Enzo's Pizzeria on West Maple Avenue, Langhorne, PA, is in the same strip center as CVS and Hong Kong Cafe. It is a traditional American pizza parlor with full complement of pies, stromboli, steak sandwiches and standard pasta and chicken dinners. There are a half dozen booths in house, so most of their business is takeout. Service is friendly. I stopped in to check it out with an early supper. I took a booth toward the back and ordered their Enzo's Eggplant Bonanza sandwich, an amalgam of breaded fried eggplant, sauteed spinach, roasted red peppers, melted sharp provolone and very tasty pesto mayonnaise. It arrived on a paper plate is a puddle of oil and thin plastic utensils. Presentation is important, and these guys blew it royally. What would it take to serve a heavy leaky torpedo on something more substantial? That the mess wasn't noticed or they just didn't care shows lack of quality control and disrespect for customers. The ironic part is that the sandwich was actually very good. The combination of flavors and textures, and especially the pesto mayonnaise on the crusty loaf and the mix of the eggplant and peppers we're well worth the price of $7.95. If they had just thought about a better way of dealing with eat in customers they would have been starred up for creativity in the kitchen. 2.5 Stars

Seriously?? You guys didn't have a big enough box?

I usually really like this place but it seems like they've lost a little of their touch with doing a good job, get your act together enzos!!

Awesome Pizza Shop awesome to do a quick walk in and just get something to go great service this pizza shop is great if you have a party or of that type you can order quantity and get it delivered to wherever you're at and they will deliver to you. Also the main thing about this pizza shop that I love is that they are willing to work with you when it comes to big orders I will say that the price is a little bit on the upper side button it is definitely a well deserved pizza it is very delicious everything there is the licious from Buffalo wings cheesesteak to the Panini two salads to dinner you name it they have it and the taste is what is number one and all meals and this place hands-down is like the best The best part about it is the rolls they are fresh

Always good food and fast delivery from Enzo's. They have a wide selection of pizzas to choose from. Lastly, the prices are reasonable.

Mediocre at best. The pizza was undercooked and the hoagie was wet. Definitely won't be going back.

On both visits the servers were friendly and very attentive. My son and I enjoyed watching Wheel of Fortune on our pizza visit. The place wasn't packed, but you can tell everyone there were regulars. Food wise they are just ok. The cheesesteak comes with a toasted roll, it had a decent portion of meat and cheese, but it was just ok. It wasn't overly greasy or bad, but flavor wise it wasn't a wow sandwich. My wife felt the same way about the grilled chicken caesar salad. The greens were fresh, the dressing was fine, but the chicken was just meh. The fries were worthless, undercooked and not good at all. Pizza wise on the second trip my son and I asked for well done. It came out with a crispy crust, the sauce needed more flavor, cheese was thick and had to be a blend. It was just below average, nothing bad/nothing great. The garlic knots may have been the best food I experienced. They were fresh, soft and crispy on the outside. There are far better options in the area, but the service was great and the people were nice.

As I was leaving I asked the waitress to give me a box for the 12 wings that I couldn't finish. She said NO , the are for dine-in only so I have to eat them here or throw 'em out. I spoke to a manager to no avail. I should have taken the $6 out of the tip but I didn't want to punish the waitress. Needless to say , I'll not ever be returning to this place again and BTW, the food here was average, at best.

On both visits there were plenty of open tables. The service is fine, they had a couple of young kids taking care of us. They were kind and polite with prompt service. The inside was nice and wasn't looking too bad for a Friday and Saturday evening. We ordered fresh pizza's and they were out quickly both times. I'd say if you like slightly more cheese than sauce you'll like this pizza. The extra cheese by design gave it a little bit more of a saltier profile, but not too much. For my liking, I would have rather had a bit more sauce. The crust itself had a very light char and came out a tad crispy, but soft on both occasions. I couldn't find anything wrong with their pizza, but I couldn't find anything that stood out either. It's just decent average pizza. On both trips they brought me a to go box for the remainder of my pizza that was a slice or two too small. Not nit-picking, but just a minor observation. Both Large Pizza's came out to around $20 which is slightly higher than some closer and better competitors.

The bus guy was very sweet as well. We appreciated the staff. When we first pulled up we were not impressed with the small strip center and worried the place looked empty and drab. Turns out the dining room is to the left of the door and the first room is basically a fast food take out area. Reminded us of Aldo's in Holland...if you have ever been there. The dining room was basically a no frills kinda place but much nicer than the other side. Love a byob and we had more bottles than people...party time! (Cheers). At the end of the meal Salvatore gave us complimentary choclate lemoncello...amazing. Soooo...the food itself. We started with calamari and also the antipasto. Perfect for sharing and all delicious. Calamari was a good one. I ordered the chicken française, which was even better as leftovers the next day since it marinated in the sauce. Hubs enjoyed his veal Marcella. In fact everyone enjoyed everything. Overall, we all left feeling full, satisfied, pleased and very happy. It was a good time! Thumbs definitely up on this place.

It's a tad dated on the inside, but I've seen much worse! There was also a TV inside the dining area with that evenings Phillies game on. Their menu is huge - pasta, seafood, chicken, veal sections .... lots of restaurant items besides the usual pizza shop items. I remember having the Veal Saltimbocca - With mushrooms & prosciutto in a white wine sauce topped with mozzarella cheese many years ago and it was ok. The pizza was pretty good. Asked for well done - sweet sauce, nice ratio of cheese to sauce, the undercarriage stood somewhat firm, crust is on the thinner side and a tad crispy/cracker like. The Pep pizza should have had more Pepperoni, but was solid. Their pizza is not bad at all if you like a sauce on the sweeter side. The mozzarella sticks were tasty and not overly stringy with cheese and the cheese fries were crispy and ok with me. Don't sleep on their Cannoli's, they have regular shells and ones with chocolate on them. They are made to order and I enjoyed them. I think Poppy's is a good place to stop and grab a bite.
