I don't understand their business model for their drive-through At this location, you place your order you pay your money then you have to park and wait for someone to bring it out to your vehicle. If you have time to wait a while for your food stop by, but if you are in a rush to get some chicken and go on about your business, pick another spot The chicken taste OK by itself, but once you dip it in that gravy, it takes it to a five out of five. I really enjoyed the spaghetti and the adobo rice was pretty good. So again, if you have time to wait, even if you purchase through drive-through, give them a try

The counter lady was a bit hood, but thankfully she got our order right and another associate was able to help us save some money not doing combos! The spicy chicken here is always a solid pick and always has the best crispy bite and juiciness every time. You just can't go wrong with Jollibee! We enjoyed the new layout of the interior especially with the real padding on the seats! We didn't have any issues finding a clean table. Don't forget their bomb mango pies for a killer dessert!

Since I moved to North Carolina, the closest Jollibee to me is about 4 hours away so anytime I'm on the road and I have an opportunity to get some Filipino spaghetti, I am totally taking advantage of it.

The food is always fresh, taste amazing, the staff was super friendly ant attentive. The table side service was great, manager came to check if everything was good, the ambiance was relaxing

Love the spaghetti and chicken here. This is a great fast food place, with drive thru and plenty of indoor seating. I know the spaghetti gets a lot of hate or criticism, but I really enjoy it. It's spaghetti sauce with little hotdogs chopped up essentially, so it might seem a little cheap for some. I like the fried chicken better then KFC, and always get the spicy one. The service has always been good, and the wait has been a little long sometimes but never felt like it took an excessive amount of time.

I went here after playing Pokemon Go and was waiting patiently for this to open. The place used to be a Jack in the Box and did a remodel. Outside looks nice with the Jollibee statue and appearance looks good. The location has interesting people nearby so be a little careful. The place is quite small and the smallest Jollibee I ever been too. The menu is limited as it has the basic necessities 1. Chickenjoy 2. Hamburger 3. Chicken burger 4. Jolli Spaghetti 5. Palabok They offer peach mango pies, fries, mashed potatoes and rice. They ran out of the mango pineapple juice and the spicy spice. The place itself had a big order, but was not to busy on a Sunday. I ordered the 2 pieces of chickenjoy and spaghetti and Yum burger with fries. The service was okay, but getting the food is slow and reminded me of other locations as I waited for 20 minutes for my food. One thing about the food is the hamburger was much smaller than I remembered, but it does have 2 patties and it was fresh. The burger was delicious, but fries was just okay. I had the chicken joy and that was good too. However, the price did increase quite a bit and I paid $28 dollars for the meal. Overall, I am glad this place opened up, but sad that they did not offer the Halo Halo, Boba or the hot dog. I guess if I want my Jollibee fix this will do.

Finally open! Excellent plan for long drive-thru lines, plus it moves quickly! Good thing as this place is excellent and the chicken is fantastic!! Marianne C. said this chain was great, and she is right on! I ordered the original chicken sandwich deluxe. Great looking thick breast, a touch of spice, super flavor, sweet tasty bun, and a great price! The fries are okay. The mango peach pie is another wow!!

It does have an old vibe to it with the people go to you to order the food. There are many cars outside and was worried that it would take awhile. The servers come to you and you order through their tablet. I had to take a minute, but you have to make sure you have your blinkers on and they will come to you. I ordered the following #5 Special with bacon #1 The best burger and then the cheese fries I got the order within 10 minutes and did not take too long. Once they deliver the food to you, I paid through credit card and then you can tip them so I gave them an 18% tip as they were nice and serve the food to me. The food is very messy and oily so make sure you bring some hand sanitizer. They packed in a lot of napkins as well. The burger itself was just alright, was a little cold for me though so not so sure how long it was waiting. The lettuce and tomato was a little on the soggy side. The meat itself was just alright. When I ate it, I did not experience the wow factor. I can not complain about the price however. Overall, I rather go to Inn-n-out, but I am glad I got one of the places to try in Dallas out of the way.

Typically, I rate based on several visits to get an overall picture of the place, but I will bypass the rule if the experience was exceptional (#1). Mike's was downright excellent. I ate the food warm and I ate it cold, and I'm still thinking about it. I tried to save some time by ordering online and also bypass any potential lines. Thankfully, there were none when I arrived, but a very full house of happy eaters despite being well past primetime lunch hours. The staff was friendly in the front but fielding many orders at the same time. I missed the literal pick up window outside, but was happy to get a gander of what it looks like inside. There's plenty of seating for groups and the place seemed a lot cleaner than the divey narratives folks emphasized. Prices were not astronomical, as I paid $14 and $13 for an order of 4 tenders + 2 sides, as well as 2 wings and 2 sides. The tenders were nothing like a Raising Cane's with skimpy portions and high price tags, instead it was plump, crispy, and perfectly fried. The accompanying sauces (Mike's sauce + buffalo sauce) were excellent additions and complimented the crispy fries. I was extremely impressed with the mac & cheese and very flavorful, mashed potatoes and gravy. The wings were no different: soft exterior with a nice crunch, meaty chunks off the bone, and wasn't too greasy. While the green beans weren't the most memorable side, the creamy corn was strangely addicting. Next time, I'm ordering the sides separately and in a large. I can only hope the other locations are just as good and will make good effort to visit them all. It's a rare occasion to be this infatuated with a place, but I'm confident it will be the first on my return list when I'm back in Dallas again. ___________ (#1) Or exceptionally bad.

Bro, plumbing is confusing). Naturally, I had to ask AI where to get the absolute best fried chicken in Dallas, and it sent me here. Ordering online was super easy, though I wished the menu had pictures because I like to see what I'm getting. Exactly 20 minutes later, I got the text that it was ready. The parking lot is tiny. If you drive a big truck, be prepared to maneuver like a pro if it's packed. Inside was busy, but there was zero heavy grease smell lingering in the air. You could easily grab lunch here and go about your day without smelling like a literal fryer. Plus, the crowd was surprisingly chill. Nobody gave off that chaotic, sketch energy you get at a KFC or Wingstop where you feel like you have to lock your truck doors three times just to walk inside safely. It's a really calm environment, which is awesome if you hate loud crowds. Pickup took less than 5 minutes. After a 15-minute drive home, the chicken was still loud-crunchy and insanely crispy. Puts fast-food chains to absolute shame. Fair warning: my first drumstick was a massive sodium bomb that almost made me rage quit and leave a two star review. But I was so hungry, so a quick drink later, piece number two and on were absolute perfection: juicy, meaty, and flawlessly seasoned. So that first piece of chicken just was coated in not-fully-mixed-well seasoning batter or something like that. I am officially obsessed. Come September when bulking season hits, I'm literally going to live here.

Had we known, we would have chosen the macaroni salad as our second side instead. The Honolulu Chicken is supposed to be garlicky but the flavors were just alright. The Kilauea Chicken was way better and had a nice little spicy kick. The white rice was also okay but a bit on the harder side. My youngest son has Gluten and and Egg allergies and we let the cashier know and he stepped back and shouted to the crew, "Gluten and Egg" allergy order. Which is awesome! My wife and I both ordered the same - pretty much a burger with no meat but I got cheese fries and she got normal. The staff builds gluten free orders in a separate station to prevent cross-contamination and the workers change their gloves. When bagging the order, they placed his order in its own bag. Which is great! My son could have had two of the double-double since it is lettuce vs a bun. He loved it and he mentioned the fries were good.
