First time eating at this establishment. I like how they take pride in their store, the store was sparkling clean. I ordered the chicken sandwich deluxe with cheese and bacon. Seemed a little pricey. The chicken was tender on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The fries were undercooked. I asked if I could have fries that were cooked longer. About 7 minutes later I went back up and they forgot about me. I refused the fries and the manager was gracious enough to give me a peach mango pie. Was really good but was to runny. Went to Jollibee on Eastern and Horizon Ridge. Thai is the first time I had visited Jollibee in almost a year. My son ordered a chicken sandwich combo and I ordered 6 pieces of original chicken, adobo rice and 3 peach mango pies. I never received my drink and my son's chicken sandwich was way over cooked and rubbery. I called the number on my receipt but received a message that the call could not be completed. (I don't know if there is an issue with their phone line. But I know the issues is NOT my phone-I tried calling a different Jollibee location and my call rang just fine. It was a pleasurable experience. We got a family box of 10 chicken, side of frys and 2 mash potatoes. The chicken was crispy and still warm when we got home which was about 30 minutes away, so if anyone needs a grab and go for a party I recommend here. The fries were nice and fresh. The potatoes though yummy. Now, I was not expecting the extra container of gravy but I am all for it. Went in today to have something to eat here. I've had Jollibee in the Philippines before. I took a friend of mine to this new location near our home. The place was clean and well organized. When we went to sit down the young lady in the register came up to us and said i have not sanitizers this table, would you like me to clean it for you? We said sure , please thank you. I tried for the 1st time today. The drive thru has barriers so it's kind of a maze to go through. There is someone outside to take your order. I ordered a family meal, 6 pieces of chicken , spaghetti side and it also comes with 3 mango peach pies. I got my order and came home hoping to have found some good fried chicken. Survey says very bland , it was crispy and the pieces are big. The spaghetti was in a funky tomato sauce. Not good in my opinion. I think the best part was the mango peach pie. Sunday night 2/19/23, I ordered a 10 piece tenders bucket, had to wait 10 minutes for it, no problem. When we left and opened the bucket, that is when we counted there were only 7 tenders in there!! Service at the location on S eastern in Henderson was substandard. Let's start with accessing the Drive thru. It was a maze of barriers in the parking lot with no clear instructions on where to enter. They gave us the wrong order. Luckily we checked the bags before we took off. They gave us someone else's order. Then told us to pull up with no instructions on where to park. We waited in the car for a while. My wife was fed up and walked in to get a refund. It looked like chaos behind the counter. Too many employees behind the counter. They had our order sitting there.
