Horrible long line. Over an hour wait and still not able to order. Closing windows as well. Not fun.

This place was awful. It was expensive and tasted bad. There were two windows for ordering but when I got up to one of them the employee walked off and didn't come back. The people in line behind me wouldn't let me go to the other window to order so I stood there for at least 6 or 7 minutes while I watched the employees walk around doing nothing or pretending to cook food. When someone finally acknowledged that I was there, I ordered a Single burger meal which didn't come with a drink (found that out after I paid) and it came to be over $13 with tax. They wrote my order number on a scrap of paper and gave it to me and I was suppose to give it back when I got my food (I didn't get a receipt yet, by the way). When I finally got my food the burger was so raw that it was still bleeding. The cheese was not melted and the lettuce looked like it was sitting out for a while. The special sauce tasted like a knock-off of In-N-Out burger's and was so watery that it soaked through the grocery store bun and it practically fell apart. They only gave me 3 small onion rings (which were dried out) and a handful of squishy french fries for the side. The only place to sit was behind the building next to the foul smelling trash cans and the dirty tables. They had a family special where you get 4 single burgers, 4 small drinks, and 2 sides for $45. It was a rip-off because the 2 sides were suppose to be shared amongst the group (which is barely enough for one person) and the small drinks were slightly larger than the water cups. The best deal is to wander around the park and buy cheap snacks instead of blowing a lot of money on terrible food at the restaurants. read more

Man!!! When you think Johnny Rockets you think creamy shakes, fresh french fries, crispy onion rings... but this place falls way too flat!! Our fries tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for way too long... and the onion rings were a disappointment as well. Service was ok, but their food is not worth the lines. read more

Yuck! Terrible, nasty food. Just disgusting. I didn't expect the food to be excellent within a theme park. But, this was way worse than I expected. It was hard to eat and was a total waste of money, especially since most of it was leftover because it was just too nasty. We got the $45 meal deal. read more

I honestly felt bad for the employees after watching countless people be very rude at the window. We ordered our food at noon. We had a window of 1:15 to 1:30. We got here pressed prepare food. Our food was ready at about 1:30. We waited in the very long line for mobile pick up. Most people took about 5 minutes at the window. We noticed a family waiting near the front of the window and everyone tried to explain the process to them. They didn't move and also sent her husband to wait there "we are picking up our food as soon as it says it's ready". He tapped on a closed window and said it says it's ready. We and everyone else tried to explain to the employees how they cut the whole line. I know somethings employees can't control but if you can open the window to help him why wouldn't you do the for all the people already waiting. They said they would keep the window open for everyone else and closed it right after. Terrible experience. read more

Avoid if at all possible! Assuming Johnny Rockets is decent anywhere, they are really hurting their brand by allowing such awful food to be served under their name here. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that all their locations aren't nearly this expensive and awful. Unfortunately this is one of the few places in Six Flags where you can get a beer, so if you want an adult beverage, then you're pretty much trapped going here. Unfortunately the management knows this, as illustrated by their exploitative prices. My girlfriend and I got two 12oz Coronas and a double bacon burger. It was $38. After waiting nearly 30 minutes in line for to order, the beer we got was only 12 oz, so it was nearly gone by the time our order was ready 10 minutes later. When the food came, it was pretty bad. The burger had the basics, but the meat was overcooked --way more than "well done"-- and don't even *think* they might do it medium rare for you. The fries and rings were undercooked-- pale, mushy, and not golden. After the first few bites took the edge off our hunger, we left the rest for the seagulls. The saddest part is that this mediocre experience cost us an hour of our time... time which we could have spent waiting in line for a ride. Next time I come to Six Flags I'm going to bring Clif Bars to satisfy my hunger, and sneak a flask so I can enjoy a reasonable drink. If Johnny Rockets cares about their company image, they should really attempt to make the quality of this place more equal to their establishments outside amusement parks. read more

very meh. got the family meal deal for $45 ish dollars. you get 4 burgers, 4drinks, onion rings and fries. not what i'd call a good deal, or particularly great food, but we were hungry. burger bun was smashed and overall it seemed like it was sitting for a while because the cheese was clearly melted but lukewarm... oh well what can you expect for amusement park food. read more

Absurdly long wait times. 100% clear that no one here has a sense of timeliness or service. Feels like being in a Soviet bread line.

