Took a little over an hour for an EV charger install-- very clean job in a messy garage.

Amazing and trustworthy service! I had Calum from Johnson Power and Air come out to install an EV charger and it was easy from start to finish. Simple to schedule and coordinate a time and he did an excellent job with install. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I'll definitely be following up with them again for other projects or any repairs that come along the way. Thanks again, Calum.

Jason came out quickly to give me a quote. I had received quotes from 8 or so contractors and felt that not only was he fair on price but he also had a reasonable plan for my project (adding backyard eave outlets to my roof line on a switch inside, ground level outlets always hot in the backyard and relocating wiring from an old light box off center in my living room to install a ceiling fan in the middle of the room. Jason didn't over promise anything and gave me the reality of things he might have to do (drywall cuts, stucco cuts, etc.) Once scheduled he showed up on time (15mins early actually) and got to work. He minimized the repairs I needed to deal with after he left to only a single hole to fix (the old light box.) He communicated well and kept me up to speed on progress. The project was wrapped up in the afternoon, he verified everything with me and he cleaned up after himself before he left. I will contact Johnson again in the fall when I do the same for the front yard for Christmas lights.

We need to run a new 220v 30 amp line from outside panel to water heater location (~40 ft) in our home in Trilogy at Power Ranch (Power Rd and Queen Creek). Can you give me a rough estimate and when you might be available?

Hi Richard, We would need to come and take a look at the job to give the most accurate pricing. We do have availability tomorrow between 10 and 2 or 12 and 4

We recently had another HVAC company come out because our AC stopped working. After running their…read morediagnostics, they told us we needed to replace our entire system--including the air handler, condenser, and even add another air return. To make matters worse, they said they couldn't turn the system back on and that we might have to wait until Monday for a full system replacement. This all happened on the Wednesday before the Fourth of July, with temperatures well into the triple digits. We have five kids and two dogs, and the thought of going several days without air conditioning was overwhelming. Thankfully, we decided to get a second opinion and called Airtime Cooling & Heating. Jacob came out, started his own evaluation without us telling him what the first company had diagnosed, and quickly impressed us. He simply turned the system back on, ran his own diagnostics, and gave us his honest opinion. His conclusion was completely different--our system did not need to be replaced. Not only did he get our AC running again, but he also took the time to explain what he believed had happened, what to watch for if it occurred again, and even walked us through how to troubleshoot it ourselves. That kind of honesty, education, and customer service is incredibly rare. Instead of facing what could have been a very expensive and unnecessary replacement, we paid for a diagnostic visit, got our AC back, and gained confidence in our system. Because of this experience, we've switched from our previous HVAC company to Airtime Cooling & Heating for all of our future maintenance and service. If Jacob is any indication of the quality of their technicians, they have earned a customer for life. Jacob was truly a 10 out of 10. He saved us from an unnecessary replacement, restored our AC when we needed it most, and treated us with honesty and respect. I can't recommend Airtime Cooling & Heating highly enough.

REEVALUATION PENDING…read more The technician from AirTime was professional and courteous at all times. The work performed meet all my expectations. An add on service I requested upon his arrival was also done at a fair price and with quality workmanship. Although I was given some bad news about my AC unit it wasn't unexpected and at absolutely no time did I feel like I was being taken advantage of. My experience strongly suggests that AirTime's high customer service reviews are well deserved. If you need an HVAC service I would highly recommend AirTime.

