The super friendly staff is not enough to keep me coming back. If I order chicken wings "well done" I do not want them undercooked! If you cannot spell "Margherita" correctly on your menu, I probably shouldn't have ordered it - again! And again it was horrible, ate one slice and then felt bad afterwards. am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your establishment. My son had ordered a pizza from your restaurant, but unfortunately, he fell asleep and was unable to pick it up. When he tried to place a new order on a different day, he discovered that his number had been blocked. He then used my phone to place the order, only to be greeted by aggressive behavior from your staff. Instead of a simple clarification of the situation, your team proceeded to yell at him for not picking up the previous pizza. After recognizing his name, they insisted that he pay for the pizza he hadn't picked up before being allowed to place another order. Despite the fact that he apologized profusely for his mistake and took responsibility by paying for the missed pizza, your staff's reaction was completely uncalled for. While I understand the need for policies regarding no-shows, it is unreasonable to treat a customer with such hostility for a single, honest mistake. Had this been a repeated issue, I would understand a more stringent approach. However, the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable, especially given that my son made every effort to make it right. While the quality of your pizza may be good, the behavior we encountered leaves us with no intention of returning to your restaurant. I will also be sure to share this experience with my friends and family to ensure they are aware of the treatment they can expect. read more
