Absolutely TERRIBLE SERVICE!! First, the technician who…read morecame to complete the inspection for the property provided a quote for the entire building to the owner and tenants. On the day of appointment, they didn't have us scheduled. Then they made adjustments to have Dax come for our appointment, since he completed the inspection and provided the quote. Once he started to do the work, he changed the price at the day of the appointment because he said to the office that he didn't give a quote for the entire building, although 3 separate tenants including the owner was given this price. There wasn't any contract or invoice sent over prior to the appointment, so this displayed faulty business. Secondly, the guys left cement residue on my outdoor mat which demonstrated the lack of care to the customers property. I informed the owner about this and he got very rude and disrespectful about the pricing issue mentioned above when that wasn't our problem. It was the technician Dax who didn't provide us with an accurate quote to be hired for the job. Lastly, the issue that was shared was in the ceiling. Dax advised that the outdoor soil needed to be treated first before they could assess the indoor ceiling issue. This didn't make any sense to me but we obliged to have the soil treated first. Well, less than 7 DAYS, the ceiling issue is back !! I informed Jason about this, and he mentioned that they couldn't come back until the full balance has been covered. Although, this was the main reason why they were hired and should have assessed the ceiling first, they are choosing to have us pay for a service that wasn't completed since the pest issue has reappeared less than 7 DAYS again!! Absolutely TERRIBLE and bad business!!

He blamed me for various things like questioning why he wanted our crawl space 100% open during his trapping. He lied and said he removed and reset traps when he did not. I was home on the days he said he was there, my dog barks, and I checked the trap several times a day. This guy simply was lying about resetting the trap. He abandoned our house completely for 13 days. After a skunk sprayed under our house a second time while Daddys Pest Control was supposedly helping me with the problem, the smell was so bad we couldn't be in half our house for 3 days. I fired him. I hired a much better trapper who in less than 24 hours trapped and removed the skunk for half the price. Basically I paid this man $500 to do nothing, and a different guy $250 to trap and remove a skunk. 2 stars for his responsiveness to the first call and coming out to get the first $500 check and set a trap two or three times with cat food that caught a possum that was not the problem. Zero stars on actually doing what we needed him to do. A competent trapper getting the job done quickly with 24 hours of firing Daddy's Pest Control is all you need to know. He might be great for ants or bugs, but look elsewhere for bigger pests like skunks or rats. I am not trying to kill anyone's livelihood here, but this man is definitely not your guy for skunks or rats.

If you sort the 1 star reviews for Daddy's Pest Control, you'll see a common theme. A lot of 'he…read moreghosted me," "terrible customer service," "I had to contact him to clean up the rats." Unfortunately this is the experience I had with Daddy's Pest Control. I made the stupid mistake of hiring them a second time for a rat problem after having a pretty lackluster experience with them the first time. I understand that there are issues with my unit but that does NOT excuse the terrible customer service and followup received by this company! My tenants found a dead rat from one of the traps that was set but like the previous reviewer said, they did not come back in a reasonable time period which lead to maggots. The number of excuses for not showing up are endless, "we were on vacation last week," "I'm currently out of town,". I paid for 4 visits but due to the awful customer service and followup, I had to request a refund for the last visit. Over $700+ pretty much down the drain. Got the feeling and vibe that once the money is received, you're sent to the bottom of the priority list and it's onto the next customer.  Maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones and have an experience like the 4-5 stars reviews on here. Just be aware, you've been warned, don't be surprised if you have an experience like mine and the other 1 star reviews.... If you're desperate enough, I would highly recommend paying for services on a per visit basis and/or use your credit card in case services aren't up to par/expectations.

About a month ago, i found a homeowners worst nightmare both: drywood termites and subternean…read moretermites eating my home in my external and interior attics and mudtubes in my raised foundation of my home. I had gotten quite a few quotes from various vendors for tenting and trenching Termidor and Nykor provided a no-tent solution that was priced competively and only a few hundred more than the traditional methods of tenting/ trenching, and they offered the same 2 year guarantee that all the competitors offered. They worked with me to inspect the home and noted their findings and gave me a very clear invoice and quote to my email. I had a good experience for a whole home Termite Service from Tony and Chris, they arrived promptly on 3/31/2026 and proceeded to treat the bare wood areas of my home inside my garage and inside my interior home attict, and also the subteranean area under my home and base boards per their quote. The service took about 2.5 hours and it was relatively painless beyond some overspray clean up on my appliances and lighting fixtures, they were very clear to cover and remove any paper items like books, and I moved everything off the walls for the interior spraying as best I could per the instructions. The service went well, and as it takes time to see if the treatment worked given that they sprayed Termidor, I cleaned up all the frass/ termite droppings i could see in the affected areas and I will ask them to come back next year around this time for an inspection or If i see more activity and once the 2 year guarantee is over, subscribe for them to come back to inspect and do a treatment of any newly affected areas. The only issue was they charged me the wrong price at the end but promptly refunded the amount and charged me properly, which is one of the most honest things I've seen any vendor do, then their payment went through the next day.

