Was hungry while shopping and wandered into the massive food court. Many of the fast-food vendors were basically emptied except this Jollibee (so many customers awaiting for their food orders); The self order kiosk wasn't much help since food orders were not coming out fast enough. Waited for for 25mins for my Chicken bucket and finally got my purchased items. My order was missing napkins and other basic utensils, had to walk back to the counter several times (though counter staff was pretty friendly). My chicken bucket tasted okay- the gravy dip definitely help the flavor; and I loved my Mango and Ube pies.

The line is pretty long here as there are only 2 cashiers, but it moves in a timely fashion. We ordered six pieces fried chicken meal deal, ube and mango peach pies, and also the spaghetti and fries as the sides. Jollibee hits different when you are starving. I didn't have the mango peach pies this time, but I did have the ube pie and it was delicious. I feel like there's a huge market for fried chicken out there whether it's Korean fried chicken or Louisiana fried chicken, etc but this time it's Filipino fried chicken. They all taste so different. It was luckily not hard to find a spot to sit even though we were there over the weekend as there is ample seating in this mall.

Every time we go to American Dream, we have to come here bc my daughter loves Jollibee- me on the other hand, I'm not really a big fan + I think the NY locations taste better. We got the Jolly Spaghetti & OG flavor Chickenjoy meals, which comes with savory gravy, a biscuit & adobe rice as well as a pineapple quencher & peach mango pie. Mind you, the line is very long so be prepared to wait especially after 12 pm. The Jolly Spaghetti was good even though there were more sauce than spaghetti, adobo rice was bland, biscuit was soft & buttery, the chicken was juicy & flavorful but some of the outer parts had too much thick breading that was hard & inedible. The pineapple quencher was sweet & super refreshing- we liked it and the peach mango pie- deep-fried, crispy with a gooey filling Yum. Overall, enjoyable lunch :)

Just about every culture around the world has fried chicken, because fried chicken is goddamn delicious. I've been hearing about Jollibee, the fast, famed, Filipino entry into the world's fried chicken games for years, but I'd never had the pleasure until I set foot in the American Dream Mall. There's no question that this is the big draw in the food court. I would recommend heading over at least a half hour before you want to be eating, as there was a long line, and once we got to the front the staff warned us it was about a 20 minute wait for our orders. We weren't about to NOT get anything after waiting in line and smelling the chicken go out, so we got a big bucket of the original fried chicken, and a big bucket of the spicy korean barbecue. We also threw in an ube pie, and decidedly no spaghetti because it freaks me out. The fried chicken? Really, really tasty. Both the original and the KBBQ. The latter was spicy and so, so saucy...I actually preferred dipping my original in the leftover sauce at the bottom of the bucket. Anyway, if you are in the market for some fried chicken, this is where you want to be. We over-ordered, so I ate so much that it ended up being my only meal of the day. However, I imagine they use an unconscionable amount of salt, as I couldn't drink enough water for the next 24 hours. Life is full of tradeoffs though, and sometimes these things are worth it for fried chicken.

    - There were plenty of open tables throughout the food court on a Sunday afternoon, but we lucked out and snagged one right in front of the iconic mascot - The line to order at the counter was slightly shorter than a typical Saturday crowd, but still much longer than most other vendors - We placed our order through the app and it was ready in about 10 minutes; be sure to ask for everything you need at pickup (utensils, napkins, plates, straws, etc) because flagging down a server during the nonstop rush can be a challenge - As always, the food quality was spot-on: hot, fresh, and juicy; it's Jollibee--'nuff said!

The mango peach pie wasoooooo good And the tenders b it the drums nothing special at all . I'd come Balc though

The mango Peach is a Must here. The tender as well. But drums or thighs skin has good flavor but nothing special

The line for this location is long but try to order from the app. My order came before the estimated time on the app so I appreciate that, as I was very hungry. Ordered the 6 piece chicken lovejoy. It came with 6 pieces of chicken, 2 sides and 2 drinks. Everything was very hot. Chicken was juicy and gravy was a good complement. Fries were crispy. Spaghetti was also yummy. Pineapple quencher was not too sweet. It is food court mall seating so you have to find your own seating. There is additional seating if you go towards the skating rink.

