Fresh is a must for salad or food with lettuce; otherwise, take it out of a menu. Lettuce not fresh, yuck! Seafood linguine is tasteless

We came to town for a concert and were looking for food. I was super happy that they delivered right to our hotel room. Thank you to the thoughtful person that added plates and napkins. Very satisfied with our Margarita pizza and delivery was even early. Only thing that kept me from going with five stars is I prefer a thin crispy crust so if it was just a bit thinner it would be perfect

Jo Jo's has wildly mixed reviews online, so we decided we had to try it for ourselves. We ordered delivery and it ended up being very middle of the road, 5/10 pizza. I don't have wild expectations for pizza in rural Pennsylvania, and Jo Jo's did not blow me away. We ordered half cheese, half Jo Jo's combo because the toppings sounded good. The pizza arrived warm but undercooked; the under crust was very doughy and the toppings could have been left in the oven longer as well. I would highly recommend ordering the pizza well done, especially if you're getting delivery and it'll be sitting in the box. The quality of ingredients was also only ok, the ham tasted like fake meat and I ended up picking it off. Overall, not a bad place to go if you're in the area, but definitely nothing special.

Ordered delivery to our hotel for lunch while visiting Hershey for the weekend. Ordered a medium cheese pie, a chicken Parm sub and the tomato fresh mozzarella with garlic Panini. Food was delivered right to our hotel room within the expected timeframe. I was skeptical as I haven't found bread down here that great. At least not compared to what I find in the tri-state New York/New Jersey area. The pizza although not the best I've ever had was surprisingly good. The crust held its shape and it was just a good standard cheese pizza. The chicken Parm was also decent. Not overly greasy but the sub roll was a little mushy which made the dish a little offputting in the pallet. The Panini was the star. Crispy outside and perfectly melted gooey cheese with a nice big thick slice of tomato. The garlic tasted fresh and was the perfect complement to the other flavors. Would totally order again if not planning to do fast food or make it to the restaurant. I heard from friends who were down here that their salads were pretty decent as well. All in all no issues.

    Garlic knots, calamari, antipasti salad

Just okay pizza shop. Good for a quick bite. Food: i ordered for pickup as this is one of the closest pizza restaurants walking distance to me. I was not impressed with the food. Ordered calamari, which were sparse, oily and gummy. I tossed them in air fryer to crisp them up a little and brown a bit more. The antipasti salad was good for a salad. The garlic knots had no garlic flavor, tasted more like bread with olive oil and we're a bit hard not soft. I wanted to judge place based on the pizza but i wanted a combination slice which they informed me they didn't sell by the slice so I didn't get any pizza. Though I've been here before for their regular slice and it's okay but nothing out of the ordinary Price: the calamari was definitely overpriced for the amount served and the quality of fish. Ambiance: i like the the take out and restaurant are sort of divided. I peaked i to restaurant and it's sort of spacious and homey. Service: it seemed as though the same person service the eat in side was also manning the take out register. It took a bit for anyone to notice me and ask if I needed anything. My order was ready and perfectly packaged. Overall I may shop around for other pizza places nearby or consider driving further out as i love pizzaria food and expect more out of places i order from.

New to the area and wanted some pizza. Ordered a Philly cheesesteak pizza and couldn't believe what we got! It was not good, we shared one slice and threw it away. The fries and garlic knots were good.

    Yum. Sorry we ate it.

Caprese 10/10 I got the side portion, which was three huge slices of tomato and mozzarella. The tomato was super fresh and perfectly ripe- not too hard and not too soft. The mozzarella was fresh and delicious. The amount of oil and balsamic was perfect. Even though it was a side portion, it was definitely something that could be shared between two people, if you're trying to save room for your meal! Chicken parm 8/10 Chicken was tender and juicy. The breading had a good flavor and was fried super crunchy. Pasta was cooked perfectly, my coworker just wasn't a huge fan of the flavor of the red sauce, and how overly crunch the breading was, which is why he gave it an 8. Chicken piccata 9/10 Sauce was yummy. Risotto was delicious! Stuffed shells (Tuesday special) 9/10 Shells were cooked great. The sauce had a good flavor. The cheese was also a good flavored blend and kept its shape even when you cut the shell, I just personally would have liked it to be a touch more melty and gooey. I loved all the cheese on top too! Absolutely love that the entrees come with a glass of wine and a side salad.

