The first time I ate here I ordered my burger with no onions and no sauce, and the burger arrived just as I asked. On my visit on May 22, 2026, the female who took our order said. We can't make the burger with no onions on it. I mentioned that when I was here last I ordered my burger with no onions and it wasn't a problem. She stumbled to explain that it is impossible for the cook to omit putting the onions on the burger. I immediately felt the tension seeing the look on my spouse's face. He simply cannot stomach onions and scraping them off is not an option for him. My burger arrived with the grilled onions on the bottom bun. I simply scraped them off, my spouse opted for the chicken sandwich plain and he facetiously asked, "Is the cook also going to be forced to add the slaw and sauce"? Who failed training? Employee A who took my order with no onions or Employee B who declares there is no way the cook can avoid putting the onions on the bun. read more

I am... so confused. I had The Win-Dow at their Hollywood location just a few weeks ago and it was one of the best burgers I EVER had. I couldn't stop talking about it. So when my sister was visiting, I had to take her. Went to this location because it was closest to where we were- omg it was so bad. There was a hair in my burger so I took it back for it to be remade. It took so long, my sister was done with her entire meal by the time I got my burger and my fries were cold. I got a "sorry about that" but that was it. Also, the burger did not taste like it did when I had it in Hwood. It wasn't hot, just warm and flavor wasn't it. I don't understand. The person taking our order seemed over it and the parking **sigh**. They do not validate. A Grove employee told me all other restaurants do. Parking is $5/hour in the structure and $3.50/15 mins in the lot closest to the restaurant. I may give them another try... not here though. read more

And now...you can eat their noshes at the Farmers Market ~ Grove. Love the chicken sandwich here and also their fries dipped in some sauce ---MMMM, money! The chicken sandwich is always so juicy & plump, great flavor. They do their fries the mcdonald's crispy & thin style - aka the style I like - so they hit just the right spot for me. This location needs some work though. I'm sure they're still learning but we waited 25 minutes for the staff to make milkshakes. There is a big window so you can see what's happening and we saw no one working on them, then a very slow preparation process. It was weird because the cashier told us the milkshakes would be right up but the burgers would take about 10 minutes. The burgers did take about 10 minutes, and it was crazy to wait 25 minutes for the shakes. They were not preparing anything else, we were the only ones waiting. There is also not a lot of seating and it was all taken, so you can't count on eating there in person. However, I'm sure I'll be back and the service kinks will be worked out. Barely any sauce unless you some on the side, meat has no flavor, you can't even taste the onions. All this for $20 is INSANE. Go to mcdonalds and it's prob better. Fried tasted just like mcdonalds anyways, which is prob the best thing on the menu. It's is a good option. A table did open up. You order at the window and then pick up. I ordered a cheeseburger, fries and a strawberry shake. There is nothing to complain about with that meal. It was very good. The burger is very small, but also a very tasty burger. The fries were superior to In-N-Out fries, which is isn't saying much because In-N-Out fries are terrible.
