definitely like their lighting! Oversized bulbs hung around the pizza oven bar (which you can sit at if there's space) and giant hoop rings finish the rest of the space. It isn't that glaring light that spotlights your table, it's just a nice warm ambient light that makes you wanna pour a vintage red into a wine glass over and over. Oh! I almost forgot, they do have an outdoor patio up front, so on those less humid days and nights, I'll definitely be hanging out there!

The restaurant wasn't very crowded. Our waitress was great. Very high energy. She offered great recommendations. Everything was perfect. We ordered Cheesy Bread as an appetizer and we split a Philly Fry Pie pizza! The drinks were also good -especially for the price. This is definitely a place we will come back to in the future.
