This is a food truck located at the Lumpy Ridge Brewing Company, at least on Sundays. Google does…read morenot give the correct directions - when we followed them, we ended up in a random parking lot a block over. I recommend setting the GPS to the brewery rather than the truck. When we visited on Sunday after hiking at RMNP for the morning, there wasn't much of a crowd here. We ordered and the the food only took about 8 minutes to arrive. Meeker Margherita ($21) - Perfectly cooked crust in this pizza. The cornicione in particular is expertly risen and cooked, giving plenty of charred bubbles and the perfect chewiness. The undercarriage, while floppy, isn't soggy at all. It hold up very well to the ingredients on top. The crust is first slathered sparingly with tomato sauce. The sauce is reduced quite a bit and tastes almost like a concentrated tomato paste. They don't use a lot so it doesn't soak into the crust at all. On top, there's a couple of pieces of basil giving a very noticeably fresh aroma. There's plenty of melted mozzarella cheese, which seem to be of the pearl variety, mild tasting and stretchy. They apparently also drizzle some EVOO, although there's no particular peppery or fruity notes, or heck any real olive oil flavor at all. With how well all the other ingredients worked together, the olive oil is very disappointing. Still, it's a very well constructed pizza. (5/5) Panorama Peak ($23) - Again, this pizza has the perfect crust. Instead of tomato sauce, it's slathered with ricotta cheese, making the pizza very rich and creamy. More melted mozzarella on top of that for even more fatty richness, then pieces of proscuitto, chewy and salty. The meat isn't sliced that well so it's messy to eat. They then essentially cover the pizza with an arugula, tomato, and shaved parmesan salad. The arugula is super peppery and bitter, the tomatoes are fresh and sweet, and the parmesan adds more saltiness. The main sources of salt are the parmesan and the proscuitto. Neither are added in large enough quantities to make the pie overly salty. Mixed in the with the arugula are a couple of stems of cilantro for some reason. Nothing on the menu actually uses cilantro so I'm a bit confused where it comes from. It's essentially a salad on pizza dough so everything falls off the crust very easily making it messy to eat. (4/5) I'm very impressed with the food served at Mangia Mangia. I didn't expect to find such great pizza in a small touristy mountain town. I'll be back next time I'm in the area! The trailer is set up in the Rock Shop parking lot so you can tour some gift shops. It's a nice big bbq and the smell draws you in. The lady was working all day going back and forth tending the meat so you can tell they're smart with it. Prices are average but the sides I think are too much at $5 each. I got a Pork sandwich for ten bucks and a side of slaw. Other sides were potato salad, beans, and others I probably should have got instead. I love coleslaw with bbq pork sandwiches since you can add it on top for a nice contrast with the meat. The pork was tasty and juicy but a tad plain. The sauce was a tomato based bbq sauce that was good but I like it a bit sweeter and thinner. But there's a hundred ways to make sauce so it was fine. The coleslaw, which I expected to be pretty good for five bucks, was the sloppiest presentation and effort. They opened a grocery store bag of cabbage and carrots, and threw on way too much store bought Lighthouse dressing. How do I know? Cause I buy the same thing, but you're supposed to mix it together, chill it, and season it a bit. Rather than proper bbq slaw, this is salad with coleslaw dressing. When you mix it earlier, the veges soak in the flavor. And adding some vinegar helps get the taste right. Haven't tried the other sides but hopefully they're a bit better. Might stop again but not till they abandon that store bought stuff.

The place is definitely small inside, but it had a nice atmosphere and the service was really good from start to finish. For appetizers, we ordered the chips, queso, and salsa. The queso was definitely different from what I'm used to, but it actually wasn't bad at all. I ordered the street tacos -- three carne asada and two chicken -- topped with cilantro and onions, plus an extra al pastor taco because I wanted to try it. Out of all of them, the al pastor was my favorite. The meat was super tender and flavorful. I wasn't a huge fan of the mango on it though; I would've preferred pineapple instead, but I just picked the mango out and still enjoyed it. My husband and I also shared a side of rice and beans. The beans were decent, although a little salty. The rice, unfortunately, was the low point for me. It honestly had almost no flavor and kind of tasted burnt. I definitely wouldn't order the rice again. Overall, the food was decent and the service was great. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to eat here again, but it was still a solid stop while spending the day in Estes.

The food serving is enough for 2 meals (at least in our perspective) -- which was a bonus for leftovers! Flavor of the soup was a little salty, but I can revamp it as my leftover. We came day after V-day...also President's Day weekend. They were not busy, the food came out fairly quickly (no complaints). The services was minimal. Young lady who was nice, but was not attentive to the 5 (including us) guests that were there. We had to ask for another round of water, there was no 2nd attempt to make sure everything tastes ok -- and we had to ask for to-go containers. This will not be our first choice for Mexican in Estes.

After one of my go-to nearby restaurants closed down, I decided to venture here for a burger. This place rocks! Boss Burgers and Gyros reminds me of a classic dive that we all know and love. Nothing fancy, no frills, no fuss, no pretentiousness, just tasty food at an affordable price. You order at the counter and the cashier gives you a table number. Plenty of outdoor seating with some indoor seating as well. This place gets pretty busy, but the staff hustles. Kitchen is cranking out relatively quick ticket times so you don't have to wait that long at all. For a cheeseburger with bacon and jalapeños and an order of cheese fries, this was $14 and change. And I added the bacon and jalapeños to the burger! In Denver, this would be $25, haha. The cheese fries (small) were really enough for two people. So you get your money's worth after a day exhausting yourself at RMNP. Burger was great. I added some mustard to mine at the table. It comes with LTO, ketchup, and mayo. This tastes like what you want at a backyard BBQ. Served on a red plastic tray with paper lining, this mom and pop place dishes humble food without breaking the bank. Bacon was crispy, cheese was melty, I had no complaints! Only knock on the cheese fries were that they desperately needed salt. It's not the best burger place of all time, but it doesn't need to be. These are the types of places I love supporting. Will return and maybe try an elk dog next time!