Never ever use this crooked company! I initially decided in Dukes of Air in May 2016 after our…read morecondo air unit bit the dust during a hot memorial weekend and the only online venue back then that was avail was Yelp- no Nextdoor, no Reddit... even though this company was bought out- I'm sure several of the original techs still are there doing the same crappy work-- see photos! I had them come out YEAR after YEAR and each time the tech would complain about what the last did. Aside from making a disgusting mess with all of the black tar over my closet room, the front and back concrete patio- they did a Jerry Rig Each and every time! And they stripped the screws and bolts badly. This hvac co. came out for biannual maintenance check -- which obviously doesn't include removal and cleaning of blower wheel and housing, nor does it include cleaning out the water outflow drainage tube that collects foliage debris; which then cause water backup prompting another service call. Btw. I promptly dumped the monthly service fee to get two "system checks" a year because it seems like once they find something- it's due to the last years of other techs doing absolutely nothing! They're all young and lazy looking to make a quick buck and likely forced by the corporate man to sell sell service repair upsell!! I'm not looking over their shoulder step by step and asking what are you doing, what does this mean? But I will for sure moving forward!! I keep my air at 77 and not lower, so there's not a huge stress. They noted a slow leak last February and suggested a leak test. I didn't do it at the time since he said it was slow. Two guys come out, in their separate top of the line Mercedes vehicles, and tell me I need my coil replaced; which is covered under warranty and scared me into schedule replacement for refrigeration leak and coil replacement along with the blower wheel cleaned, because, as the tech said look at what your breathing in (photo). No I am not - that's why there's a filter used inside, but still-well my bi yearly maintenance should include that cleaning!! And why wasn't this brought to my attention in the previous years??!Lazy arses. Since the coil is covered under warranty I was quoted 4 hours labor, coils replacement and fan cleaned and refrigerant at $$$2400!! The next company I used --Larson, a certified Trane dealer- said No leak!! Don't use them either, a grand less as they said no coil leak! But $1550 for refrigerant you can get on FB for free mixed with the new stuff at $15 a lbs and you mark up it up! I'm telling you these dumb techs don't know squat. Then how the heck did refrigerant leak in an enclosed system?? Hey Dukes if Air-/IF the coil is covered under warranty then why am I being charged for it?? This is with my gold member discount since they have serviced my unit exclusively since day one. If it is a slow leak why would the coil need to be replaced? The guy last Feb said it could wait until next year, but the guys today said that it could cause my compressor to blow! Yet my neighbors have their original unit from 30 yrs ago still working?? And-- it was very obvious that they both had to return to the vehicle to come up with a price each time. It was obvious one lead sales guy was teaching a newer guy how to reel the money in for repairs to be done as a quick fix for a couple grand-NOT getting to the root cause. 1) Bad recommendation to use Trane 2) Crap duct work done from day one 3) Crooked, Dumb or Lazy techs thereafter Lastly, the 5 stars are from friends and family members of the hvac techs and owners- it's ALL BS!! And use ai to do your homework and get at least 7 quotes! Find an individual or small business and let these big companies rip off Richie poos!

As is typical in life, my AC went out at the beginning of June just as summer was kicking in…read more Having not planned for a sudden unit replacement, I did quite a bit of research for my new AC. I made lots of calls to local vendors and was either given some pretty hefty estimates or faced installation delays. However, when I called Sun Valley, the dispatcher mentioned their lead tech was in my area and could see if he could stop by to check out my existing unit to see if any repairs could be done. I still wanted to do my research but figured it couldn't hurt to have someone take a look. A few hours later, Frank stopped by to check out my antique AC unit. I'm pretty sure that thing was from the 70s! Frank hopped up on the roof and did an assessment. He was able to finagle it a bit to get it running a bit better, and he even offered to have me come up and showed me what was wrong with the unit and ultimately why it was more cost-effective to replace rather than keep bandaging this old thing up. I asked him to send me over a quote for a replacement, and I would get back to him after I wrapped up the last bit of research I had. On his way out, he even grabbed a treat from his truck to give to my old pup, which was a nice customer service touch! Fast forward to the end of the week: I'd completed my research, and Sun Valley was not only the most competitive in terms of cost, but they were also able to get me on the schedule sooner than most of the other companies I called. I called back to Sun Valley and set up a time for the new unit replacement. Frank came back to help with the install and even programmed a new Nest thermostat that I got from SRP! Again, my pup was well taken care of with some treats. It's always tough working with techs because not knowing the jargon can be overwhelming and a bit intimidating. Frank broke things down in layman's terms so that I understood everything that was going on and he even walked me through the steps needed to register my new Trane warranty. The house is crisp and cool ahead of summer and I couldn't be happier with my experience. 10/10 would recommend using Sun Valley again, I've already recommended Frank to my girlfriends mom who had her unit go out on a Friday night and he was out there that night getting her taken care of, the man doesnt sleep! He must take naps in his customers attics or something