I'd like to update my review since my first stellar review was for the initial estimate process…read moreonly and I said I would update (but forgot). It's been 5 years and we've had plenty of people up in our attic since Rodent Masters completed our job and any time someone goes up there, I beg them to check and double check to ensure there are no rodent droppings. During this time, we have not heard a peep in the attic which is a complete 180 from what we were hearing before - it always sounded like the rats were having a party up there in the middle of the night. The process took about a month from start to finnish because the first thing they do is cover and patch all holes or entrances up so that nothing can get in (or out) and not just outside of the house but inside the attic and inside every single area from within the house. It's a LOT of work but they did it very well. Then, they came back and, in our case, because things were so bad, they sucked out all of the insulation and then reinsulated the entire attic with much higher quality material than what had been removed. Then they came back on final time to ensure there was no activity. So, I have no reason not to continue recommending Rodent Masters and I have for the last 5 years. I do think I will contact them soon though just to have someone do a walk around to ensure there are no new holes that have developed since they were last here. Highly recommend and I'm glad to see that the reviews continue to be outstanding since the one I gave 5 years ago!

ONE STAR FOR SHOWING UP ON TIME. ZERO STARS FOR EVERYTHING THAT MATTERED…read more I hired Rodent Masters because I have documented ongoing rat activity around my private patio at my apartment for approximately a year. I have five security cameras recording the activity, including rats repeatedly on the ground in my private patio where my small dog walks and sniffs. I explained the situation to Max in detail, including how distressed I was, and told him I was prepared to pay for an exterminator's help myself. At their request, I obtained my landlord's permission for them to perform the work. The day before the appointment, I went even further: I sent Max a five-page presentation with photographs and a diagram of my property, identifying suspected burrows, storage areas with rat activity/droppings, openings I wanted sealed, the water-heater closet, planters/root systems and other possible nesting and entry locations. I also explained that I have a small dog and wanted safe, enclosed trapping options. I specifically asked whether they could perform the work the same day if possible. The technician arrived on time, but the inspection I expected simply did not happen. He focused on whether rats might be inside my apartment even though I had reported an outdoor problem. When I asked whether he had seen my presentation, he told me it was "at the office." He did not open and inspect the storage cupboards where I had reported rat activity and droppings. He did not investigate the suspected burrows. He did not seal any openings. He looked directly at an opening into one of my storage areas and did nothing about it. Most incredibly, while standing on my patio he explained that rats like protected areas around water heaters, yet he never even opened the doors to inspect the two water heaters I had specifically identified in my presentation. After all of this, the primary recommendation I received was to buy mountain lion or fox urine and spray it myself. After I complained, Max initially told me in writing that he was "very confused" because he had forwarded my list to the technician and explained the situation to him. He later said they were trying to "save me money" and the technician did not want to take my money "by just setting traps." That explanation makes no sense. This was supposed to be a free estimate. I never told anyone I was on a budget. I had specifically asked whether they could do the work that same day and was prepared to pay. Nobody even gave me an estimate or presented treatment options and allowed me to decide what I wanted to spend. Max also brought up my doggie door afterward. I did not tell Max about a doggie door the day before. I mentioned it casually to the technician while we were already standing on my patio. I never reported rats inside my apartment. He insisted on coming in and looking under my sink and told me I had no evidence of rat existence. My complaint is simple: I hired a rodent professional to investigate documented rat activity, identify nesting/entry areas, recommend appropriate trapping and exclusion, and give me an estimate. Instead, the specific areas I identified were not meaningfully investigated, no holes were sealed, I received no estimate, and I was essentially told to buy predator urine. Had Max simply told me after receiving my five-page presentation that this wasn't the type of work they were going to perform, I would have thanked him and continued looking for another company. Instead, I stopped searching because I believed help was coming the next morning. That lost time matters when you are already dealing with an ongoing problem. I also let Max know how traumatized I was by these rats and how I wasn't sleeping at night. He seemed so empathetic and told me not to worry. Why pretend you want to help and then lie about our initial conversation. P.S. I saw another reviewer say someone from this company arrived in an unmarked white van, which the company disputed in its response. The technician who came to my home also arrived in an unmarked white van, and I have the security-camera footage showing it.
