High key, I decided to come here because it had Alex Guarnaschelli's stamp of approval in Food Network magazine. I trust Alex G with anything food and boy was she right! I had this amazing chicken, bacon, and Brie panini. Fresh bread. Warm empty Brie. Crispy bacon. I thought I was in heaven. I also had the homemade potato chips which you can buy by the bag. Even the desserts were delish. We ordered a bunch of different ones to try. The top favorites were the cheesecake and the apricot tart. They also sell prepackaged meals of their popular items to take home. So smart! You order at the counter and then find a seat and they will bring the food to you. It can be a bit crowded so larger parties beware. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Parking is street parking. I got super lucky and snagged the spot directly in front of the restaurant! Order at any counter, to go or sit down. Plenty of open seating between noon to 1pm, surprisingly. Parking at meters, or two hours free on 3rd street. They perfected their kale salad and Brussels sprout salad. I ordered the tarragon chicken salad but they gave me the regular chicken salad (which was ordinary but with apples). Next time: Juicy roast beef sandwich. Deli market: artisanal jams, crackers, candies and wine to go. Refrigerated food to go (eg sandwiches, pasta) along the sidewalls. Ice cream and dessert bar. They have something for everyone. The space has expanded since decades past. read more

Don't sleep on the turkey meatloaf sandwich or the cloud cupcake. Simply divine. The bags of potato chips or flatbread are addictive. Great spot for a celeb sighting too. read more

At the urging of my wife who wanted to get a deli sandwich, we went to Joan's. I was pleasantly surprised with the menu, the store's seating and the friendly people working there. I got the turkey club and my wife the short-rib sandwich. We got lucky and found a parking spot out front which was nice. read more

POOR SERVICE MAKES GOOD FOOD TASTE BAD. Of course, Joan's on Third is a staple to an LA foodie. The market style pantry and concept is amazing and it adds a unique charm to the place. Despite the outdoor patio seating being like a fight-to-the-death style of whoever can steal the table first, Joan's food is literally one of the best tasting American food I have had in Los Angeles. Food: 5/5 We ordered a Chinese Chicken Salad, Freshly made Potato Chips, and the Chicken Milanese Sandwich. All of which, hit the spot. Service: 3/5 The outside bussing staff is incredibly friendly, so is the coffee bar staff, but as for the cashiers in charge of the food orders, my judgement about Joan's feels questioned. I know it's a busy Sunday, but she was very blunt and didn't provide any friendly or helpful answers to the questions when I asked about what was inside the sandwiches. Not sure if it was just a bad day, or maybe my question was just too stupid, but anyway, I'd come back. read more

What a fun spot in WEHO! My wife and I live in the neighborhood and decided to walk the dogs to this busy lunch spot! Big win #1 is they allow dogs on their patio! Walking inside, you'll find a flurry of activity at several different sections that make it look like a market with food counters. There are prepared foods to be purchased in the market and taken home and you can also order food to eat there. They've got a great pastry and coffee counter as well. As far as COVID is concerned everyone was wearing masks and they had masks to offer people who didn't come in with one. So you place your order at the counter and hopefully find a table outside. Very busy spot but the table seemed to turn over rather quickly. We ordered a tarragon chicken salad sandwich, fried chicken sandwich, couscous, and a spinach dip. For the spinach dip we also bought a bag of their house potato chips. To drink I ordered a regular iced tea. The staff was friendly and quick to take my order and the food came out to our table in about 15 minutes. Not bad for a very busy place. As far as the food was concerned, I thought it was well prepared and had good flavor. The fried chicken sandwich was actually spectacular. Large portion of fried chicken cooked well and overall a well-balanced sandwich I would come back for. The tarragon chicken salad sandwich was really good but could have used a little bit more seasoning. In both instances the bread was delicious. The couscous was probably the least of our favorites as there was some flavor but it was really just a couple of notes and essentially fell flat. The spinach dip on the other hand was exactly what you would expect out of a classic tasty side dish. And surprisingly the house made chips were really fantastic. I will easily buy a bag every time I go back. I will say that everything we ate had fresh ingredients and nothing felt day-old. Really high quality ingredients. From pricing standpoint, it was a little on the higher end but given the fact that we were on West 3rd Street in the heart of weho, it was in line with what I would expect at other restaurants in the area. All in all it's a great spot and definitely a place to hit if you're taking a Sunday stroll with your dogs in that part of town. read more

