Super tasty crepes. The perfect spot for a meal or snack if you're Celiac, gluten intolerant, or just avoiding gluten. Have visited twice and each time the crepes are just as tasty. I come first the dessert crepes but they also have meal crepes. Next time going to try the brisket and Mac and cheese crepe. Yep, all gluten free! Got the Nutella, strawberry and banana- oh so tasty. This is probably my favorite treat in all of Coral Gables. Not only is everything completely delicious, it is made with the upmost quality of ingredients. The only setback here is the difficulty in making a decision because the menu is jam packed with top-notch choices making you want to order everything at once. Once you decide on which crepe(s) you're getting, the next choice is the drink. They offer all kinds of bubble tea in creamy or juicy bases with various options on which boba to add. They're open late and offer easy takeout options although dining in is preferred. The staff is friendly and efficient. The inside dining area is small but functional in every way. So we absolutely love Stephanie's crepes, we've been coming here for a long time. It's always delicious, and today was no exception. However, today the portion of the fillings was very very low, almost laughably so. The mozzarella and prosciutto had one very thin slice of prosciutto, it was so thin that my wife and I weren't sure if there was any prosciutto in there and we're wondering if it was actually turkey or nothing. There is maybe 1 strawberry sliced up in the entire strawberry and nutella that we got. Pretty unsatisfying. Again, it was delicious, but nowhere near the typical that we were used to coming here! I would probably come back here. I liked the relaxing atmosphere and the service. The smoothies we got were good. Although we have mixed reviews over the crepes. My wife got a crepe that was huge and full, which was great. However, I got the turkey and cheese crepe which was so disappointing, almost shockingly so. It had almost nothing in it. When I got it, I actually thought, "oh, they only put some cheese in it". And my wife asked me, "did they forget to put stuff inside the crepe?" It was basically the crepe shell with a thin line of cheese and almost no turkey. Like you needed to look really closely to see any turkey in it. This is located right by miracle mile, which is a hot spot for many great restaurants and quick snack shops. The cheesecake bites were a nice compliment to the vanilla ice cream. They had the option of a petite and regular size. We opted for the regular since we were sharing. They're served in a cone style, held by a mason jar. Not optimal for sharing, as it was kinda tricky to open it up and lay it on the carton that it's held in. My husband ordered a custom crepe cake for my birthday while we were visiting Miami and oh my goodness, it was AMAZING!!!! One of the best I've ever had. I live across the street from this place and I frequently get the smoothies, savory/dessert crepes and other things that are very delicious. Unfortunately, a majority of the time with savory crepes (and including today that I got a prosciutto and mozzarella crepe) they skimp you on the protein and other ingredients. My crepe was entirely salad with balsamic vinaigrette. There was two bites of prosciutto in the beginning and then no more prosciutto. There was 3 bites of mozzarella and then it was gone. The wrap was $14/15 and I felt like I had a few salad bites and a crepe. I called and spoke to the person who made it and they said they used an entire slice of prosciutto. "One slice" and I had two small bites of prosciutto. I gave it 3 stars because I do like a lot of crepes and smoothies from here but feel strongly that they need to improve on their ingredient ratios. As much as this was hyped up, this was such a sad and disappointing experience. I expected crepes here to be made fresh with plenty of toppings. What we got were cold, old crepes that were tough, and the toppings were lackluster. I got the pastelito which is a guava and cream cheese crepe. The guava was just a small smattering of jam on the crepe, and it wasn't even guava! It tasted like strawberry jam instead which is quite disheartening. The cream cheese was nonexistent. They could've even put a big dollop of whipped cream in the middle to make it better... The prices are way too much for how small the crepes are. These crepes are SMALL. Like 3-4 bites for a normal adult. I can't imagine how small their actual petite sizes are. Prices for these range from $10.99 up to $13! They would get more business if all of these were priced about $2 less. Overall super disappointed in the quality and quantity of these crepes. Tbh, my wife and I weren't as impressed as we thought we'd be. They do have an impressive menu and the options all sound interesting and unique. To also clarify, because it's not totally clear, all of their crepes are gluten free. This is great for gluten free goers, but those wanting traditional crepes might be disappointed. On to the crepes themselves I ordered the Chocolate Matcha Pistachio. It was OK but I think they forgot the matcha powder on mine, the small size are perfect 2-3 biters so it's perfect if you're wanting something not huge. I also ordered a matcha latte and when asked about if the matcha is sweet or not they said not but I think the only options are alternative milks (also disappointing) and my soy milk with it was sweet and didn't go well with the latte. Also I think they use a low grade matcha powder so it wasn't the best. My wife ordered a crepe with ice cream and when she received it they gave her a side of (very frozen) vanilla ice cream instead of putting it inside the crepe. The waitress said "oh yeah we put it on the side normally unless people ask" however, for first timers (like us) it would be nice if they asked "would you like the ice cream inside the crepe or on the side?" As it's unclear on their menu. Also the woman who helped us didn't really seem too knowledgeable about the menu because each time we asked a question she seemed to stumble on her words and look at another employee for confirmation. All in all the place was OK but the experience could've been better and I think maybe educating the staff a bit more would be helpful. I'd give it another shot but I feel they should step their game up a bit. More knowledgeable staff, high quality matcha, maybe dairy options for those that don't want to drink alternative milks, also maybe making traditional wheat based crepes for those wanting it and gluten-free for those wanting it would be nice as well. A word to the restaurant manager: if you'd like some suggestion for excellent matcha that you can get at great wholesale prices please reach out to me I know a few companies that would love your business and it'll elevate your matcha menu. read more
