Great Food Great Service. I have visited about three times only complaint there was no spicy chicken on New Years Eve 2024.

Customer service was great today. There was a 30 minute line, but the line did move at a good rate. I was impressed with how many orders they were fulfilling with seemingly no errors. The staff greeted me and wished me a Jollibee day which I thought was amazing. I thanked the wonderful employee packing the orders because I really did think they were doing a great job. This was my first time trying Jollibee and I think they dethrone the king of chicken sandwiches I once knew. The original chicken sandwich to me is perfect. The chicken in both spicy and original chicken joy buckets were SUPER tender. I did think the original chicken exterior mostly tasted like fry oil and didn't have any extra seasoning, but the inside chicken was melting apart. The spicy chicken is actually spicy but not the kind that lingers too long. It may have some sort of a vinegar hot sauce base? The mango peach pie surprised me as well. The exterior shell was more savory than I expected and it's a more balanced fruit pie than other fast food chains. I will definitely be coming back and ordering all of the OG chicken sandwiches and the employee really are gems. read more

Ewww- disappointing. After Anthony Bourdain reviewed it we couldn't wait to try one when they built the one here. We were so excited- until it opened. We were one of the first people in. Ewww. Dirty, slow, and expensive for bland spaghetti with cut up weenies & mostly-ketchup spaghetti sauce. They've got chicken,too. But so does everybody else. Darn. We were so looking forward to it. Hands down, the absolute best fried chicken. Forget the other popular chicken chains. No traditional, American sides other than fries and mashed potatoes. The pineapple drink is sweet but refreshing. The mango peach pie is surprisingly delicious but bite into it with caution, as the filling is piping hot... nothing like the fast food pie you're used to. The Yumburger is synonymous with it's name. Jollibee gives you FRESH, HOT, CRISPY, JUICY, reasonably priced food EVERY TIME. You will NOT be disappointed. Friendly service, clean dining room, ample parking. You may have to stand in a line (which often extends out the door) but it's worth it. I'll have to remember to take pics next time. read more

Both times we've been here, they had unavailable items on the menu... unfortunate since we have to drive quite a distance to get here. The staff are nice - it's Jollibee's signature hospitality. The food, reminiscent of back home for sure. No frills, but phew a family bucket is easily $40. So far, hands down grab chicken and peach mango pie. If you like filipino style spaghetti, then get it (sweet, with hotdogs). Hope to try other items on the menu next time! read more

I've came here about 3 times since they've opened. Keep in mind they've been open for awhile now and if you go during peak times on the weekends, there's a line. Ordering is fast but due to the volume of orders you might have to wait 20-40 minutes for your food -Spaghetti is sweet -Chicken is crispy. The spicy one isn't spicy really. My 10 yr idk cousin can eat it perfectly fine. Make sure to dip with the gravy! It's the best combo -Yum burger and chicken sandwich are solid. I like the chicken sandwich more actually Highly recommend the Pineapple Quencher. But you'll probably finish that before you get your food. read more

For the second day being opened the service was very well handled. I appreciate the white tent outside the restaurant and it wasn't bad getting in-and-out of the parking lot (if you know the area). The website mentioned the bucket of chicken and most meals is served with a dipping sauce but my order of a 6-piece did not come with a dipping sauce. I wasn't even asked if I wanted the sauce when I ordered or when I picked up my food. I think Jollibee should clarify on their website what comes with each menu item. It is a bit confusing if you state served with dipping sauce but was never asked. The adobo fried rice is not bad for fast food. I think it has a little kick of spice but if you keep eating it the heat will build into a mild heat. The chicken was crunchy but not as crunchy as other fried chicken places. Honestly it can be who made the chicken that day. Kitchen staff "A" or "B." The peach mango pie is sweet but not overly sweet to me. It was nice to have it hot and not cold. The pie crust is crunchy but not burnt, which good. Overall the fast food place is not bad. I will have to go back and try the cheesy yumburger. It's a restaurant you will have to decide if you like what they serve and come back if you do. For me, I can live without having the food regularly. There is nothing I can find unique in the food taste that I will want or crave to come back in a regular basis. read more

Pretty out of the way from where I live. The staff were working very hard with a long and busy line so respect to them for efficiently getting everyone's orders. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and the drumsticks. I would say it's pretty average: not bad but also not great. Both items were not that crispy, other fast food restaurants do a lot better in terms of crispiness (aka Chik Fil A and Popeyes). Given the taste as well as the location, I think one visit is enough for me. Personally not worth the wait if there is a long line. Great staff, nonetheless. read more

Went here at around 1pm. Lines were long since the store just opened not too long ago but the queue moved fast. Ordering was smooth but waiting for the order was a long wait. We chose to dine in and people would mill around us waiting for us to leave. Will be back when excitement has died down and store has lesser foot traffic. read more

Went on their second weekend of opening and they actually set up an amusement park line under a tent for any unexpected long waits. Don't be discouraged by the wait or long lines because it will go quickly and very organized. I had the Palabok Fiesta along with Fried Chicken. Quite impressive for a fast food restaurant and especially Filipino food on the go. The fried chicken was not as flavorful as Popeyes (my fave) or KFC original. However, that gravy is a must. I can't pinpoint why brown gravy works but it just did. My husband even dipped his spicy chicken sandwich - which was hot , into the gravy and said it does add a special kick to the chicken. Also don't fake out on the Peach Mango pie! Esp if you like these two fruits and McDonald's apple pie (close comparison in texture). read more