Holy moly! This place is gooooood!!! It was highly recommended and today I was close by so thought I'd stop by for lunch. Ordered the fried chicken sandwich, SO DELICIOUS! It's a good portion too, I only ate half. It comes by itself but I added a bag of their house made chips and a coke. The chips are so good too! I love walking to joan's for a morning treat! They are a grocery store / cafe with so many options. They have refrigerated to-go food, a hot food bar, and a sit down menu. They also have a drink menu and a bakery. Patio is so great and there is indoors seating as well! Servers are all so nice, and u can order anything from any counter so the lines go pretty quick. Inside looks like a gourmet grocery store, super clean and always cute seasonal decor! read more

Alexa play Seven Wonders by Fleetwood Mac... "So long ago.... Certain place... Certain time"... If you haven't been to J on T's you might be asking yourself, "Joan's on Third where have you hiding all my life... " the very moment you finally do. So many goodies of all varieties, baked, candied, deli-ed... and beyond! This all day gourmet grocer & cafe is one of a kind, not including its sister location in Studio City. The quality that goes into the service and upkeep is beyond inviting, personable and positive. The have salty, sweet and classic go to snacks such as mixed buts, almonds, cheeses, crackers and cakes just to name a few. Joan's even offers a soup of the day, a plethora of salads, frozen items, pantry items and yes wine & beer. The Garden Veggie Bagel Sandwich (100% vegan item) was probably one of the most beautiful things I ever saw... Unfornately due to a mix up I wasn't able to try this dish due to my allergy for some multigrain/everything bagels (the ones with sunflower seeds mainly). I guess this is one of those items that can't be alter, but they did refund us and give me a complimentary bagel on the house that was quite fresh, well toasted and delicious. They also have some killer hash browns and variety of natural plant based eats as well from 9/10AM to 4PM daily (with the exception of Mondays). My friend Art had the buttermilk pancakes (available only on weekends), very rich and fluffy and the coffee was just perfect especially in cold brew form. I got to meet thee Joan who's energy could light up all of 3rd Street. She makes sure that everyone is happy from customer, to passersby to her employees who seem like family to her. This is a great mom an pop family owned style space with so much charm and neighborhood warmth as well as hospitality. The parking is vastly street though not to bad at all and definitely worth the trip and only a short walk to or from The Grove. read more

Food was eh... service was terrible. The gentleman taking our order seemed annoyed to be taking orders and wasn't helpful with recommendations after we realized the Bonne Femme omelette was batch mixed. We ordered and waited for a while before one of our three meals came to the table. The omelette was barely cooked. We continued waiting for the other two meals but they never came. My husband finally went to the counter to check and see if there was a problem and our other two meals were found sitting on plates where the to-go orders were being put. The pancakes were no longer fresh and the sandwich was cold. We brought this to the attention of one of the co-managers and she was beyond rude, not acknowledging that the food had been sitting for at least 20min in a window with no heat lamp. She then proceeded to speak about the issue to her staff and roll her eyes and laugh about the fact that we were asking for fresh food. Her attitude and lack of professionalism should be an embarrassment to the company. We would never come back here. It's not all it's hyped up to be. read more

Arguably the best blueberry pancakes I've ever had! If you live in or near West Hollywood, then you've definitely heard of Joan's on Third. A friend of mine told me that I should try their breakfast and I am not disappointed! The blueberry pancakes are the bomb! Each pancake is jam packed with fresh blueberries. The combination of the blueberries and the syrup creates an awesome sweet & sour flavor combination that had my taste buds jumping. Pairs well with a small cup of freshly squeezed orange juice. Indoor seating is limited but they also have outdoor seating. Will certainly be back to try more items on the menu (maybe that beef brisket grilled cheese sandwich...) read more

Not surprising at all that this place gets 5 stars. Joans on third truly lived up to expectations. And trust me, these recommendations were stellar. First off, COVID precautions: they had a great ordering set up with plenty of outdoor seating. We ordered at the front of the store and they brought out our food in To-go bags. Coffee: I got a hot latte with almond milk, and it was delicious! Simple but perfect. Food: we shared the famous Chinese chicken salad (absolutely divine and lived up to the hype) and the short rib sandwich. Omg that sandwich.... it was soooooo juicy and flavorful and every ingredient came together perfectly. Can't wait to come back and try more items! read more