My kids love anything that's chicken and fried. Between Popeyes and KFC. These guys are definitely much better. Their burgers are actually so good a lot like shake shack style. But their chicken burgers were super good. We got the spicy jalapeño and it was amazing. Fries are a lot like McDonald's The people who work there young and chill. The place seemed pretty clean

Out of all the food options at the American Dream mall, Jollibee has the longest wait line. This location doesn't have the full menu so I opted for the Limited menu - Korean flavored wings and drummy bucket. The line moved quickly so don't be scared when you show up and the line wraps all the way over to the ramen shop. After a short wait, I was told that the Korean flavored wings/drummy were sold out! Instead of getting a refund (and was super hungry at this point -130pm) i asked for spicy bucket. When I retrieved the order, one of the staff gave me a mango pie freebie and two extra wings! Wings/drummies were perfectly battered - no heavy battered where you cannot find meat BS, juicy and spicy!

I think Jollibee has the best fast food fried chicken. This location is inside of the American Dream mall which is clean and has a large seating area. Food came out pretty fast. The service is pretty standard.

Love love love Jolibee. Their fried chicken is probably the best of all the chains. The meat is never dry and always tender. The adoba rice to my surprise was very good, there's a Southeast Asia kind of flavor. The peach mango pie is a must have dessert. The crust is fried and blends perfectly with the hot peach and mango stuffing. Pineapple quencher has become one of my favorite drinks. This location is a little crazy though. It's always so busy and they run out of things which they have to make more. We were told the spicy chicken would take a while because they had to make them. The pineapple quencher was also out but didn't take long to make. Service is decent given how busy they are. It's in the main food court which is rather busy during meal times. If I drive all the way to the mall, I'm not sure if I want anything else but Jolibee.

First time trying it and disappointed a little bit. Fries were ok; nothing crazy. Chicken was crispy and tasted very natural compared to other fast food places, but I feel like some flavor was missing. I'm not a huge fan of gravy, so not having a signature sauce from the place was a huge let down. Overall, it's good but not the best in my opinion.

After getting more feedback about this place, I decided to try again after a few years. I ordered six pieces of fried chicken with two side orders (some fried rice and spaghetti). The service was good and helpful, but this time, it was better. I like the spicy chicken. It was not dry like last time, and the dipping sauce for chicken works well, which I did not try previously. It's okay. I still prefer Popeye's for fried chicken, though. They still have a consistent long line. I will try here once in a while. If you have not tried Jollibee before, try it to see what you think about it. The ambiance was typical fast food, so not much to comment on.

They were running promo for new Kevin Hart liquor and offered us a sample of the margarita mix to ensure it was acceptable flavor for us! That nailed it and we both ordered! I also love their fried fish and shrimp combo. You wouldn't think to get that here but it is a dish I always want and think of here first when I could easily get it locally from a restaurant family that grew up making it lol. Looking around at the people eating we wait in eager anticipation after seeing the generous portion sizes. Our Buffalo cauliflower (and apps for friends) finally come out after waiting a bit of time. While I thought the cauliflower was just fine, Red found some of them a little tough. We both order the double beef ribs. Red gets baked potato with hers, and I get the fries. Again, both the (very tender) ribs and fries were generous in size, but the fries are cold and mushy. Not sure why I didn't complain then, but others at our table who receive fries get them cold and mushy. That is not all we get. After speaking with Red today, it turns out she vomited last night from the food and says the ribs came up. I had two bouts of the runs and felt off the rest of the night. The bills arrived and they auto add a gratuity to the bill for a party of 5+. My bill was $95.44 with tip included and I gladly handed over a $100 bill for the extra tip, as did everyone else at our table tip extra. I don't mind the mandatory tip as we always go in with the intention of tipping well for good food and service. But we do mind cold food and illness that follows. You milage may vary, but illness is not something we tolerate and give second chances. We won't ever be back.

From the moment it was handed over, wrapped neatly, the anticipation was high. The first bite confirmed that this was a good sandwich experience. It was substantial in size, cooked perfectly to achieve that elusive balance incredibly moist and tender on the inside, encased in a shatteringly crispy, golden-brown crust on the outside. The chicken skin was crispy and rich in flavor but literally the dark and white parts were equally tasty. Honestly probably some of the best Rotisserie chicken I've ever had. My favorite piece was the thigh, super juicy and delicious. The onions were sweet, crisp, and refreshing - I've never had this with a rotisserie chicken before but it's a game changer. They also serve it with their hot sauce which was both smoky and zesty. The sides I got are a non-negotiable, in my opinion. Both the Pigeon Pea Rice & Moro Rice were well-seasoned, fluffy, and went great with the Rotisserie chicken. The portion is also amazing for the price; it was easily 4 servings! The Maduros were extremely oily but I love the savory-sweet balance you get from them along with the chicken and rice. Super delicious! The Jupiña Pineapple Soda was a good try but could be skipped next time. Note: their menu has cash and credit card prices so you will be paying slightly more per item if you pay with card. All in all, it was an amazing meal that hit the spot and great value! Highly recommend.
