This is a hard review to write because due to a glitch in the system, not sure if it was my phone or Jollibee's app I was sent to the Jolibee inside of Seafood City on Orange Street in Chula Vista. I've had the Aloha Burger at the National City location which was twice as close as this location. I wasn't thrilled that the app also didn't let me schedule my arrival or let them know I was dining in. Because of this, the put my order together quickly and let everything get cold while it waited for me to get there. i had to rush to get there, to pickup my cold dinner. I ordered the 2 piece meal deal for $12.51 including tax and a 50¢ upcharge for the pineapple quencher. This was a bit more than I prefer to pay for a dinner. I had no problem getting my cold dinner once I arrived. It was waiting there for me. Something told me to drive to National City and order once I was in the parking lot. I didn't listen and as always paid the price for not listening. The service was ok. The chicken was ok, a cold original thigh and a cold spicy leg. Both were in line with the small pieces KFC served today. It came with a cold gravy. It was very good but I would have enjoyed it better hot. The cold fries were your average fast food fries. They were good with gravy and ketchup. The pineapple quencher was very good. But I couldn't understand why, the upcharge AND no refill . My cold mango peach pie was good. It took several bites to get to the Mango peach filling. As I ate it I wished I had a scoop of vanilla ice cream, or at least a cup of milk. I felt rushed towards the end of my meal. I didnt appreciate that this location was in the food court of Sea Food City and did NOT have the Ambiance as the National City location. For this reason I can't recommend this location to folks that have been to the National City location. In closing I'll say that I did appreciate the man who was cleaning the store. He thanked me for coming and had a small conversation which made me feel welcome, a feeling I didn't get when I walked in.

Chicken Joy always a good decision. The sandwiches are pretty good as well. Stopped by here on my way back home from tj. Convenient due to being close to freeway

The staff at this Jollibee appeared to be more engaged with customers. The area was cleaner too. The three-piece chicken dinner was tasty, not as oily as other fast food places.

Food 2/5: we've ordered here several times and it's always just been okay. We ordered the burger steak today and I know shrinkflation is a thing but you can't even find burger patties on the market this tiny. This appears to be a kids meal but is in fact $10 for some miniature slider patties with 2 pieces of mushroom and gravy. Ambiance 1/5: the food court is loud and crowded.

Jolibee is Jolibee! Brings back memories and we love it. We are giving one star due to the staffs attitude and customer service! Awful!

They mixed up 12 regular and spicy chicken in a bucket! My kids can not eat spicy chickens! Terrible!

So I ordered food from this fast food restaurant like I have numbers times and I can only say that I was disappointed with the chicken tenders that ordered separately from the rest of the family meal . The tenders had a nice crunch when I bit into it but I noticed a distinct taste from The chicken . It tasted like flour and I noticed it was hard to swallow from the dry feeling around my throat . The service from this place is always top notch and can't complIn about that part . The restaurant is in the back portion of the store and it's always clean . Going forward I hope that the next time I order from here that this isn't guess again because I do like this little quaint place.

I visited this Jollibee 8 months ago in May 2024 and it was the worst experience I had ever had. Because of this incident, I have not returned back to Jollibee since May of last year. I tried reaching out to Jollibee customer service directly because of this visit but did not hear back. I still have the receipt from this visit. I came to this Jollibee location with my boyfriend 05/18/2024 at 4:14PM. We ordered: Aloha Sandwich Meal, 3pc Chicken Tenders Meal, Jolly Spaghetti ala Carte, and 2 Peach Mango Pies. When I received my order I did not check to make sure all of the food was there before I drove back home. Once I was home, my boyfriend and I noticed that we were missing our 3pc Chicken Tenders Meal box. We brought all of the food back to this same Jollibee location and let one of the employees know that we were missing an item. We just wanted to receive the item that we were missing, so we brought back the entire meal for the employees to see that we were missing an item. The employee went to the back to let someone know and then a different employee came out. The employee that came back out was extremely rude and not helpful. She insisted that she packed the order correctly and accused us of lying. She called on another fellow employee and asked him something along the lines of: "Hey, you remember when I packed that order right? Everything was right, I didn't forget anything." She was rude and argumentative. She told me that the box in the bag we brought back was the chicken tenders box. I opened the box to show her it was the spaghetti ala carte and we were still missing the chicken tenders. She was so insistent that she did not make a mistake. The employee refused to give us the 3pc chicken tenders we were missing so we instead asked a manager for a refund. By the end of the interaction, the entire kitchen staff came out to observe what was going on. My boyfriend and I were hungry and looking forward to going home to eat. So when we get home and see that we're missing an item, we gather everything and return to the restaurant to try to resolve what went wrong. Please, why would I drive back and forth multiple times between my home and the restaurant to lie? What good does that do me? Why would I waste time, money, gas, and mileage in my car-- for what? We just wanted dinner! This interaction made me feel so terrible that I still have yet to return to any Jollibee. This is unfortunate because prior to this negative interaction my boyfriend and I had been visiting Jollibee at least once a week. I will probably never go back to Jollibee because of this.

Delicious and satisfying! Conveniently located inside Seafood City, there's plenty of seating and parking. Have been craving this classic chain and this recent visit really hit the spot. The service was pretty friendly and prompt. I was greeted with a "Joli afternoon sir" and my food came out quickly after ordering. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious - with soft yet sturdy bread, a generous amount of sauce, and fresh jalapeños. The chicken was perfectly fried and seasoned. To close things out, the new pineapple coconut pie was indulgent. Crispy. Buttery and rich. Delightfully sweet. Will definitely return to enjoy more of the menu.

The food is well seasoned and cooked well, but the workers just keep all the food sitting under a heat lamp, so it's not fresh. I'd recommend getting a drink since the food is dryer than the Sahara. I'd take this over KFC any day.

From the very first bite, you can tell this isn't your average fried chicken. The texture is unbelievably crispy--light, airy, and perfectly golden--thanks to their use of rice flour instead of traditional batter. I've visited the Carolinas many times when I lived in the east coast and had some of the best biscuit sandwiches that I've ever had. It's nice to have this biscuit place in San Diego. The first time I tried Rise Southern Biscuits, was during Yelp Elite week. I used their phone App to place my order but I highly recommend that you place your orders inside the restaurant because the phone App doesn't have the full menu. I notified the owner about it. It's missing a lot of the sweet options like the blueberry beignets and fresh donuts etc. The owner indicated that he would notify corporate about the missing items on the App. I ordered 4 blueberry sausage biscuits and 3 plain biscuits on the App. The biscuits were pretty big and the blueberry biscuits were covered in a delicious sweet glaze. Once inside the store, I placed the order for the blueberry beignets. I spent a total of $53 dollars. These biscuits are not cheap but are made fresh daily. With the 3 plain butter biscuits, I ended up making my own bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches. FYI, It's a lot cheaper buying the biscuits separately and making your own sandwiches at home. All said and done, my parents really enjoyed the biscuits and beignets. If you decide to dine in, there's plenty of seating. I look forward to trying their Nashville chicken sandwich next time.