Wooowzers! I was craving a sandwich after a hike. So decided to look for sandwiches places. Let me say that Joan's on third did not disappoint. The service was fairly quick. Short rib sandwich to be honest I was like hmmm idk how good this is going to be, but the cashier said it was pretty popular. It was delicious! You can even save the other half for later and heat it up. I do wish there was more chip variations. The inside is very chic farm vibes. It breaks my heart as this is another iconic place I used to love and go to all the time. My wife and I went for a late breakfast yesterday - and the whole experience was meh. The egg salad sandwich was untoasted - and the eggs "spoke" to my wife for the rest of my day. My hash browns were undercooked - and while my wife got her coffee in a mug, I got my cappuccino in a takeaway container. Why create extra waste - we were dining in. The most heartbreaking part was that obviously new customers came in with me - and were entirely lost. They tried to find out how the place works - which was not easy as there were no menus left. They asked - and I must say I was disgusted by the tone and attitude I heard. I do not think I will go again. Now, sadly - I had a few such experiences lately, up to a point where I thought I was the problem. I hear restaurants have staff problems all over. This may be the case, but I have not seen any senior management staff at least monitoring what is happening at the place. I know times are more difficult than they have been. But as restaurants want rather more of my money than before, I fear they have to step up their game - or lose long-time customers like us. read more

Great experience! The staff was friendly, the food was fresh and delicious, and there was barely a wait during lunchtime on a Saturday. We tried the tarragon chicken salad, tomato orange soup and Chinese chicken salad! All were incredible, will definitely be returning. These reviews are all lies. The food and coffee is HORRIBLE. The "popular" Chinese salad was so dry, I can only assume those who don't understand seasoning enjoy it. It's on par with airplane food. Disgusting!!!!! If you enjoy seasoned food don't go here! read more

One of my favorite lunch spots for a long time. Everything you order is above par. Love having their avocado toast and baked goods for breakfast. Sandwiches and salads are quick and delish. Their hot bar and salad bar options are much better than the ones at Whole Foods. They also have great selections of cheese and other snacks. Love their homemade pickles and salad dressings. I came here with my gf and my pup this past weekend. Very good place! Food was great and coffee is very delicious! My favorite part was the service here, we were waiting for a bit on our drinks. The staff kept checking in on us and brought us a free cookie for waiting. The staff here is very nice and pet friendly! We brought our pup with us to enjoy the weekend. The ambiance is very relaxed, chill and we came on a day where it wasn't very hot either. Parking: It's LA fam and sometime it's easy and sometimes it's difficult. I recommend parking within the on Flores st or Kings Rd. There is meter parking on 3rd street you have to be fast to get it. Price: Very reasonable and highly recommend coming here! read more

Terrible service and even worse treatment. There were multiple dogs inside the restaurant making noise, but the staff singled us out and kicked us out. When I asked why other dogs were allowed to stay, they couldn't give me a real reason and just said, "this one is staying." On top of that, they demanded service dog paperwork (which they are not legally allowed to do) and treated us with complete disrespect. The hypocrisy and discrimination here are unbelievable. If you value fairness, kindness, or being treated like a human being, don't bother coming here. read more

Always a great time here at Joan's on Third! I've been coming to this location for about 5 years now and the visits are just as pleasant as before. This is the place that made me fall in love with salads even more as a person who's not very fond of them. I absolutely love their Chinese Chicken Salad. It's a beautiful blend of fried crisps, breaded chicken, romaine lettuce, and a simple sesame dressing. To say it's delicious is an understatement. Sizing is quite large, perfect for sharing. Don't sleep on the Chinese Chicken Salad! Aside from their salad, I love their meatloaf! You can't go wrong with any of their dishes honestly. It's the perfect place to eat for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner. This location offers both indoor and outdoor seating. This is also a great place to shop for unique gifts; When you enter Joan's on Third, they have a fun display of food in their deli showcase, as well as fun knickknacks and gifts in their merchandise area, where they offer both edible and non-edible delights. For parking, however, it's only street parking. Thankfully, Joan's on Third is surrounded by neighborhood, so there is plenty of street parking available if you are willing to walk a few minutes. It's quite a busy street, but it's worth it. The employees are always so nice and take very good care of you. We've seen Joan a few times and she is just so lovely. This location on 3rd St in LA is very special. Their Studio City location is just as nice! Thank god for 2 Joan's on Third locations in LA! read more

