This place definitely lives up to the hype. The crab and shrimp fried rice was some of the best I've had. We got it to go, but I'll be coming back again and dining in. Food: 5/5

A coworker referred us to this place and we stopped by after camping. The place is clean and spacious. The server was fast and friendly. The food didn't take long and they were delicious. We ordered 2 crab fried rice, pad see ew, garlic noodles with rice and chicken wings. Their chili garlic sauce was delicious as well. They were nice enough to give me extra to go. . I think we'll keep passing by when we're in the area

I remember this wonderful food truck that caught my eye years ago. Fast forward now 2 restaurants now and same consistency(yes I tried them both). The fried chicken is as juicy as iI remember with enough breading for the crunch. Now rice, my go to crab fried rice is always amazing. Adding shrimp And beef made it more delicious. The staff is as friendly and thoughtful. All their restaurants are spacious, clean and welcoming. Tok my mom here for the first time, already she is a big fan! Forgot to mention the drunken noodles are amazing! All big portions just right for the buck!

Let me just say the portions are massive. Food came out very fresh. The crab fried rice was the highlight due to the sheer amount of real crab they put in there.

My friend recommended the Crab Fried Rice here, and it was so good! The portion was HUGE, I sat there for 20 minutes and still couldn't finish even 1/3 of the plate. The shrimp had such a nice smoky flavor, I mixed the shrimp with a little lime juice, and it tasted amazing! The crab fried rice was well seasoned and flavorful, and overall it made for a really satisfying lunch. Thanks to the employee working lunch on 6/15 for being so attentive and checking on customers throughout the meal. I'll definitely be back whenever I'm craving fried rice and would absolutely recommend this place to my friends!

I ordered the pad see ew noodles with chicken, crab fried rice with shrimp, and the 12 pc wings. The three dishes were very flavorful and delicious. A huge plus is that the portion size is humongous! I always get to take home a bunch of leftovers. My personal favorite is the pad see ew noodles. The noodles perfectly soak in the flavor and leave me feeling satisfied. I have been there multiple times and the food is always made consistently!

Amazing food with enormous portions and service was very hospitable. Ended up getting the crab fried rice. They fill your plate from end to end and it's also stacked to the top. On top of that, crab meat portion was VERY generous. This HAS to be the best crab fried rice there is. Great quality as far as taste and made fresh to order. The wings were delicious as well. Cooked perfectly and very crispy. Our waiter was on top of everything. He was very accommodating, respectful, and also attentive. Knowledgeable of the items on the menu. Everything came out quick and was piping hot as it got to our table. Will always come back whenever I'm in the area. Keep up the great work, Johnny Wokker Team!

Johnny Wokker is genuinely one of the best thai places I have eaten in the area. The food tastes fresh and thoughtfully made. The portion sizes are solid. I had enough to stretch my meal into three separate sittings, and it still tasted just as good each time. It is such a great value, especially when the food is this flavorful. I got the Pad See Ew and the noodles were perfectly cooked, slightly chewy with a nice bite, and they soaked up all that savory sauce. The combination of the tender meat, crisp vegetables, and deep flavor made it one of the best versions of Pad See Ew I have ever had. The service was friendly and the establishment was clean.

    Crab rice already half eaten!

Are they still open with the pandemic going on? I am craving their noodles, but I don't want to drive there if they aren't there.

Yes they're open. They are now located at the Superking Market shopping center on Eldorado.

Is this a cash-only business, or do they take cards?

We only…read morecame here because it was a Monday (their other location is closed on Mondays), and we happened to be in Stockton and I had a serious craving for those wings. It's located downtown next to the movie theater, if you're facing the theater, it's on the right-hand side. There was a sign on the door saying cash-only and no dine-in. I had cash and we were planning to take it to-go anyway, so that part didn't bother us. But oh my goodness... the staff needs improvement. Please address it ASAP. The vibe was not welcoming at all and felt very unprofessional. I could hear screaming and shouting coming from the kitchen from one of the younger girls, who honestly looked pretty mean. She was also taking orders. Thankfully, she wasn't the one who helped us, another girl took our order. Their POS was down and they said they accepted cash or Zelle, so we paid with Zelle. The girl told me, "Show it to me when you pay it," which I did. THANK GOODNESS I paid with Zelle. (I'll get to that). We ordered two salt & pepper wings and an order of garlic noodles to-go. The noodles came out first, so we sat down to wait for the wings. I noticed there were people dining in, so I guess the "no dine-in" sign wasn't accurate. When our wings were ready, we went up to grab them. The girl who took our order loudly asked in a rude tone, "DID YOU PAY?" It was embarrassing because everyone heard, and could've been handled so differently. I told her yes and pulled up the Zelle confirmation, the SAME one she had asked me earlier to show her. She clearly forgot and didn't make a note of it. Honestly, I can't imagine if I had paid cash. I wouldn't have had a receipt or any proof. So if you go here and their machines are down again... pay with Zelle. While we were there, I noticed a mother and daughter who had been waiting even before we arrived and still had no food. When we went up to get our wings, the daughter walked up to the counter very upset and said, "Give me back my money. We've been here for an hour and we were here before them." That pretty much confirmed everything about how chaotic things were. It felt like a total zoo in there. The system for handling orders and payments definitely needs work, especially with cash transactions. The tables were also dirty and could've used some attention. Additionally, the girl screaming in the kitchen shouldn't have happened. The wings? Still delicious. But the service and organization at this location really took away from the experience. The only parking available was at the garage across the street.

We were seated quickly, and the waitress took our order, but after that the service completely went downhill. While we waited, three other tables came in after us. We received our drinks, but then watched as the tables next to us were served their food before us -- even though they arrived later. After waiting over 30 minutes, I politely asked the waitress what the issue was. Her response was that there were "a lot of things going on" and that we would just have to wait our turn. At that point, my coworkers and I decided to leave. It doesn't matter how good the food may be if the customer service is that poor. The overall atmosphere was unpleasant, the service was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this restaurant, especially during lunchtime. If I could give zero stars, I would.

It started with my parents taking me as a teen when we lived a town over and now that I reside in Stockton, I still come back to this place. One thing I can say about this location is that it has always been consistent, whether it be drinks, food or anything else. I don't think they have ever messed up my order and the service is always good for a take-out / fast-casual place. They have had interior decoration changes over the years and their menu is now displayed on tv monitors versus the wall, but it still has the same charm it has always had. Now for the food and drinks. In all honesty the drinks are good. This isn't going to be the greatest boba you've ever had, but it's a nice drink. I love to get their snows or milk teas - my go-to's are typically Taro, Thai tea, coffee / mocha, or one of the flavors that is named after animals or random creatures (which are just combos of two flavors). Their food is amazing. I reccomend getting a fried snack or their bento box (don't forget to upgrade for fried rice or chow mein)! My faves as a vegetarian are the fried tofu & fries, fried tofu rice bowl, Kung pao tofu, and vegetables and tofu upgraded to fried rice. Those who eat meat tend to enjoy the orange chicken with chow mein, popcorn chicken, and Mongolian beef. Every bento ordered is filled to the brim and depending on your stomach, you can get between 1 to 4 meals out of a box. Come check out Quickly if you haven't. You won't regret it.
