Minus 2 stars from my original review because of today's experience. The person who took my order today 4/26/20 was Clarisse. She was flat out rude and was very unwelcoming with her tone of voice. As though I had done something wrong or offended her in some way. Maybe she felt intimidated/insecure about herself? Only explanation I can think of. She was someone nice to everyone else after me. She has staring issues as well, she kept looking at me every chance she got.. she made our order & of course she gave us a drum instead of a thigh like I had asked. This girl got glasses but she staring so hard you'd think she can't see or something. Management needs to teach this girl about customer service! I was surprised to received such customer service today considering I've had such great experiences before. Everyone was always nice up until I met CLARISSE today. Went in with my husband, was told it's 1 person per transaction, so I left but there was a mother and daughter in there as well. That's 2 people same transaction. Yes it's been a year since this place opened, finally they let you call ahead to order or do door dash. How they forget to make your order. So you can order 42 minutes ahead of time and still get there and have for wait another hour we'll they make "fast food" What a joke. The food here is good, but the worker Amy definitely did not make the experience any better. They ran out of spicy chicken when we arrived - no biggie, things happen. They do have a longer wait time though, for a fast food joint. Ordered a 6 piece bucket of chicken and it took a while - there's plenty of chicken sitting on the rack. The cashier literally told us the wait for spicy chicken is 15+ min - which is what we waited for a bucket of regular chicken. I would've been fine waiting for the spicy chicken if I knew original chicken was gonna take this long. On the receipt it says to fill out a survey for a free peach pie, which I did. Went back in to claim the pie and this worker Amy tried to get me to buy more food just to claim it. Literally had to argue with her that no where on the receipt it says I need to purchase something to claim the reward. Don't put free peach pie on your receipts if it is not complimentary. I've been here many times and each time I ask for all spicy for my 10 pc bucket they are either hesitant or say there is no more spicy. I typically love Jollibee and I came here to support the Grand Opening... BUT.... I left disappointed. They had giveaways which they didn't give away. They reached their quota for the day and said to come back tomorrow. The girl told us to come back to the register after we ate... which we did. I had my daughter with me and she created a sign that said "I love Jollibee" (apparently you have to make a sign in order to get a giveaway) but like I mentioned, I had to "come back tomorrow". I don't know if that's a weird marketing strategy to try to get us to come back twice to spend more money but we had already been waiting in line outside since 7:30am (Filipinos I know ). Well, they did get me to spend more money than I normally would've because I got a free Jollibee backpack with $25 purchase I think? (So is it really free)? Lol Gravies weren't filled up all the way (to the line), they forgot two of our items we purchased, and it wasn't a great first time experience. Since I had a little time to leave the office for lunch, I thought I stopped by this outlet for a quick fried chicken and rice. The line was about 10 people ahead of me so I was thinking that it will a while until it was my turn. Yes, it was a long time to wait a good 20 minutes passed by and it's my turn. I know what I wanted so I just ordered it. The cahier ( he seems to be a newbie) repeated the order 3 times, "C1 spicy" I said yes (3 times). After a good five minutes, my call coaster vibrates. I went to the counter and picked up my lunch. After the first bite of the chicken, it was not the spicy one. I didn't bother to go back to the counter and change the chicken since I was hungry and not wanting to wait anymore. So the conclusion is, the store is still in it's infancy being that they had just opened a few weeks ago and the lack of cashiers (2) does not help either. So I will give it another try next time. Came for the grand opening, line wasn't too bad and food service was pretty quick. The food and service was surprisingly dialed in for an opening weekend. I went there this morning. Since no one was in line I went straight to the cashier. The girl with a pink mask on didn't even say hi & she didn't even look at me. She totally ignored me instead she looked over at her co-worker (who was sorting buckets) and told him to help me. When we got home and about to eat, we noticed there's only 4 pcs of chicken joy instead of 6. We called Jollibee and to our disappointment, instead of them being apologetic, they're like "we need your receipt so we can prove you really bought 6 instead of 4." I went here with my boyfriend and ordered a Chickenwich from here in late September. My boyfriend had a Chickenwich meal and mashed potatoes. The staff here follows COVID-19 safety protocols, as they wore their masks properly (no one had their mask below their nose) and used gloves. It was my first time at this location. I decided on the menu choice C1 which consists of two chicken legs and a side also a drink come with that. I choose the spicy chicken over the regular and for a side I got rice and the drink was pineapple juice. The meal came to $8.50, so a reasonable price. Food is good, of course it's jollibee, but the service is bad. They gave me pager as I wait for my food, but they didn't page me to give me my food. Long time has passed and was so hungry already, so I went to the counter and asked for my food. My food was just sitting at the counter getting cold. My fries were already cold. They didn't have my drinks ready and have to check for my receipt when I asked for it. They should've known this already as they prepare my food. I went there two times and both times they ran out of something. First they were out of adobo rice and 2nd time out of Palabok. Both times were around 7pm. Why wouldn't you replenish your food at the height of dinner orders? The wait is very long as well. I waited about 40 minutes. It shouldn't be that long for a fast food restaurant. If you haven't tried Filipino fried chicken and spaghetti, you surely are missing out. The always crunchy, juicy mixed bucket surely hits the spot, but when you pour that brown gravy over each bite, it puts you in a food coma. The sweetness of the spaghetti mixes perfectly with the saltiness of the chicken and to finish off the meal, I would try a mango pie...or two. Went to try their spaghetti. Went in back door which was wide open only to be told rather coldly by lady behind counter that the COVID line was outside and we needed to exit the front door. Fair enough. Waited outside until we reached the door and our turn to enter. Big sign on outside says "Maximum amount of customers allowed in at one time: 6 ". So I peak inside and see a total of 3 customers. So counting us, that would make 5. So we enter only to be told rudely that we need to still wait outside.