I don't think I'll be back but I do have to compliment the staff who were all excellent & helpful. I ordered the lentil soup which tasted a lot like baby food. Unfortunately I was greeted by a little bug at the bottom of my bowl.... Nasty. I wasn't impressed by the New York breakfast sandwich, it wasn't bad but it definitely wasn't worth $14. Look, it is an institution on the 3rd Street by The Original Farmers Market/The Grove. I don't want people to confuse this 3rd Street in the mid-city with the 3rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica. Now that is clear... I can remember Joans as far as nearly 20 years ago when I lived in the neighborhood. It is a spot where you find a seating (because it can be scarce), order food at the counter, shop for goodies and enjoy. My last visit was picking up stuff for home... I picked up a slice of cake, a bag of their house coffee beans and a container of their Cornichon. That cake was heavenly. I considered Korean bakeries to have mastered the simple cream and strawberries cake. I've had so many versions of this simple cake. Well, that cake (see the photo posted) was heavenly. Differing in texture and flavor... Hands down the best slice I've had. If you follow me on Instagram, then you know I've become addicted to their Cornichon. So, I won't bore you. About a month ago, one of the managers here Jason introduced me to these drinks so I bought the Purple Fruit beans and a pour over kit and started drinking it at home in the mornings since we both get up early. My wife tried it and she loved it. She asked me to get a few bags incase they run out so I did! I buy Verve coffee for my team and people in our building all the time. I enjoy buying good coffee for others as much as I enjoy drinking it myself. Their lattes and mochas are really good too. I also bought some beans for my mother in law so she can share it with her friends back home in Seoul and she said they loved it! My coffee game has been elevated and I loveeee it! Joan's is a sure thing. It's quick and easy and always satisfying. This place has become an LA landmark in its own right as it appeals to all types of peeps. There's something for the health conscious and foodie alike. The dishes are intricately prepared to seduce every palate. Farro salad with feta and squash is healthy and filling and the tuna salad isn't too mayo'd out. The Brussels sprouts salad couldn't get any better and doesn't taste like its been drenched in oil like most places. I love to do the tri salad option which allows me to choose three salads from the sides bar and top them over field greens with vinaigrette so I can get a variety of sides at once. They also have an iced green tea that is never too watered down and although it isn't sweetened it sure tastes like it! The whole place is covered from floor to ceiling with shelves of imported products and they have a frozen section so you can always be prepared to have a last minute friend over. The sweets and treats here are also incredible and my favorite ever are the Mexican Wedding cookies (almond cookies with powdered sugar) but you need to order them in advance which is so worth it. I continue to have the most inexplicably bad experiences with picking up my Uber Eats take out orders. Today, I ordered a Chinese chicken salad and cookie. I walk in and head to the left. The guy is helping out some other frustrated lady picking up because they forgot her drink. He tells me to wait and goes away. At this point, an Uber Eats driver parks outside, walks in, and simply picks up a bag off the table without speaking to any staff or anyone. In and out - good for him. Meanwhile, my app says my food has been ready for about 10 minutes but its not on their table. So I ask a staff and he acknowledges, then disappears in the back for 5 minutes. Im walking around the restaurant, making sure my illegally parked car doesn't get towed, and now late for work at the hospital. So I see the pre-made Chinese chicken salads and I just pick it up. And then I tell the cashier I also bought a cookie and she gives me a cookie. I leave. So the moral of the story is don't order takeout from Joan's. Either order delivery so someone else can deal with their disorganized shit, or go into the restaurant and order at the counter. read more

This is one of those little bit of everything places. A food lovers heaven. The layout is a little confusing for a first time visitor but anyone behind the counter is very nice and willing to guide you. There are 2 cashiers where you order and they give you a number and bring you your food. There is limited indoor seating and a fair amount of outdoor seating. There is a sandwich section ( their short rib melt was featured in Bon Appetit ) many deli case sides ( we had the roasted vegetables and a couscous salad) a salad section (we didn't order one but I saw at least 8 people eating the Chinese Chicken) a cold cut and cheese section ( we got salami, prosciutto and an assortment of cheeses cut to order and a delicious potato/onion focaccia they warm and slice. My intention was to head to the coffee / latte and dessert section after our meal but I was too stuffed! I'm already plotting what to get next time. Maybe if I get that Chinese chicken salad I will have room for the pastries after :) read more