Chicken was absolutely amazing and really crunchy, the gravy really sets it off. They mashed potatoes and fries were good as well. I tried the spaghetti although it wasn't something I would typically eat it wasn't half bad. The food and price was worth another go round. read more

The chicken here is phenomenal! The spicy drums are very flavorful going all the way down to the bone. If you get the spaghetti do be aware that it'll taste more sweet/tart (depends on the tastebuds) then you expect but not too bad for fast food spaghetti. The order comes out pretty fast and dining in can get a little busy depending on when you go but otherwise a great place for some tasty fried chicken. read more

Jollibee is what I would call a chicken bucket joint. They have some of the best fried chicken compared to other spots such as KFC, Popeye's, etc. The chicken is very crunchy, and the spicy flavor has a bit of a kick to it. The sides are plentiful and vary from the competition as this is a Filipino-style restaurant. I enjoy the mashed potatoes mostly. The mango pie is excellent as well. If you want something to drink, the pineapple refresher is the best option. I like to take mine home and pair it with sparkling water. Overall, it is a solid and welcome choice for a fried chicken fast-food spot. read more

I wanted to see what the hype was all about. I'd never even heard of Jollibee until it came to Northern Va. I must admit, the food pairings were not what I expected but they worked. The restaurant is located in a busy shopping center with plenty of parking. There's adequate seating inside and the building is well appointed. I went with the ChickenJoy (fried chicken) and spaghetti. The chicken was hot (thigh & leg) but lacked flavor. A seasoning blend would work wonders here. The spaghetti has a sweet taste to it. It brought to mind something a Mom would give to her kids to occupy them for about 10 minutes. I would prefer a more savory pasta. Overall, Jollibee is good. If I'm ever back in the area, I'll try some of their other items. read more

After seeing Jollibee trending all over the place I decided to give it a try. After staying in line on a rainy day for 30 minutes I was having some high expectations on the food being exceptional. However after waiting another 30 mins for my order to be ready the food was mediocre. The chicken was okay- it was crispy but not as flavorful I would've liked, the palak was disgusting I ended up having to throw it away- it was mushy and the sauce was not edible whatsoever. This place just opened up a few days ago. Thank you, my Filipino brothers and sisters. You did not steer me wrong. Unlike everyone else in line, I didn't order one of everything. Some items were not available yet. I got the burger steaks with mushrooms, gravy and rice. Pineapple juice and peach mango pie. It was all delicious. My s/o got the chicken sandwich and thought it was equally delicious . I will definitely go back and try something different. I'm curious about the spaghetti and chicken combo. It's just too bad that ever since opening. They have never had Palabok. It's a signature dish just like the chicken joy or the peach mango pie. You can't really call it Jollibee if you don't carry the full menu. Might as well be just another regular fast-food joint. I still see people lining up. Maybe it's because they saw Anthony Bourdain rave about it. Maybe because they are feeling foodie adventurous or just like me trying to capture a piece of nostalgia growing with this food. Whatever the reason. This Alexandria and Wheaton stores were both very disappointing. Maybe it's a DC area thing only. The VA Beach location was a better representation of what it should be. I really enjoy their chicken and gravy. Actually all of it was pretty decent. The star of the show is definitely the chicken. The spaghetti was interesting. Sweet with hotdog and cheese. Interesting take for sure. Mango pie was just ok. They didn't have the ube pie for us to try. They need to stay on top of cleanliness. The tables were a bit dirty but it was really busy. They might not have had the opportunity to clean in that moment. Another thing was some of the customers. Service was ok until my brain wasn't processing how much money I was giving to the cashier. After the third time the cashier pulled down her mask and raised her voice to me. Super clean (Sweet, older gentleman at attention to wipe down tables as soon as they become available) and clientele are all super sweet as well. I was so excited to try Jollibee but It fell under my expectations. Service was fast and quick but the food was very mediocre. The chicken didn't have much flavor to be honest but it did stay crispy . The spaghetti was the only thing I liked . The gravy is the only thing that really has flavor. The Mango peach pie didn't have any filling in it so that was very disappointing. I don't think I'll make the drive back to go here as there are better chicken places and Filipino restaurants than this one . read more

Hello Ma'am/Sir! After all the smoke has cleared from the first week of opening lines and headaches, I finally got to taste the McDonald's killer of the Philippines during lunch. There was only a five minute wait to order and food came out shortly thereafter. Staff was courteous and friendly. I could not resist and ordered the Chicken Joy Treat Bundle C (6 pc. Chicken, family size Palabok, 3 Pies and Gravy) and chicken sandwiches. The chicken was cooked perfectly crispy, juicy and tender, but I can see how some will find it disappointing with all the hype surrounding its famous chicken. If you are a Popeyes chicken fan, you probably won't like it. If you like KFC extra crispy, you will probably like it. Breasts or wings? You won't find it here. They only carry thighs and drums. The palabok brought me back as if I was eating it in the Philippines with the garlic and seafood taste. As for the pies, it's one of the best tasting fast food pies I've ever tasted. Thank you for still frying it! I do have to drop them a star because they are missing so many staples of Jollibee. Where is the Aloha Burger, the Jollydog, and most importantly, where is the Halo-Halo? I'm sure those who waited in the long lines of the grand opening would have love to have a Halo-Halo after reaching the finish line as a reward.
