I had an insurance change for a few years and wasn't able to stay with this office, but I ended up switching my insurance so I could come back and see Ari again. Ari is an exceptional hygienist. She's gentle, caring, thorough, and always looking out for her patients' needs. She makes every visit comfortable, and you can tell she truly cares about her patients. The original pain I came in for was never addressed. They told me I didn't have a cavity, yet a year later my new dentist confirmed that I do. I also received two different quotes for the same service, and when I asked about the discrepancy, I was told it would be sorted out later. It never was. To top it off, they had me sign a payment contract while I was under sedation (not asleep but drugged on a sedation pill). I will never set foot in that office again.