Although we often hang out in the area, we didn't find out about this place until we saw it on some TV show. The closest thing I can compare it to is Dean & Deluca in Lower Manhattan. We primarily had gone there for their cupcakes (which were good, but not the best we ever had). They have a very wide assortment of European groceries, and their other pastries (which are mostly French) were outstanding. We had their French Toast, which was done to perfection, and I had a couple of soft boiled eggs, toast and bacon, which were equally good (albeit a bit pricey). Their selection of cheeses were equally as good. To be fair, most of the items they carry, one could also get at the Cheesestore in Beverly Hills or even at Bristol Farms, which is where we usually go for such things, but as decoration, they added a nice touch. Yay I finally tried Joan's! I've been wanting to try the food here for months but just hadn't gotten around to it. We had a work meeting so my co-worker suggested Joan's since she loves the food there. After perusing Yelp I saw that the short rib sandwich seemed to be one of the front runners so that's what I got. Honestly, I don't like onions, every once in a great while I like sauteed onions. I usually order my sandwich sans onions but I wanted to try the sandwich as prepared, so I left them in. After one bite I took them out- but at least I tried first! Aside from the onions the sandwich was really good. The meat was tender and nicely seasoned, the cheese and bread were what really got me though. Golden and buttery and just crisp enough. It was super duper greasy which was the other thing I didn't really like. But still good and I would probably order it again. Next time I want to try one of their grilled cheese versions. It seems that the concept of table cleanliness is lost on the wait staff at this particular restaurant. Can you believe it? Time and time again, I've witnessed the lackadaisical attitude of the waiters towards clearing tables after guests have left. It's like pulling teeth just to get them to acknowledge the mess and reluctantly do their job as if it were some kind of favor. What's going on in their kitchen? ‍ I can't help but wonder if cleanliness is a foreign concept to them, or if it's just a select few who are dragging down the reputation of the entire establishment. I've been going to Joan's on Third for 22 years. I have remained loyal even as she raised her prices to astronomical prices. I could rationalize paying these prices as long as the quality of food remained good. I even put up with the less-than-friendly people taking orders at the counter. But today, I reached my limit! Loving her turkey meatloaf sandwich, I was willing to pay $18. The menu shows it serves 2-4 people. Really? It's 1-1/2 slices of turkey with lettuce and tomato. 2-4 lilliputians, perhaps. But the motivating reason for this review? The BREAD WAS STALE!! An $18 sandwich on stale bread? Not acceptable. When I was directed to "someone to speak with" I was met with a deer in the headlight stare; clueless as to what to do when a customer complains and therefore, she did NOTHING. So, Joan, my loyalty and dollar only goes so far and it will be going far from you to another restaurant more worthy. read more

I'm glad I did manage to have the time to actually go to this restaurant because the food there really was excellent. Los Angeles is really good for having tons of restaurants that serve excellent food and this restaurant is not an exception. It was nice to see that they had plenty of options, I did end up choosing the Short Rib Sandwich and it was freaking gorgeous it was absolutely delicious and if I do get the opportunity to go this restaurant again I will definitely be getting the same sandwich, I know I should probably try something new but it was really good and I don't think I've ever a sandwich quite like it. I think the only complaint that I can think of is the fact that there was a slight shortage in seating but that can't always be helped when they are large amounts of people wanting to go there. read more

Wish this was the old Joan's on Third. I miss it when is was just one little store. This place is too big and you get lost, or shall I say, get ignored. So many workers and not one would give us the time of day. I do miss the "Hello" at the door you used to get years ago at the old place. Now to the food. The short Rib Sand used to be good. I guess as you get to big your quality suffers. We tried all of the "must haves" as we were a large group. The consensus of our party was the same, "Meh" and a big "Meh" at that. It's a shame to see a place like this loose it's charm and quality. All good things must come to an end I guess. Our group decided that we would not repeat our experience and choose a different spot next time. I will hang on to the good old days and the memories of what Joan's used to be. :( read more

