I appreciated his teams' skills and most importantly his ethics, honesty and integrity. I recruited Hosea and his team for a risky paint job due to the unusual designer type of paint we were going to use. Also, I had a very tight deadline at risk of not being able to move in. Every painters told me they needed at least 2 weeks or more to finish it, even with a 3-person teams. This even included a large national paint companies (those who specialized on commercial or corporate buildings). Hosea's team were able to finish it in just about a week or slightly more, allowing me to move in right in time. I used a designer paint complex to handle and prone to mistake from inexperienced painters with this particular paint. As expected, they made a mistake, but owned it without creating difficulties. The end result ended up very fan-tas-tic, above and beyond expectations. And the pricing (certainly not cheap) was rightly fair and quite reasonable I think. I am so glad I selected Hosea for this impossible mission job. It was a total success. Attached are photos before/after the job. Paint was from Farrow & Ball with the exception of the windows trim (Sherwin Williams).

We heard someone talking down the hall, I tried loudly to get their attention asking for help and was ignored before they disappeared. Called another number on their website, which went again to the call center. Asked them to try calling the store, given our results. My mom by that point found the phone number for the person we were meeting, which also went to the store. I was starting to walk around a little more, hoping to find an elevator, when apparently the the call center got through, someone came down to talk to us. They have no elevator. Their solution was for the person we were supposed to meet to facetime us while we wait downstairs. The person who spoke to us claimed we shouldn't have have been ignored and the phone should have been picked up, that neither thing was normal. Well, the other reviews here, which I did not read beforehand, tell a different story. This definitely isn't the place to go if you have mobility issues, and it seems like their customer service level in general is awful.

We were somewhat limited by the height of the space for the refrigerator which limited our options. I really wanted to buy one from local store over a big box store. We went here during the summer and were met by Kellie. She is one of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to appliances, and "service" seems to be her middle name. She quickly pointed out the models that would fit and we completed the sale. Throughout this process she never hid the fact that there would be delays on the manufacturers end due to COVID and the limited staff at the factories. When the Refrigerator was still pending shipment in August, during the tax-free weekend she easily redid the order for us to save us the nearly $100.00 in sales tax, while keeping our order in it's original place in line. These are the types of things she and her company can do that I think would be much more difficult to accomplish at the big box stores. I thoroughly checked their prices against others, including Costco, and they are more than competitive with any other retailer, including the big box stores, so I am more than comfortable ordering my appliances from here.