When I brought them pizza, it was always from their old fave. But since I have to drive 30 minutes, the pizza was always tepid by the time we ate. They are not ones to embrace change but today was going to be the day. Palermos's had great ratings and was only 3 miles from them. I ordered directly on the website - they advertise that it's cheaper that way - they're absolutely right. Waze bushwhacked me there and back - traffic was horrendous with families trying to get into the park. Even though I ordered with a specific pick up time, I still had a short wait. I people watched as they came in and out buying individual slices. And the pizza here? Whoa! Amazing! My new fave! I ordered a large Sicilian with mushrooms, onions and pepperoni and a side of fried zucchini. The pizza was absolutely loaded with toppings. I ordered it baked well expecting the crusty burnt cheese on the sides. There was none of that but I would definitely order it that way again. The pizza had 12 large square slices. I struggled to eat 1 1/2 slices. I think I'll order it cut into 16 slices next time. The zucchini was meh at best. It's probably not fair this far east, but I rate all fried zucchini to Pittsburgh style zucchini. This was not it. I wouldn't waste my time on it again. I can't even remember the last time I've had Sicilian pizza this good. I don't know when I'll be back in the area but next time I'm definitely ordering pizza from Palermo's.

There's nothing better than being on a real American Harley with that patented V-twin sound, riding through the countryside--wind blowing through your hair, sun beating on your skin, blue skies all around, and tunes playing while soaking in that freedom. All that riding worked up an appetite. I was driving down Route 22, coming from Indiantown Gap. Although I didn't see any Native Americans, I did happen to see two taco flags along the side of the road. Now, this was a Monday, so it wasn't Taco Tuesday--but I decided to break the rules and make it Taco Monday! I walked inside this pizzeria, only to realize I didn't see any tacos anywhere. So, I asked, "Where are the tacos, and are they actually any good?" Of course, the owner was honest and said, "I think my tacos are the best." My eyes lit up because I was eager to try them. Now, even though I'm on a pescatarian diet and don't really eat meat, I had to indulge in some lengua (and if you don't know what that is, just try it before you look it up!). He also gave me a birria taco without the dip, which was pretty much shredded beef--and well, I do not regret the decision. I also got a slice of pizza--well done, of course. Although it was a little over-burnt, the pizza sauce definitely made up for it. But bouncing back to the tacos: the corn tortilla wasn't my favorite. I normally prefer a traditional double tortilla, whereas this one only had one. However, the flavorful seasonings from the meat, the juices, and the nice sauce on the side made up for it. I washed it all down with a root beer so the heartburn wouldn't hit so hard. Do I highly recommend this place? It's a little far out of the way from Harrisburg, but it's definitely worth the drive. They have a beautiful view and plenty of seating inside. As for the bathroom... well, let's just say they are stocking the toiletries in there and it's a bit tight. But then again, the food settles well, so you don't even have to use it, if you catch my drift! That means they are washing their hands and wearing gloves while preparing the food, so you know it's safe and clean. They also have imported sodas, which is really nice for a change of pace. I definitely recommend this place for a good slice of pizza and some great tacos. I hope my review helps you figure out where you want to eat next! Everything was just stacked together in a takeout container with zero separation or any way to identify what was included. Zero utensils or napkins were provided either in spite of a salad in the order. The pizza was inedible. We picked this restaurant because of the good reviews but have never had a worse slice. The pizza left a burning taste in our mouths, so much so that we couldn't taste anything but the salt on the pizza. When we called the restaurant to ask if they could remake it, they told us this is what feta cheese tastes like (it most certainly isn't), they took zero accountability, fought with us over the pizza, and effectively said they wouldn't remake it because it was our taste buds and what if we didn't like it or a different pizza again. Two stars (up from one for service and the disgusting pizza) because the salad wasn't eventful or bad.

Once again, I feel like a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle, maybe Donatello, waiting in the subway to come out at night to fight crime. But I always have to sit down, be patient, and get my first bite of pizza during the day so I have enough fuel to fight through the night. As the sun began to set along the horizon of the Norfolk Southern railroad tracks, I found myself at Italian Pizza & Delight. I must say, I was delighted to pull into the parking lot because it brought back so many memories of going there with one of my first girlfriends and first loves--I'm just going to call her RJ. As kids, we used to go to high school events and then stop to get pizza and, of course, a cold Italian sub. But this time, I wasn't there for the sub. I was there for a regular cheese pizza. Of course, I asked for it well done. Let me tell you, if you've never asked for your pizza well done, you should start. I challenge you to eat it with a fork and knife--I swear it does some type of magic. With the heart of New York City in my blood, soul, sweat, and tears, maybe that's why I'm so used to the hustle and bustle, always eager to ride my bike around whenever there's no weight holding down my ankles. But let me get into this pizza. It was definitely cooked just a little below the well-done mark. However, I was still satisfied by the taste of the sauce, and the cheese was good. It's all about how it settles, and while it settled pretty well, it made me feel a bit fat, sluggish, and slow. I guess it did its job, though other pizzas I've had in the past always gave me more energy. I like pizza that gives me energy like Pac-Man eating those little monsters. The crust was pretty good, I must say. Overall, the pizza was a bit bland and I've definitely had better, but the size of the pie was big, just like a New York-style pizza. Though the sauce was bland, the nostalgia of being back there with memories of my first love, RJ, definitely made up for it. Maybe next time I want to think of her, I'll just pull right into that parking lot. I hope my review helps you make a decision on where to get your food next.