Not impressed AT ALL. This place is soooo hyped up, i don't get why everyone keeps raving about it. Overpriced stale, tasteless food. Had the Short rib sandwich. It was lacking meat for the price and the Short rib meat was bland. The staff was rude and rushing. Didn't seem like a the friendly, family owned place that I have heard from friends. Waited almost 30 min for food delivered on cheap picnic paper plates. After eating we wanted coffee. Had to get in another line and waited an additional 15min. for a coffee that tasted like water. No flavor, No love. For the same amount of money I could get a great pour over from Handsome or Intelligentsia!! Huge disappointment. Will not be going back and cannot recommend to anyone. Joan's has a huge outdoor patio area which is really nice and a big marketplace inside which has a lot of interesting food (which looks pretty good actually). The ordering/seating system is a little awkward though. you order at the register, like at a fast food place, and get a number. then you find your own seat (which you may end up waiting quite a while for) and they bring you your food. I went for brunch and got the New York breakfast sandwich, a side of fruit, and the orange juice. The fruit was good but not much of it for $4. The orange juice was great. The sandwich was basically a grilled cheese sandwich with a patty of scrambled egg and bacon bits on it. It wasn't terrible but it wasn't very good either - I'd skip it. read more

This is the gourmet eater heaven for the rest of us who don't have the private chefs and deep deep pockets. the food is superb. If you are taking it to go, some heating and minimal preparation might be necessary like pouring the sauce or presentation on your plate. if you are eating there - the seating is not the best since it's scarce and hard to find and seats are tight, but it gives you that european or New York feel. their salads and sandwiches are exceptionally tasty, the deserts are awsome. You can find all the gourmet items you see in europe and exceptional fine quality restaurants or you have heard the name from people who travel. if you are have a eye for the celebrity crowd you will always run into some one there. read more

An incredible marketplace vibe buzzing with people and bustling staff - not unlike Eataly in NYC Flatiron. Didn't expect anything like it coming to LA. They've got great selection (cheeses, sandwiches, salads, soup, etc) and you can seat yourself after ordering. The food is terrific albeit expensive - par for the course in the area so I would not fault them given the ambience. We got the short rib, turkey club, and southwest salad - all were fresh and what you expect for high-end gourmet lunch/brunch fare. The hustle bustle and density of people can be a bit overwhelming but the staff move things along and it all seems to work. You know there's a strong reason why you would mostly catch a sight of a long line reaching out the front door of this restaurant. Well seriously, it's one of the best restaurants that I have ever been to. So very professional while serving you and so very warm at the same time! Have been visiting this place for over 6 months now and trust me, each time I hang my hat here - the experience just gets better. If you have lucky stars enough in your bucket to find a meter, just jump on it. This place stays busy but has a got a string of happy reasons for true foodies. Food is great, But they cheat on credit cards always check your credit card with your receipt. They charged my credit card double. The receipt that I signed was $44.26 but they charged me $88.26 and it was do shocking fir me that it was normal for them and they were so rude to me not even say sorry!!!!! when I called them about their mistake they didn't even ask me who was the person who served you no question and said we ll return it to your card but nothing happened yet after a week, lets see hopefully they return it by the end of this week that's what they said. Thats a shame for this kinds successful restaurant with that Volume of customers. If I go there again I ll pay them cash no more card. read more

This is first time writing a review on yelp.. I have to say I love the food here especially the chicken sandwich and the organic hot coffee. I got a recommendation from my friends who live close by on 3rd street district. I went there on Saturday lunch with a couple friends ..It was so busy and packed. I understand its weekend , most of the fine diners are pretty full. The staff was very nice and friendly but the only one thing was THE FOOD came out 30 minutes later after ordering, I had no idea what going on in the kitchen.. I was really starving ... Didn't see a single staff member even smile or as much as say hello. No one came to refill the water or ask if we needed anything or even ask how the food was. One of us had pancakes and it came with nothing. Finally wave someone down and asked for butter and syrup. Few minutes later later someone drops off syrup and runs, but no butter. Had to wait again to flag someone else and ask for butter. Some frozen butter packs were delivered for now our old pancakes. Great food, terrible service. No one wanted to be bothered. Sadly, I don't think I would go again.

Great atmosphere, very good food, and breakfast is served all day which is always a plus IMHO. I've eaten here a number of times and haven't had a bad meal. Prices seem pretty average for the area, and there's a great beverage selection, including plenty of coffee drinks. Indoor and outdoor seating. An easy recommendation.
