We just closed a deal on 9/4 using Kal and her team as our brokers/lenders. My fiancé and I were first time homebuyers very eager to find our first home after COVID cancelled our 8/9/20 wedding. We prequalified the first week of May, but actually changed over to Kal's office right before we found THE ONE in late July. Our first lender was nice, but she just didn't make a lot of sense with a lot of her responses. Finding a lender that is honest and knows his/her stuff is SO IMPORTANT!