Got in line at noon - peak of the lunch rush. 1 person taking order / serving drinks. Needless to say the line moving SLOW. Minimum people working, burgers were sub par - lacked flavor, cheese want melted, buns felt stale. read more

Not able to give 0 stars so one will have to do. Crazy long wait. Not sure why they are so disorganized. It would take any reasonable person about 1 day to straighten out the mess. Guess there's a big shortage of competent persons. Had to wait 45 minutes for food that was cold and wrong. The food was trash!! Literally!! Bought two single burgers with cold mushy fries and nasty onion rings! Burgers were super tiny and cold like it was prepared the day before. Very disappointed, the meal was $35 bucks. For drinks they give no staws or lids!? !!!Will not recommend this place. read more

YIKES!!! This place should be renamed "Johnny Rip-Offs" or at least "Johnny Bi-plane". We were there on a weekend and for some reason they only had one out of four order windows open. (you would think these days there would be people more than willing to come and fill a job here) Anyway after waiting forever in line I ordered 3 burgers (no cheese) one cheeseburger, 2 shakes a fries and an onion ring. The total was over $54!. When our number was finally called I immediately noticed that we were missing one burger and to top it off the three burgers there were cheeseburgers, not plain hamburgers like I ordered. Not only that they were nothing like the burgers normally served at Johnny Rockets. These burgers had different buns, crappy cheese, hardly any lettuce, plus the meat was obviously not the same as what is normally used at a regular Johnny Rockets. The milkshakes were decent, and so were the oinion rings, but the fries were soggy and lukewarm at best. Oh and the missing burger? After summoning the manager, I had to buy another one (fair enough) and the guy did throw in some more soggy fries and some onion rings, but that brought the total to over $65 for two adults and two kids. So in short, way overpriced, lousy service, and mediocre food, not what I've come to expect from Johnny Rockets. Inconsistent food quality. No hold time for disposal of burgers or fries/onion rings that have been sitting around too long. I would give it about a 75% chance of getting fresh fries and about a 90% chance of a fresh burger. Cheese is not melted on burger, but placed on cold. I suggest taking a bite out of each food item to get a new replacement burger or fry if being serve food that has been sitting around too long before walking away. read more

I wish I could give negative stars. Six Flags does a disservice to it's name by hiring franchisees who just don't give a damn. On a recent visit, and feeling hungry, I visited the Johnny Rockets in the park. I'll admit it was early, but there was a considerable queue. After paying $16, I was presented with a flat soda, cold limp cheeseburger, and day-old fries after 20 minutes. I presented the clerk with this meal, and asked them if they would accept it, and they responded with an emphatic "NO". I told them I EXPECT a HOT meal, and they offered to put it back on the grill, which I allowed them to do. It came back even worse, with no heat applied.... just left to rot before being boomeranged back to me. At this point, I demanded to speak to a manager..... guess what, no manager present. I demanded that they provide a HOT meal to replace what had been previously provided.... They agreed, but 20 minutes later the same (now 60 minute-cold) meal arrived. Still no manager on site.... At this point, being COMPLETELY fed up with Johnny Rockets, I threw the "food" back into the kitchen and demanded a refund. No manager to approve the refund..... The burger was scraped up off the floor and PUT BACK ON THE GRILL. I will NEVER eat at a six flags park EVER again. Actually, if this is how six flags allows it's contractors to operate, I'm not sure if I'll ever go back to one of their properties. read more

Don't mind the prices , when u got to a place like an amusement park be prepared to pay premium prices for food, the bad part is u have to wait an hour for food when there is only 10 people in front of u, there's only one cashier and one Cook what the hell....bad bad. Ad read more
