A Very Disappointing Experience I have visited Jollibee before, but this was my first time at the Greenville location, and unfortunately, the expereince left a lot to be desired. Like my food... I placed a mobile order online for a chicken sandwich meal, chicken tenders, and a drink. The ordering process was straightforward, and I tracked my order through the app. When the status showed it was complete, I pulled up to the drive-thru window. A very friendly employee informed me that the chicken tenders had been fried fresh and asked me to pull around and park out front while they brought my order out. No problem -- fresh tenders sounded great. After about ten minutes, an equally friendly young man appeared at my car. He looked visibly stressed. He asked if I had ordered a burger, to which I replied that I had not, and I described what I had actually ordered. He apologized, mentioned that they were remaking several orders, and quickly headed back inside. So I waited. And waited some more. From my parking spot, I watched the same young man and several other employees making repeated trips to cars in the lot -- only to walk back inside still carrying the bags of food. It was clear that something had gone significantly sideways in the kitchen or with the order management system. After approximately 30 minutes of waiting, he returned to my car carrying a drink holder with four drinks and a bag of food, and said, with what I can only imagine was exhausted uncertainty, something to the effect of, "I don't think this is your order." He was right. It was not. At that point, I had already lost too much time from my workday and asked him to cancel my order. He was apologetic and courteous throughout, and I want to be clear that the staff themselves were friendly and seemed to be doing their best under chaotic circumstances. The icing on the cake? Fifteen minutes after driving away empty-handed, I received a cheerful text message from Jollibee asking how my order was. It got a well-deserved thumbs down. This location has been open long enough that operational issues of this magnitude should not still be occurring. Better order management and communication between the kitchen and curbside staff would go a long way. I may give this location another chance in the future, but it will not be anytime soon. I've been to a lot of Jollibee. They are all top notch except for this location. Waited 50 minutes for order. The burger was cold and dry. They forgot my mango peach pies and silverware. The employees were uncaring and had no interest in working. The mango peach pies I ordered 4 and could only eat one because the oil they fried it in was so bad I could taste the oil the next day. It needs some one who cares to be in charge and needs to be ran like the Plano location. read more

Went through drive through at location on Greenville Avenue. Literally took 15 minutes to get two Aloha burgers and an order of spaghetti. The manager apologized and was very nice--just a kid. The server who took the order couldn't be bothered--in the future tell people that you are out on an item and it will take 10 minutes to cook so they can make a decision about whether to wait for the item or order something else. read more

I don't understand their business model for their drive-through At this location, you place your order you pay your money then you have to park and wait for someone to bring it out to your vehicle. If you have time to wait a while for your food stop by, but if you are in a rush to get some chicken and go on about your business, pick another spot The chicken taste OK by itself, but once you dip it in that gravy, it takes it to a five out of five. This is the perfect place for a 2 piece meal served raw. Your best bet are probably tenders here. I ordered a 2 piece meal and spaghetti. The spaghetti was about $5 as a side and came half way full in the cup with a tiny nugget of meat. The chicken appeared cooked on the outside with crispy skin but immediately as I bite in to both pieces I'm met with a cold inside and juice spilling out. Love the spaghetti and chicken here. This is a great fast food place, with drive thru and plenty of indoor seating. I know the spaghetti gets a lot of hate or criticism, but I really enjoy it. It's spaghetti sauce with little hotdogs chopped up essentially, so it might seem a little cheap for some. I like the fried chicken better then KFC, and always get the spicy one. I went here after playing Pokemon Go and was waiting patiently for this to open. The place used to be a Jack in the Box and did a remodel. Palabok They offer peach mango pies, fries, mashed potatoes and rice. They ran out of the mango pineapple juice and the spicy spice. The place itself had a big order, but was not to busy on a Sunday. I ordered the 2 pieces of chickenjoy and spaghetti and Yum burger with fries. The service was okay, but getting the food is slow and reminded me of other locations as I waited for 20 minutes for my food. One thing about the food is the hamburger was much smaller than I remembered, but it does have 2 patties and it was fresh. The burger was delicious, but fries was just okay. I had the chicken joy and that was good too. However, the price did increase quite a bit and I paid $28 dollars for the meal. Overall, I am glad this place opened up, but sad that they did not offer the Halo Halo, Boba or the hot dog. I guess if I want my Jollibee fix this will do. read more

I never ever get fast food and I'd never heard of this place but the situation was dire and so I went in to get a chicken sandwich. The chicken was juicy, not overly fried, the bun was delish, the tomato was independently the best one I've had so far this year. Fresh quality food. The staff was nice and classy. It's a basic chicken spot but oh Kay Kay Kay, I'm feeling it a little bit. The service was friendly and the food was hot and fresh. Food Review: Spicy Chicken (they only have legs and thighs. Do yall remember the shortage on wings? ) - chicken was a perfect level of spice. If you don't like spicy food, it could be too spicy for you. It was juicy and a lots of flavor in every bite. Some parts were very crispy, some were soft, some just right, but all great spicy flavor! Biscuit - small and soft. Good taste Mashed Potatoes - red potatoes, mashed with flakes of skin throughout. After having Jollibee hyped to me for so long, I was very excited to try the food here. Unfortunately, it just wasn't up to my tastes. Service was quick and the cashiers are very patient with explaining the menu options. We opted for the spaghetti, 2 piece fried chicken, and ube pie. The spaghetti was delicious and much sweeter than an Italian-American carbonara. We were hoping for more hotdog, but ours only had 1 slice. The fried chicken was decent, but nothing to write home about; fairly standard fast food fare. The fried chicken by itself was almost bland, but the gravy makes it taste better. To us, the food seemed to sit very heavy, even though we didn't have much to eat (which I guess isn't uncharacteristic of fast food). The ube pie was decent with a nice crispy crust, however the filling was scant and a bit lacking. I think with the trend of fast food prices increasing, I think you're better off getting food elsewhere unless you're a huge Jollibee fan. For us, I highly doubt we'll be back. read more

I drove through and offered the cheese burger, fries, 3 piece spicy chicken, and spaghetti. They make you park and wait a little for your order, so make sure to expect to wait 10 minutes or so. The young lady at the counter was nice and another asian woman stood quietly staring at me and a young man walked up and said, "you look like I giant to them, that's why they're staring". Not my first time having jollibee. I've had jollibee on my travels in Milan, Italy and in Asia. This location doesn't cook their chicken well. Chicken is not something you want to eat raw or half done. It needs to be cooked well or else you get sick! I saw people's reviews when they first open and gave them several months before I gave them a tried. I thought they would work out their kinks by now but they haven't. We finally tried Jollibee.... Got a bucket of 10 tenders and a 12 piece bucket (b/c it was a better deal than the 10 piece). They only serve thighs and legs. It took way longer than the time quoted for them to fry the tenders. Overall, it's different but not better than say the chicken dinner house in Garland where you also get bread + sides for similar expense.
